This is what a real dealership is. They made the process and sale extremely simple. They're very informative and helpful. My sister was buying her first car by herself. Dealership have a tendencies to be rude to young women. There lead sales director came out and was very inclusive and humble. He made her comfortable and gave her a no nonsense process and had her purchase her new Kia. I felt happy that she was able to find a dealership that didn't undermine her and actually came out and gave her a fantastic buying experience. I cant recommend them enough for your next car. Definitely recommending to family and fiends.

Amazing experience, very friendly staff and easy to work with. They even fixed a leaky power steering pump before sending me the car. That's right sending me the car over 100 miles away. 5/5 would buy from them again!!!!

P. A is the place to be. Ibrahim and Sami are very courteous, respectful, and professional. As a female, I usually panicked when I have a car problem. But the prices are very affordable and Ibrahim takes time to explain and gives suggestions. The best part us when you call and miss them, they actually call you back. Thank you, Paramount Automobile.

My #1 Auto Shop!Ibrahim & Mo Are 2 Of The Greatest & Honest Mechanics I've Ever Met In The Business.I've Turned Many Different Vehicles Over To Them Over The Years, & They've Always Fixed The Problem.From 4 Cylinder Honda/Toyota Models,To My V8 Mercedes Benz!Rates Are Really Favorable Compared To Any Other Shops.If Your Also Looking To Buy a Vehicle, Paramount Automotive Has a Really Nice Variety Of Used Vehicles From Good To Great Condition For Purchase!(Just Ask For Ibrahim Or Muhammed.)Shop Is Closed On Weekends.Call Ahead To Be Courteous,Sometimes They Get Pretty Busy.While Waiting, You Can Walk a Couple Doors Down & Have Lunch @ One Of Phoenix's Best Sandwhich Shops.

took my car here twice to fix it from overheating, got charged $156 and my car is STILL overheating. 3rd time to a mechanic in less than 4 months of having the car, will be taking it to a trusted mechanic this time.
