If you need work on your RV, this is the place to go!Ray was fantastic, and we definitely recommend his services. He was communicative, knowledgable, patient, and incredibly helpful. We dropped our rig off with him, having issues with our refrigerator, and he did a great job diagnosing the problem and finding a solution. He went above and beyond to help us out.This is how a small business should be run - and we will definitely be returning to him for service any time we're in the area again in the future and in need.

This is how a service business should be run. I sent an email initially rather than calling, because it was after hours and I wanted to provide a description of the problem with my water system. I was on my way into Phoenix and had a couple of days to schedule an appointment. They answered my email on the same evening, and we were able to pick a day for the work and they contacted me with a specific timeframe the next morning. The tech showed up on time, made a clean fix to the plumbing that's probably better than the way Airstream built it in the first place, and was done and reassembled well before I expected.

Ray and his partner Brian were incredible. They have years of knowledge and actual hands on experience with all types of rigs. We had some pretty bizarre leaks and problems that were hard to address, but they did a great job getting the work done. I went to Primitive based off some good reviews I read, and I am so glad that I did. They truly care about what they do, and their customer service is awesome. A lot of us are fairly new to the RV Life, and it helps a ton when someone with a lot of experience can patiently explain things in a way that we can understand. If you need work done on your rig then definitely give them a call. Another big plus is the fact that they can do both mobile jobs, or the bigger jobs they can handle at their shop. They also can work with extended warranty s. I called over 15 different mechanics around phoenix and hardly any of them were able to work with warranty companies. Primitive RV and Marine is hands down the best in Phoenix.

They squeezed my bus in while I was in town and spent a whole day on it even working late, they did a lot of work in a short amount of time and the price was fair. I highly recommend their services.

These guys are so nice. Splendide sent me their name to work on my washer/dryer. He knew exactly what to do. Yes, I would recommend them.
