Car broke down and I needed repairs ASAP. It's hard to trust mechanics and I did not know where to take my car. Two different people recommended this shop and I am grateful I took it here. They are trustworthy, reliable and honest. I have since recommended this shop to several people

Would like to recommend Frank, Al & their team at precision Auto in Phoenix to any one needing car repairs. This is the second time I've taken my 2010 Chevy Mailibu there for repairs. The first time was to replace the water pump and second was for a transmission.leak. On the transmission leak the replaced the left seal and put a new pan on. Very satisfied with their services and prices EXCELLENT REPAIR FACILITY!!!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

Best repair shop in Phoenix. These guys do outstanding work and are the most honest mechanics I've ever worked with. Their recommendations are always spot on and based on what is needed for the customer rather than how much money they can make. I trust them explicitly and take both my Acura and Porsche there.

I've only known one other place/person/mechanic that is as honest & does great work at ALSO fair prices. And that's ....MD Automotive (on Monroe St.) (Mike Manion) but AL is FABULOUS! These are the ONLY two places I'd take my vehicle. Period. Knowledgeable, honest, fair & kick butt!!

Was referred here by a coworker and so glad I went here. Frank was straight to the point and honest with his opinion. I came here for a second opinion after Midas found issues with my car. As I expected, Midas was recommending things that were not necessary. Frank found no issues and saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend!

I have just spent thousands across the street, and I could have saved hundreds if I had first come here. When I called to ask if someone could just tell me if I should drive my car and identify a leak, Precision Motors said yes where everone else it would take days. I brought it in the next day and my leak was identified and under warranty across the street. Not only did the parts have to be replaced just 6 months from being purchased but other Work was done without my approval. Precision Motor charged me a minimal charge of $30. In the short time I have worked with Precision Motors I immediately saw a difference in honesty and good faith.

Precision Imports is the best auto repair shop in Phoenix. I've been taking my cars there for 12 years. I've never had to take my car back for additional service after whatever it needed was done. Frank and Al are great to work with. No nonsense, fair, honest and they employ excellent mechanics.

Me and my family have been taking our vehicles to Frank and Al at Precision Imports since I was a child and even probably before that. My step dad knows them personally and they have always been there to help service each vehicle we have and have had. When I got my first vehicle (Craigslist clunker) they helped me make that car last until I ran it into the ground and they've done that for every car I've had since. Currently they are assessing and doing work on my car as I type this. They always ALWAYS do a full assessment and work up and tell you honestly what work needs to be done and helps you prioritize what's most important first. They charge $45-50 for an assessment and they'll always top off your fluids and check the simple stuff. If they need to make repairs they waive the assessment fee and charge you for parts and fair labor. They don't sugar coat things and never jerk their customers around unlike the dealerships or name brand companies (don't go to Firestone!). Call Frank or Al and tell them what you need. They may need a couple days so always have that in mind, but they will make sure your vehicle is in tip top shape and give you piece of mind.Thanks, Frank and Al for taking care of me and my family for the last 30 some odd years!

I was a little hesitant of the reviews, but have to agree...these guys are excellent. If you just drove by and saw all the cars at an old gas station, you'd probably drive on past if you didn't know how good their work and customer service was. I own a Saab, yes I really do, and there are not many that can work on it. I live out of town and was visiting Phx for a few days. I called them to see if I could drop my car off on a Thursday and pick it up on Monday when I left town. They said sure, which was a relief. So, I dropped it off on Thursday and on Friday mid-day they called to tell me it was ready! I wasn't sure I could pick it up on Friday, so the owner offered to meet me on Saturday when they are normally closed! I was very pleasantly surprised! I was able to pick it up on Friday...it was perfect and am so impressed. When I originally dropped the car off, a couple of customers were in the lobby so I asked if these guys were good. They gushed with praise about their work and honesty...they said if your car doesn't need it, they will let you know. One item I asked for was to have my A/C serviced if needed. They said it didn't need it! Very impressed, would highly recommend!Service: Auto maintenance

This place saved us over $1,500 after we were quoted $1,900 elsewhere. The guys at precision did the same work for $450!! We were able to do after hour drop off/pick up and they got the work done fast. Love this car shop my father in law introduced me to it they kept my dodge working for 5 years no major issues was able to pass down to a family member and it runs like it's brand new still

These guys really deserve 5 stars but I prefer the work to be done in 1 stop. Been going to these guys for YEARS. Always great but they do make mistakes and if they do they immediately repair it and have paid for towing/reimbursements no questions asked. Always friendly and very knowledgeable.

We won't take our vehicles anywhere else. The whole VanderJagt clan (family) takes their vehicles here anytime they need to be serviced or worked on. I had my alternator replaced and I thought it was going to be about $1200-$1500 and it was only like $700. These guys are great and so nice too.

We're very happy with Precision and the work they did on our... Chrysler!Al was great to work with- we also appreciated him giving us the contact info for a locksmith who came to us -and- saved us hundreds of dollars. Thanks Al ;)

They do good work but their lead tech is no longer there so it is very unorganized and overwhelming. The lead tech is managing the shop right next door now so very convenient for clientele. Jonathan is the best an will take car of all your car needs. Go next door to that shop for same great service you are use to getting."

Honest, knowledgeable, and the only place my family will take their vehicles. Al and Frank go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. They saved my mother more than $800 by following up on a warranty that a dealer had said was expired. Thanks guys!

Frank and Al are the best in the business. My father had been taking his cars there for 10 years, and when I begun driving I relied on them too for my auto needs. As every review has already stated, they are the most trustworthy and honest mechanics I've ever had. If you are searching for a place to fix your car and are worried that you might be dicked around by some half rate mechanic, this is the place for you to go. They are upfront, no frills, and when you leave you know your vehicle has been looked at by people who truly care about you. As long as I live in the valley all my vehicles will be brought to Precision Imports.

These guys are honest and reasonable not to mention excellent customer service. We had a small emergency and they were able to squeeze us in and get us on the road in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I take all my Hondas to Al and Frank and they do an excellent job at a fair price. This place has gotten much more busy in the past 2 years though so don't expect a same day walk-in, plan ahead.

Al & Frank are the best. I want to be able to trust my dentist & my car guy, these guys deliver on the car front. They have serviced over 10 cars for me in a 15 year span. They always find the most economical solution & have it ready when I need it. I recommend them to all my friends, family, and clients.

I have been using these guys (Al & Frank) for more than 15 years. I have never met more honest auto mechanics anywhere. You can certainly trust when they tell you your vehicle needs something that it does, and you will have it done at a fair price.

Daughter needed new struts and front suspension work on her old Subaru. Frank gave us a great price. There were a few other items they fixed and didn't even charge us. Couldn't have been nicer. Great place.

I started coming here because my husband's (then boyfriend) family recommended them when my Honda Fit was having some kind mechanical issues in 2015. Now my parents come here because of the exceptional and honest service we always receive. Never once have they tried to sell me a service I don't need or pressure me into anything. I will be coming here for as long as I live in the Phoenix area.

I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of this shop, which I believe is a reflection of the owners, Al & Frank. I trust them and their work and have never been disappointed. It's a drive from where I live, but it's well worth the distance to have these guys do it all.

Kept my wife updated on her mini, letting hey know that suggested preventative maintenance by the dealership, 75% not needed at this time saving 100s of$. Overheard phone conversations and face to face with customers while waiting- staff gave full examinations of maintenance/ repairs accomplished, or maintenance/ repairs not needed. Nice. It's what we looked for locally when moving to central Phoenix from the great garage we'd used for over a dozen years in the east valley. Lucked out getting a referral suggestion via Next Door.
