Everyone I came into contact with was very kind. They ensured the vehicle was safe, secure, and serviced properly. They also made sure I was comfortable while in the store/service area. When I got the car back it was clean, lean, and ready for its next adventure.

Like the cars they sell the service was high end. It took a few days (had to order a part) but no worries they provided a loaner to use while they worked on my car. Michael kept me posted and when it was ready the service technician sent me a video explaining everything that was done. About as stress free service experience I ve ever experienced

My service advisor, Michael HEATH was amazing. He explained everything that was being done to my car very thoroughly, and was very communicative during the process. When the work was done, my car was returned to me cleaner then when I had dropped it off. Thank you Michael Heath.

Very smooth and easy process having our Macan serviced. Easy drop off & pickup of loaner car. Easy discussion with our Service Manager (Mark) on exactly what needed to be done and questions I had were quickly answered and addressed. Highly recommended!

My service advisor, Rochelle is excellent. She responds quickly to messages, understands my needs and is extremely knowledgeable. She is very personable and keeps me posted and up to date on my service calls. I highly recommend Rochelle.

I made an appointment and the dealership was ready for me and furnished me with a nice loaner vehicle. They did all work that was requested and did it well, and kept me informed. Car was ready when they said it would be ready and the price was exactly what they said it would be. That's a perfect appointment!

Service Representative Mark Williams scheduled servicing at my convenience.Mark offered advice and alternatives as to what work should be done, what work was proactively advisable, and what work would be advisable at next servicing.Work comprised maintenance (tires, TPMS sensors, brake pads, alignment, oil change) and several significant repairs identified during inspection).As issues were identified during inspection, I was immediately contacted to discuss and approve; enabling a rapid repair.The entire service team were seen to handle matters in a seamless efficient manner.Efforts were made to expedite work such that I could be on the road for a 120 mile drive home, prior to rush hour.

My first visit to Porsche North Scottsdale was just outstanding. The attention to detail was impressive undoubtedly the best dealership experience I ve had to date. I d highly recommend an outstanding automobile coupled with outstanding service what could be better or more satisfying.

The best dealership experience. From the moment I drove up, I received excellent customer service. I drove down from Flagstaff to get my new Porsche service and when I arrived they did not see my appointment in their calendar. The service greeter told me not to worry about it and they will get it serviced ( they were so busy) My service advisor, Rochelle did not at all make me feel like they were squeezing me in or it was my error, she was so friendly. She went through my car thoroughly on everything I needed to get done and was up front with the cost, they gave me an awesome Porsche loaner and was in contact with me through the 2 days that my car was being repaired they kept in constant contact. . I'm a first time porshe owner and they have me as a customer for life!!

Great experience, service write ( Mike)was outstanding . Shop Foreman was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure to make sure I understood everything. Real class operation. That s why I bought my last five cars there and will always go to Penske first !

My experience with this Service DepartmentI own a 2007 911 and over the years I had it Serviced by 3 other Porsche Dealers (2 in Missouri and 1 in Florida) prior to taking it here.I took my Car to them for the 1st time in March 2019 for an Oil Change / 60k Mile Service.My Car now has 100k miles on it. With my Service today they have worked on my Car 6 times. The Mechanics all have done a fantastic job maintaining my 911. What I really love and enjoy are the Videos that the Mechanic make and send to you. 1st time I got one when Damon worked on my Car back in February. Really interesting to see how the underside looks. I have driven it on dirt / gravel roads up in the Mountains on several occasions and I did not expect to see the bottom panels in such good shape. I don t have a lift so to me this is really cool.Mark is a great guy and the best Advisor I have ever worked with. Back on 02.06.21 / 80k miles I wanted some preventative Maintenance done on my Car. He was able to accommodate most of my requests. This was a big job but he made it happen for me. I really appreciate his effort and time.The guy that detailed my Car did a fantastic Job. Looks like a brand new Car I always get great Service here and I leave very happy. Logan Heiser was excellent! He explained everything very precisely and unexpectedly orchestrated a same day ( without an appointment) opportunity to have my car serviced/ analyzed and helped with tires , oil etc to maximize the car performance.( including providing a loaner car for a few hours ) .

As a visitor to Scottsdale I am not a regular customer but was treated as one. I needed a brake job on my Panamera. Dropped it off,got a video of the inspection within an hour, work performed same day (new front discs,pads,sensors) - work was perfect. My tech was helpful,offered me a loaner, could not have done more for me. Outstanding service!

This was a great experience! Although when we bought our car from you, we really didn t have that experience. The salesman was quite rude.Then last spring we were having a battery issue and were brushed aside, and our warranty was only days past when we came in. Thought you might want a repeat customer more than it seems.Jeremy was kind and thorough and got the job done in good time. Great communication too. So happy with the service work.

World class facility with attentive and courteous staff. I have tried Porsche Chandler on a few occasions as they had more convenient service appointments available and for a reason, that dealer is nothing compared to Porsche North Scottsdale. I will only use this dealer for my needs, even if I have to wait longer than desired. Rochelle Wagner in the service department is an absolute delight and pleasure to deal with. Kudos to the team at Porsche North Scottsdale for doing it right, 100% of the time.

This was my first time at the Scottsdale Porsche and was impressed at the level of service. Our service advisor, Jeremy, was courteous, detailed and a great communicator - giving us updates all along the way without having to think about reaching out. Result was satisfactory fixed/replaced my speaker and diagnosed and fixed suspension issues.

The service department is very efficient. The service advisor knows everything about the car. The fact that they forward a video of your vehicle inpection is a huge plus. Car was delivered back to when it was promised and the dealership provided aloaner.

Yes, I am delighted with the service. I would give Isaac 10 stars. He is very kind and understanding. My husband passed away last January, and since the Porsche Cayenne is my husband's car and I have never driven it before, I'd ask him if it was okay for my friend to pick it up later since I don't know how to drive it. He was so understanding and let me have it picked up a few days later. I appreciate his kindness in this difficult time. Thank you!Elleen Cantin

Service was done on time and as promised. Jeremy, my service associate, is excellent -- friendly, knowledgable, professional. I especially like the inspection video which effectively documents the needed work. These guys do a great job!

Overall, I was very happy with the service and communication, 95% at least. There were a couple things that I was surprised at.I noticed they washed my cayman, which was very nice to see. But the windshield was streaky. I had to clean it myself when I got her home.Also, my clock wasn't set after replacing the battery, it's about 5 hours off.Lastly, my dash cam was left unplugged.All things that were easily rectified, but I did expect that the car would be ready to go when picked up, and that wasn't the case.

Logan and the team at Porsche North Scottsdale did a great job of keeping me informed about progress as there were multiple issues with my car that weren t immediately obvious.The also worked tirelessly with my warranty company to ensure I received the benefits of the policy and minimized my out of pocket.Thank you Logan for all your help!
