From the time I reached out to my dealership to the time of installation of my new windshield was only 48 hours. Extremely happy with how quickly and smoothly everything went. Samantha was professional, friendly, polite, and well on top of everything with my insurance. Penske Glass Repair & Josh are always quick and efficient. Josh is the same one I had out last year when my windshield replaced and this year he was back again. Work is always great & have no complaints.

Sam at Penske auto glass is amazing! Kept me up to date with the process and dealt with my insurance so I didn t have to! I would never think to use someone else other than Penske for my glass repair.

I tried to have my windshield replaced at Safelite for weeks. When they finally came to do it, they brought aftermarket glass and could not install OEM glass. Penske was able to get me in quickly and provided great service. Props to Samantha at Penske who provided great service and texted updates during tge process that were very helpful.

Without a doubt, first classs serivice and attention to the smallest detail to ensure the safety of not only the winsheild but the vehicle and the passangers they serve. To say they go the extra FIVE miles is not an overstatement. Cannot praise them enough. HIGHLY recommended!

Broken windshields are never fun. The professionalism of their staff helped take the sting out of replacement. Co-ordination with insurance company as well as scheduling, was effortless. Thank you again Samantha.

My husband needed his front windshield replaced. I was recommended through the dealership to contact Penske Auto Glass. It was a good decision, because Samantha was my contact through the process from the insurance company to the dealership. She kept me informed and updated when the glass became available. Communication is very important to me and Samantha was a great communicator. She made the process easy. I highly recommend Penske Auto Glass. Totally professional company.

So far it has been 10 weeks since my insurance approved windshield replacement (9/20/2023). I have a 2022 Honda CRV hybrid, and have been told these are on backorder, with no eta. When I called on 11/9/23, I was told that my windshield would be in AZ on or around 11/18/23, and hopefully serviced a week to 10 days after, couldn't give a definitive date, which I understand. I get regular texts saying it isn't here, no eta. Called again today, people are kind but offer no substantive help. No eta, and a denial that I was ever given an eta of when glass would be here or close.

Not a great experience. Next time I ll try Safelite. I called and called and called and finally I just drove to their location to get someone to answer.Last time I took my BMW to the dealership and they took care of it. Perfect. This time it took over two weeks.The other Penske businesses have been great. The glass group not so much.I ll definitely try another glass service now that it s separate from the dealers.I hope you have better luck.

Perfect all the way around.Penske Auto Glass worked to verify my insurance, made sure my windshield was replaced in a timely manner. Did a great job. I wouldn t hesitate to use them again (if the need arises). Immediately after the replacement, this guy decided to check out the new windshield, too. I think he approves!

Within 24 hours of contacting Penske, they processed the claim for my windshield replacement, and within 2 days, they already had a new windshield ordered. They even offered to travel to me to get the windshield installed. Fortunately, I had already dropped off my car at the dealership, so they traveled to the dealership to complete the installation within 3 hours. Overall, I had a great experience with this company. They are great. Worked with John and he was very communicative, awesome customer service. I brought my car in and they worked with my insurance and called me when it was all approved and ready. I had to do nothing but pick up the keys when my car was ready the very next day. Luis at the front desk is amazing too. The entire experience was fantastic. Cassie was very thorough, prompt and professional. Once I filed claim and spoke with her, she was able to schedule the windshield repair the next day and also referred me back to the auto dealership for loaner car. Windshield replaced and calibrated same day. Cassie also followed up the next morning to see how everything went. I ve had windshields replaced in the past and it s never been this convenient and simple. Thank you!

I m very happy BMW Scottsdale referred my inquiry re my car windshield replacement to Penske Rapid Repair (Glass Department). John Hunter was professional and absolutely wonderful from the get go. He handled getting an authorization for an OEM glass replacement from my insurance (while I got the run around when I tried to do it myself). He responded promptly to my inquiries. He sent a mobile technician to our home to do the repair. The technician was professional and did an excellent job! My car is beautiful again! I could not be happier with my experience with Penske Auto Glass. From start to finish, everyone was great. They took care of all the insurance stuff which was great, but the best part was the quality install. My previous windshield was installed by my Infiniti dealer and it was never right and always rattled on bumpy roads. This time it is perfect. I highly recommend requesting Matt to be your install technician. I will never let anyone else touch my auto glass again.Service: Auto windshield repair

Bought a new car and the interior windshield had a long scratch on the inside. My sales guy got his manager and then put me in contact with Penske and Samantha's been keeping me up to date on the status. It had been on backorder with no ETA for a few months now but finally came it the other day.They got it done, and I'm pleased with how well it was finished.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I called Penske auto glass at the recommendation of my dealership. They had my new windshield (with a signature of my original assembler) in and replaced within a week. They set up everything for me and came to my house. Within 30 minutes my car was ready!! Best service I have ever had. Will 100% recommend them to anyone who needs glass replacement. Penske facilitated the approval for my windshield replacement for my GLS with USAA and scheduled the appointment directly with Mercedes. It was an efficient process and made my life way easier than having to coordinate it all myself.

We ve had the sliding roof panel glass and windshield glass replaced on our Range Rover Sport (Arizona rocks! Literally). The installation, quality of workmanship and rapid completion have been excellent. The only complaint is reaching the Penske glass offices. Leave a message and number and never get a callback. Wait on hold for 45 minutes and give up twice! Finally got through after a 35 minute hold.If you can, go through the Penske dealership for your make of vehicle rather than contacting the glass department directly.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Courteous and timely service on our windshield repair. Extremely easy to work with as a vendor, both on the phone during scheduling, and in person during the replacement. They coordinated seamlessly with our insurance company to assure that the service cost was covered in full by insurance. With less than 400 miles on our new car, a rock hit the windshield and put a big crack in it. I checked around and wound up calling Penske auto glass and the service was terrific. Penske hooked up my insurance company on the phone and worked through any approvals (all transparent to me). I dropped my car off at Lexus of Chandler and the replacement and camera re-alignment was all taken care of. I worked with Brooke who was efficient, thorough and communicated with me very well.I'm a happy camper. If the rocks find me again, I'll be back here.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Excellent and efficient communication with Samantha is the #1 reason I would recommend Penske! I highly recommend this place! I had the pleasure of working with Brooke throughout my install process. She was stellar! Her communication was great.
