I call Ken Garfield Kia to see if they can repair my Kia s body damage. They only seem to fix mechanical issues. The Kia rep did give me another number to call to have my Kia auto body damage fixed. Which was nice of them and helped me get my car repaired. Very nice and helpful staff without any sales pitches or upgrades. I recommend you give them a call if you have a Kia for any questions or concerns.

I had to bring my car in because of a recall. My service advisor was James and he was nice he was professional and he had the work done on my car in a timely manner. Since since I need some information regarding that had been completed and he was happy to send it to me

Horrible service center. My car has a warranty and I have brought my car in several times for a check engine light. The first time being over a year ago but not once did they check on it or try and fix it. So I kept bringing it back and they are trying to blame me instead of taking responsibility for never once looking and ignoring me every time I said it was still on. They definitely do not care about their customers and they have the worst service and horrible employees.

Originally I was extremely happy with my Kia Optima hybrid purchase. I love my car but around 6Mos after I purchased it, I started experiencing issues with my A/C. I made a Sat appt 3 wks in advance just to get there at 8am that day to be told my warranty company is closed on the weekends so I would need to reschedule to a week day. (That was a huge waste of time/gas considering I live 30 miles away & work 35 minutes away so the drive there and back each time is a bit much. I now also have to figure out time away from work to get back here) So my real issue is with the poor communication I ve experienced with the service department. It took a few more weeks of my 1 yr old & I suffering in this Phoenix summer heat before I was able to make a way to bring it on a Friday morning and was told at the time I made the appointment they would give me a loaner so that I could still get to work. Upon arrival today, my service advisor told me they d have to diagnose my car first before I got the loaner. He said he d get it checked out expeditiously so I could be on my way. 40 minutes passed with my car still where I parked it, not being diagnosed. I missed work/more money due to poor communication and lies. Im EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED by the service I ve experienced here. I pray that this diagnosis goes quickly/well and that my warranty covers the problem or I ll be 1000% regretting purchasing a car from here.

I scheduled an appointment to fix a recall issue. I arranged my work schedule to be there and the advisor told me when I got there that they didn't have the parts to fix it. I said I would have appreciated knowing that over the phone and he said the girls at the desk didn't know. I didn't receive much of an apology for the inconvenience. This is why I deal with my neighborhood mechanic and not the dealer whenever I can.

Well I'm very disappointed because we purchased my wife SUV there just last year & paid a premium. We came to get our 1 free oil change & they declined it because the dealership was bought out. We asked about our free paint treatment & again declined that, advised us to go to Earnhardt Kia. They were all nice but nice doesn't make up for not honoring all recent previous owners. It is what it is.

Thanks to John Hastings. He is very professional and easy to work with. We had the unfortunate situation with our 2015 Kia Sedona that needed an engine replacement (under warranty). John kept us updated on the new engine order status and what to expect. He supported our need for a loaner vehicle due to the longer than usual order lead time. All in all a very pleasant experience working with John Hastings and Ken Garff Kia.

The service here has been EXTREMELY disappointing. My A/C went out in my 2020 Kia Optima on a drive to Tucson, that I have a maintenance package on. I was told that they couldn t get my car in for a week, with no offer for a free rental car. When the weather is 100+ degrees out, my options are to go without a car for 2 days (if I drop it off, with no offer of a free rental) OR drive around for a week in 100+ weather. And the reason stated to me is because they don t have enough techs, or rentals available. I expected better service if I m dropping 29k at your dealership. As soon as my free oil changes end you will no longer get any of my business and I will no longer recommend anyone bring their cars to you guys.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Urgent safety recall, they don't seem to have any clue about it and of course don't have parts on-hand to remedy, seems weird for urgent safety recall that could cause death but okay. They order parts, no follow-up for almost 3 weeks so I call to find out the parts are there now, who knows for how long, and schedule appt. Disappointing to say the least, you'd think they would take these things more seriously...

I did the alignment here and they didn't fix the problam spend almost 24 hour and they tell me that when you change the tires come back and we gonna do the alignment for free again when I come back they are asking more money. I will never go back very Unprofessional and poor service never recommend
