This company is replace two windshields for me. Both times they were prompt and very professional and got the job done without any mess. They were priced well and competitive. The staff that answer the phones and set up the appointment was incredibly nice as well. They were very open to setting up a time and place that was convenient for me. I most certainly recommend them.

My first time working with this company on a replacement of my front windshield due to a cracked windshield from a rock chip. They were referred to me by my State Farm insurance agency. Jose was the gentleman who worked on replacing my windshield; very personable, knowledgeable and completed the job where it looks good! Now I just need to have a good rain storm to test its seals! :-))

I called this place because it was the closest to my work location. I was quoted 80 bucks out of pocket (I do not have glass coverage) and I was told they would be to me between the hours or 8am and noon. The tech called me just after 9am saying he was on his way to me. I was not on site but I had left my doors unlocked for him. Not only did they get to my car quick but they also were able to fix quickly and they charged me less than originally quoted. The pictures below are 1st what the chip looked like right after it happened and the second one is after the repair I drew a circle around the repair because I almost can not see it anymore.

By far the best glass company in the valley! They make the claim process through your insurance company easy and are also very attentive to your needs. Would never use anyone else!

Amazing service! I used this company on both of our cars. The office staff was great to work with and very helpful in the coordination process with the insurance company for the claim. Two months later we had a minor chip. I was able to call the office and Jason came out to fill in the cracks. I would highly recommend using them for your repair needs.

Pro Tech was one of 3 choices for companies to use with an insurance claim. I chose them because their ratings were good but more importantly, they are locally owned and I try to support small or local businesses as much as can. I had a problem with my installation, called them to let them & they came out right away to fix it! They took care of an issue caused by their mistake with no headache or hassle! It would be easy to badmouth one problem but I m more impressed with their service than the glass! Thank you!

Awesome customer service! I highly recommend Pro Tech to anyone needing wind shield replacement. Travis not only professional at his job? But also great a representative of what a people person is for any customer who choose Pro Tech Auto Glass. And the people who are on the phone getting your info and appointments set up were very helpful and extremely friendly. 10 stars!!!

Had a great experience with Pro Tech. They worked everything out with my insurance, and when I asked they use the same brand of windshield glass for replacement, the were very accommodating and put extra effort into getting approval from my carrier. The tech who did the install was really nice, very knowledgeable, and got the work done timely. If I ever need more auto glass work done, I'm definitely calling this company

Pro Tech is a great auto glass company. They were referred by my insurance agent and now I know why. There was a small issue with tue window replacement. Dallas went above and beyond to correct the issue and made me feel like my choice to do business with their company matters. Discussed with sales need to replace Subaru windshield with eyesight feature. My understanding from conversation with sales representative that replacement included Subaru eyesight calibration. Technician arrived with Subaru windshield. Prior to installation, technician gave me contact information of a 2nd party to calibrate Subaru eyesight feature. Technician stated that the calibration was included with the windshield replacement. After windshield installation was completed, Technician then informed me calibration was not included because he assumed (before he started the work) that the windshield replacement was paid for by insurance. Spoke again with initial sales representative and was told calibration was never included with service and apologized for the inconvenience.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Living Arizona I know we get in the windshield. I couldn t believe it my car with only 200 miles gets hit with a rock. I was so upset. When I called Pro Tech they had someone out to me in 24 hrs. Dallas was my tech. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He made it look like the rock had never hit. Amazing job. I recommend Pro Tech.

I continue to have amazing experiences with this company. Let s face it it s not a matter of if but when when that dreaded boulder hits your windshield in AZ. Uggggh!Every time I have a need I find this company super friendly and a desire to accommodate my schedule. And the most important part is they ve always delivered quality and I m super picky with my cars!

My State Farm insurance agent arranged an appointment for me to change my windshield 2 weeks in advance. I asked for that day off from work, and the same day, a little before the agreed time, they called me to tell me that they didn't have a windshield for my car. Pro Tech Auto Glass is one of the few companies (not just glass replacement companies) that I feel 100% comfortable recommending to my friends, family, and general public. I have used them several times and I they are always prompt, professional, and courteous. To top that off, they do an excellent job and work with my insurance company.

I hired this company to change a windshield on one of my work trucks. I did call safelight first but they came out twice and both times they had some kind of en excuse to why they couldn t change it! So I called pro tech and they came and they changed it! So I will highly recommend pro tech and will continue to use them for all my window needs! Thanks guys!!

They are awesome. I was looking for just a door glass. They were able to get me it next day. Available for pick up at there shop at a fair price. I ended up opting for there install which was still at a great price. Thank you !

lire, deceptive company and non professional associate. I asked them Do you offer cash back? and the lady said yes we do cash back. There are lots of company offer cash back. If I knew the company won't offer cash back. I will go to another company. Never ever trust this company. They played with me.

I'm so glad I decided to go with this company. The friendliness started when I called and the customer service rep was so friendly and empathetic. She was able to answer my questions and have a tech come out. The technician was very helpful, friendly and professional.

By all means DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. My car runs fine without a rain sensor. Yet they want to put a rain sensor wind sheild in..
