We recently purchased a brand new Mercedes Benz in Black. We discovered it had a lot of surface scratches, spider webs and swirl marks. We took it to see John Blackwell, GM. John got his teamof Martin, Armando and Paul to work their magic. They got rid of every blemish on the car and made it shine like a fine diamond. They exceeded my every expectation! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of outstanding. I am absolutely thrilled to share my outstanding experience, where Ronnie, Lucia, and Brandon collectively delivered an exceptional level of service that left me thoroughly impressed.First and foremost, Ronnie s attention to detail during the hand wash of my Lamborghini was beyond compare, ensuring every inch of the car was immaculate, and the result was a car that looked showroom-worthy.. It was gleaming when I got it back, and I couldn t have been happier.Next, the M3. There was a pesky scratch on the quarter panel that had been an eyesore for far too long. I had a large crack in my windshield. I called Penske Rapid Repair to get the windshield replaced. The best customer service arranging replacement glass with insurance. They ordered my glass. A few days later, I dropped my car off, and the glass was replaced within an hour or so with an appointment. They also do mobile glass if needed. Shayne worked on my vehicle. He does absolutely great work. He is extremely skilled and really treats your vehicle like it was his own. This was a flawless windshield replacement from start to finish. I highly recommend this company for many different vehicle needs.

When I got my car back the color match was absolutely perfect. When you have a pearl white car sometimes it can be tough to make it look seamless but they absolutely did

I spoke with Lucia on the phone, brought my car in, she arranged to have a paint less dent repair man there when I arrived, he looked at dings, said they were in the worse possible place, long story short, Lucia took care of everything, dings, replace the PPF, my Bentley looked as good as new! Penske is lucky to have Lucia, she s a true professional and the paint less dent repair man is an artist. I highly recommend calling Lucia at Penske paint less dent repair for dings and dents!!!!!

For the second time I scraped one of the black satin wheels down to bare metal on a Porsche Macan GTS.Both times, Penske s Rapid Repair did a great job in grinding the damaged metal to smooth out the surface on the edge of the wheel and in touching up the paint to match !Their team was very professional in handling the process !Services: Wheel washing, Paint repair

Penske did a great job removing a dent in my new 911 put in the passengers door by an inconsiderate woman that hit it and left.Penske removed this dent in record time for a reasonable price and not a trace that it ever happened.I couldn t be more pleased.

Just bought a 2017 Audi Q5 and immediately began to research options for specialized window tint and ClearBra Treatment. After researching Phoenix's best options, we decided to have Penske's Group do both treatments.What a wise move as Guy Cunningham, who manages the Team & Operation, was truly professional.He allowed us to meet & greet his Ace Technicians Matt & Justin prior to commencing.We were blown away by the attention to detail given by Justin on the Sunvek Tint and Matt on the Sunvek Ultra Clear Bra.This Group is located on the Penske Auto Mall Campus behind the high end Dealers on North Scottsdale Rd (just south of the 101).Their prices were Fair and the value-add service would be worth a bit more. Yet they were absolutely competitive.We believe they are the BIG secret unless you are buying something on the Penske Campus. Thrilled we made this decision.Kudos to Guy and his high end/high value oriented staff.

Unprofessional & UnorganizedThe first time I had to go to this location the girl who I spoke to on the phone kept pressuring me to go in on a date that did not work with my schedule but due to her pressuring me I moved my schedule around and went in. I dropped off the vehicle and went back home, after about half an hour they called me to let me know that the windshield was not there and that I d have to go pickup the vehicle and take it at a later date. It got replaced and recalibrated in about 4 hours.This time, which was the second time going there, I dropped off the vehicle at 8 am. I was told I d get a call when the vehicle was ready. It was 3:15 pm and I still had not received a call so I tried contacting them via text, calling a couple of times, and even left a voicemail. At 4:30 we decided we d start heading there since they closed at 5pm and we were hoping maybe they just forgot to call us. As we are driving there, they text us letting us know that the vehicle is not ready & that it will be done tomorrow morning because they are still working on that recalibration since we had to out source that . Given that it s always taken about 4 hours to get done, I m not convinced that that is the reason why. The following day, around noon, I message them checking to see if the vehicle was ready and they said it s ready for pickup. I show up around 2:30 and they told me the vehicle is not ready and is still being recalibrated and that I will need to wait for it to be done.They are unprofessional, disorganized, and incredibly hard to get a hold of. They re also not exactly friendly.

Recently I had the windshield on my Honda Pilot replaced by Penske Rapid Repair repair. They were very professional and did a great job. The windshield was on back order so it took a few extra days to get it installed. I worked with Sophie and she kept us updated on the process. I would highly recommend Penske. Tom Murphy

Penske wheel/rim repair is by far the best. I have taken my Tesla there twice and they are artists. Can t see any damage. Excellent quality work. Excellent service as well. I have recommended Penske Wheel Repair to 3 others and they are all happy.Best

Where to begin my car was damaged one night while I was asleep. I took it to my local Audi dealer and they recommended this repair shop, what a huge mistake that was.To start I got my car over there, had the inspection/estimate done and was told it would be multiple weeks before they could even get my car in. That was lie number 1. After dealing with the insurance of the person that hit me, we were finally able to lock everything down, we sit in front of the computer and what do you know the weeks are all empty and magically they could get my car in 2 weeks.During this waiting period the person I was dealing with knew I needed a new bumper during the inspection and told me everything would be taken care of. After my car get dropped off I am told by another person there I need to come get my car cause the parts weren t ordered and now are back ordered 3 weeks.I told them I m not picking up my car and they need to fix this, it s their mistake. They take the car and tell me they are going to pull it apart so when the bumper arrives is should be fast.Fast forward 2 more weeks I get a email from the shop Forman telling me to come get my car, it will be another 3 weeks before the bumper arrives. I explain to him this is ridiculous and it s time to get my attorney involved, and just like magic the bumper arrives in 2 days. I m then told the car will be done in a few daysFast forward another week, and I am told today they JUST noticed some damage and need to order more back ordered parts. You would think since my car was supposedly pulled apart a month ago this would have been seen and taken care of.This company is obviously trying to milk insurance companies to over charge them, while stringing along the costumer.I am now actually going to have to get my attorney involved to see how deep their lies and deceptions go.I would never bring my car here for anything period. One of the most unprofessional establishments I have dealt with in the car industry.

Have to say, I had windshield damage to my BMW X5 and I had the privilege to spoke with Sophie at Penske Rapid Repair. Wowwy! What a pleasant surprise in speaking with someone who knows what going on, is very professional, knowledgeable, client friendly, and who educated me on every question I had re. time, scheduling, insurance, cost, where and to top it all off, she followed up with me after the service was completed and asked how it went, and if there was anything else she could do. Penske! Cherish this gem and hope you know what you have in this great customer service representative as she represents you well! This is not the end. I met with Isaiah, the service Tech who did the work on the SUV. He also, was most impressive as he replaced the entire windshield in no time. He was like a surgeon doing his thing methodology, and completely. I told him I hope management has at least a video of him for training purposes, or he becomes a trainer as the skills Isaiah possesses are not easily trainable. Being a Senior manager myself, I see and greatly appreciated the individual efforts made by Sophie and Isaiah, excellent job well done! Thank youSincerely,Ted S

My windshield was cracked from highway driving. I reached out to my car dealer (Penske Honda-Tempe) and they connected me to Penske Rapid Repair who were phenomenal with their service and very accommodating. So I had them do window tint and ceramic coating on my brand new Tesla model 3. They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. The car looks amazing and it came back to me spotless. It was as if they detailed the car while they were at it. They were also very pleasant with great customer service.

I was caught in a hail storm and had about 300 dime sized dents on the hood and roof of my car. I received estimates from 3 PDR shops in the area and felt most comfortable with the professional approach of the folks at Penske Rapid Repair. I was not disappointed. The cost and time estimates were accurate, the repair was excellent, and the premium detail was a great finishing touch. Many thanks to Guy Cunningham and the crew at Penske Rapid Repair!

My car literally looked brand new!! Literally!!!! My car is 11 years old and for the first time in years I feel super proud to drive it. I felt like it was starting to look old with all the dings and dents and I really wanted to trade it in but I didn't want to take on another payment! I met guy Cunningham and he told me "don't feel pressure to trade your car in, I can make you fall in love with it again!" He was right. The team at Penske Rapid Repair did an amazing job on both my Raptor and my VW Touareg. The Raptor got clear bra paint protection film and ceramic coating, my Touareg got a full detail and some paintless dent removal. I am extremely satisfied with all of the services they performed on both of my vehicles. I badly scuffed the paint on the front bumper of my Audi Q7 while pulling into a parking space. After carefully searching for the best repair options I came across Penske Rapid Repair. Guy Cunningham could not have provided better customer service. They kept the car for three days and when I picked it up it was perfect. Guy even completely detailed the car and it looks exactly as it did when I drove it off the showroom floor 18 months earlier. I highly recommend this business for dings, dents, tinting, detailing, etc.
