Brian and his team were there to resolve all our issues. A wonderful vacation in Arizona quickly turned dark when our rental car got a flat tire during one of the busiest weekends in Phoenix (NCAA Final Four Tournament). National couldn t give us a new car but told us to take it to Pep Boys for a tire change. Brian answered our call and despite being really busy, squeezed us in to resolve our flat tire. His team was prompt, and friendly. Highly recommend Brian and Pep Boys! Thank you!

Great service from a friendly and professional group. Brandon was able to help me get scheduled over the phone and recommended service that allowed me to use a coupon. My car was taken in and was finished within 20 minutes. I ve gone to them to do brake pads and rotors in the past so I ll most likely bring it back to them. Thank you Pepboys team!

I went to this pet boy to get a vehicle inspection to drive for Uber. The manager was so polite and courteous I called ahead. They got me right in the price was what he quoted me. The service was fast and very efficient thank you very much

On the website they have information about work with trailer tires. Manager sad park your car with trailer. When he saw, he tried find any ways say no, we can t do that. Waded my time and denied. But I show them my trailer before order and parking .

Needed a tire patched in a pinch, this pep boys location was able to squeeze me in and got it done quickly! Very friendly service and clean waiting area. Super happy and would 10/10 recommend for tire services!!!

Went in for an Uber inspection on my vehicle & met with Brian. He informed me that all four tires needed to be replaced ASAP. I took his word & appreciated his care for my own safety. I had not realized my tires were so worn. He was so kind and helpful.Pep Boys has a great employee. I will definitely be bringing my car back for any car maintenance it will require.

Great experience! My car picked up a nail in the middle of the tread due to construction in the area. Front desk team Alexis and Brian were able to quickly find the puncture and get it repaired. Outstanding service!

Really poor service and pricing for services. Extremely rude woman atfront desk who not only refused to rotate tires as requested but also refused to give a clear explanation as to why.On top of the poor service, I felt the pricing was extremely high for the provided services. $120 for a nail tire patch and oil change seems excessive, but maybe I m wrong.I will not be using Pep Boys in the near or distant future as a result of my experience this week. Especially since I still have to take my vehicle to another service provider for tire rotation.Poor product, service, and pricing all around.

This is the second set of tires I purchased from Pep Boys. This recent purchase and installation were done at the 25th Avenue and Van Buren St. location. Alexis was great, awesome customer service, the overall service experience was great and very quick, so far I have no issues with the new tires, it s exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I'm not sure if it's the larger facility or better people or a combination of both but this was the best vehicle maintenance experience I have ever had. I showed up over an hour early to drop off my car since the only appointment I could get was right when I had to be at work. After letting the rep at the desk know why I was dropping off early he asked if I would like them to pull it in on the spot sonce they had an opening. All the work done I have time to make it to work. On a holiday no less! This is my goto Pep boys from now on.

I am very happy with the job pep boys does @ 25th Ave and Van Buren whenever services are required for my vehicle. The staff is very friendly and professional. I'd like to thank Brian Montoya and his crew for making it safe to drive my car .

We got our pickup oil change today. Employees were professional and pleasant. Waiting room has a bathroom and water fountain. Complete oil & filter change went quickly. Thanks

Alexis was beyond helpful and fast to answer any questions I had. The facility is clean and the rest of the staff are friendly. I definitely recommend this location, and was well worth going out of my way over other auto shops. I will be returning.

The gentleman here were so kind and knowledgeable. I didn't feel like they were taking advantage of me or just trying to get me to spend money. They really are all about customer satisfaction. I will definitely be back!

Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Great place to get a battery and other fixes on your car. Also Brian , the Store Manager is awesome!
