im out of state customer but this dealer treat me Absolutely amazing my first porsche here, have a time to review this dealer also Dennish is the man, very knowledgeable send me a good deal. Easy in and out, have a little issue with the key when i get back contact Dennish easy fix to my nearest Porsche. And also got some gift at the end. I would go back if there a car that i like. Thank you Porsche North Scottsdale!

Easily my best car buying experience at a dealership. Our salesman was Mike Connelly and he made every step of the process easy and efficient. Great communication and came across as truly invested in getting us the exact car we wanted. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new or used purchase.

First, I like to think everyone that was part of my purchase at Porsche of North Scottsdale. That being said, I had an amazing experience with Mark S. Who is the sales person that works at the dealership? I currently live in Florida, so my experience was completely virtual and Mark was able to send me a video of the car a few times and was able to articulate what I was looking for and what I was going to receive. Enclosing, he did amazing job of being fair/transparent and he did an amazing job working with management to get the car that I was ultimately wanting. Thank you again Mark and Team!

Dropped off my 911 on 08.16.22 / Invoice #POCS321380 with Mark. It needed an Oil change and and I requested to have it detailed.Brian the Mechanic did a great job Servicing my Car.I dont know who detailed my Car but the person did a fantastic job.Mark always provides great Service and he takes the time to ensure my Car is taken care of.My 911 has been Serviced here since March of 2019 and I never had a bad experience here.When I get back my Car I know it was in good hands and it is ready for the next 10k.Thank you to Mark and the Mechanics for taking such good care of my 911.C/FCustomer No #45400---Once again Mark and Damon the Mechanic did a fantastic job on my Car. The Video Damon made about what he did and the overall condition of my Car was a nice touch. I just hit 90k miles and it is in great shape for the next 10k miles. See you when I get to 100k.Thank you------Mark is a great guy and he went way above to have my 911 Serviced. He was willing to accomendate all my request. Over the years my Car has been Serviced in several States so I have seen a few Dealerships and how they Operate. I always get great Service and leave happy. I know that my Car is GTG for rhe next 10k Miles. Always a pleasure.

I cannot express enough how wonderful my car buying experience was at this dealership, especially my sales person Kevin! He is a consummate professional, answered all my questions with confidence, was very responsive via phone text/email to all of my questions throughout the process and truly has a passion for Porsche and the vehicles that they sell.After my purchase Kevin even went the extra mile to help facilitate getting my car to different vendors for window tinting and new custom wheels. This is the type of service that really sets Porsche apart from other manufacturers and this dealership is heads above other dealerships in the area. Kevin is my guy for all my future Porsche purchases!

I bought a used Mercedes-Benz from this dealership just over a month ago. It was sold to me on the premise it was in tip-top shape and had gone through an inspection and nothing major was found. Turns out, either their mechanics don't know what they are doing, or they lied to us. The vehicle needs just over $6000 in repairs. As you can imagine, I'm not happy about it and I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle if I had known the truth. Buyer beware.

Porsche North Scottsdale went above and beyond for me to make the experience smooth and positive! They prepared everything ahead of taking my time - the paperwork was completely filled out and ready to go, the car was similarly all prepared, clean, and gassed. No waiting for anything. Overall, the smoothest, fastest closing of a car purchase I have ever had.

We agreed on the terms and I gave a deposit. The finance manager told us to Zoom on Friday. I waited the entire day with no response. I told them to refund my $5,000 deposit; today is Thursday and yet I still haven't received my refund. They took a day to process my money and told me the refund was processed on Monday. Not only did they treat me like a joke, but they also mishandled my money. It seems if you are Asian, don't go to a white Porsche dealership; apparently, they are rude and racist

I just bought my 2nd Porsche from Porsche North Scottsdale(PNS). Mark Siffert was my salesperson, and he is by far the most enthusiastic, passionate and the most detail oriented salesperson(of anything for that matter) I ve ever met! It was a wonderful and fun experience to work with Mark to purchase my 911. I ve also had a great experience over the years for service with Mike Sarantidis. At PNS, I ve consistently received detailed and specific answers to questions about service, the underlying technologies or new car options which as an engineer I really appreciate.I look forward to working with Mark, Mike and the rest of the PNS staff in the future.

AJ helped us with our used vehicle purchase. We were unsure what to expect given that we weren't buying a high-end vehicle, but this was one of the best car purchasing experiences we've ever been through. AJ was very respectful and a pleasure to work with. There was never any pressure and there were no gimmicks on the final balance sheet. The price listed was the final price with only the addition of document fees and taxes. No dealer added nonsense that we weren't interested in or other miscellaneous fees. I hope to work with AJ again some day.

We had the pleasure of working with Kevin to find our Macan GTS. Incredibly knowledgeable, immediately had paperwork on the vehicle ready to go showing the work performed on the vehicle and certified pre owned program, and made us feel like a million bucks. Robert in finance was great to work with too! We couldn t be happier with how Penske Automotive dealerships in Scottsdale are doing business. We went to dealership after dealership in California and Arizona and no one else was as prepared, pleasant to work with, or transparent with us. 5 star service all around at Porsche North Scottsdale

One of - if not THE - best car buying experience I ve had. Brian, our salesman, was awesome: no pressure, gave us all the info we needed, and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. He even arranged for an Uber to pick me up to take delivery of my vehicle. The entire staff was great, the facility spotless - as was my vehicle when I picked it up. This is the kind of service every dealership should strive for!

Came to check out a GTS that has been on their website for days After wandering around the lot for 20 minutes I was rudely told that the car had been sold last week. Really do not appreciate having my time wasted, if you see a vehicle you like call first to make sure you re not getting a bait and switch

these guys suck! they make you buy a 25k watch in order to purchase a car and also force you to pay extra for ppf & tint when the car is still being built, it s not like it s on there! would highly suggest going elsewhere!

Michael Connelly, Val Burks, and Bob Staup are such a pleasure to work with! They found us our dream car in a time of very tight inventory and made the sales process extremely seamless and simple. I would highly, highly recommend speaking with them for any Porsche needs. The level of service that they provided is unmatched!
