O'Reilly's has been my go-to place for several years now. They've always been helpful no matter what store I go to. It's only rarely that they disappointed me with a situation or two. But I always recommend them. As an update, they just got through taking care of some warranty issues for me without any problems. So I'm still recommending them.

THANK YOU JOSE! We had an emergency and our battery was completely dead. Jose went out of his way to install the battery up the street where we were stranded. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this O'REILLY! Definitely recommend Jose he was really fast and efficient! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I really appreciate Nico for helping me out and providing great service when replacing my battery. He asked another employee to help me check it initially since he was busy with other customers, and unfortunately, that guy did the bare minimum and then told me there was corrosion on the top and couldn't get a reading so I should buy a wire brush to clean it which 'we sell inside' so I did and then went back out by myself to clean it, then came back in and didn't see him so Nico took over, got a reading, and showed that I needed to replace the battery which I was happy to pay $200+ for. He then let me watch how I could do it with the right tools and even brought over some corrosion spray and didn't charge for that. Such a nice guy that was willing to help out a paying customer in the 105� heat. You guys need more of him!!

I have been to this O'Reilly Auto Parts several times. The staff is always helpful and friendly and never hides. The store is clean and organized. Nico has helped me on two different occasions and is genuine, helpful and friendly. Because of Nico and the other staff I will continue to frequent this O'Reilly Auto Parts

In a hurry but needed to pick up a belt I had information but it took forever but cashier was nice but slow and chatty w other worker about what idk..worker lady opposite register with cart of merchandise stocking shelf well chat with her later I'm in a hurry ma'am..P. S. Move your cart so I can ring out and leave please you got 8 hours to talk to her. Lol

Super happy with this place and the ladies working here. I was washing a rental car just up the road at Clean Freak, and when I was drying it, I noticed a giant scratch that I didn't do. I started freaking out and took it to them to see if they could help me find the matching paint to make it less noticable.Iris & Julisa tried to find a solution for me, and they were honest when they told me not to spend my money because the scratch is too big to cover. Instead of selling me something that wouldn't work, they went out there and rubbed a scratch remover on some of the smaller spots.Then I get my car back from my mechanic and the battery is completely dead!!!! I had to wait a long time in the heat for a jump, but when my car was running again, I passed 5 auto parts stores to come here. Ariane put in the new battery for me, which is super nice. She also explained that since I had to get the cheaper one, I can upgrade to the better one anytime and just pay the difference! While I was waiting, Julisa gave me a bottle of water because I was obviously dehydrated from sitting in the heat all day.Over the top customer service, super helpful & honestThanks for all the help ladies :)

We turned in 5 jugs of used oil & a motorcycle battery for a $10 credit. Then loaded up on new motor oil. In and out fast making this girl's heart happy. I am not sure why I don't enjoy browsing automotive stores much. The cashier was efficent and helpful. Wish I could recall her name.

I went a couple weeks ago to purchase a battery and the lady that helped me was really rude. I asked her if they install the battery after I purchase it and she said yes so we went outside so she could put my battery on and it didn t seem that she knew what she was doing. Because she kept asking a another guy how to do put in the battery. And as I suspected a couple days later my car started not turning on because the battery was not put in correctly it was shaky and not tighten correctly. Oh and then I asked her for my receipt and she said she had given it to me which she hadn t and she took it out of the trashcan all crumbled and wrinkled and gave it to me instead of printing me a new one. Very displeased with the service!

There were some spark plugs missing from inventory, and nobody there knew exactly why, so I had to buy the cheaper spark plugs, it's not what I wanted but it's what I got. Considering the circumstances, I was definitely grateful anyway

I went to this store after visiting 3 other O'Reilly Auto Parts stores that all told me the same thing when I asked if I can have one of their Reps do a diagnostic code test or let me use the tool but they all said someone had stole their diagnostic tool so i went to the 4th store which was this one im commenting on. They had the tool and they were very polite and helpful but when i returned the tool I totally forgot I had left my federall ID card and they never mentioned anything and I walked out without my ID. Its been about 7 days and I just realized I dont have mt document so after I post this im going to call them and hope that they still have my ID card.

Tire blew out in front of their store I had a spare and everything but the supervisor Emanuel lacked the customer service or courtesy to lend me a jack to lift the car and put my spare on. Absolutely disgusting employees this location has, business is all about hospitality and this place lacks it. I ll be having every one of my friends leave a negative review on this place just out of spite. Couldn t just let me borrow a jack so I can go home? You are terrible person.

My favorite part about coming to this O Reilly is being consistently talked down to when I come in. I also enjoy being told I ll break a nail if I change my own air filter. Overall, I really love the sexist remarks which I can rely on receiving every time I stop by. Keep up the great work guys!

Had a dead battery after the recent monsoon, Hugo was a big help. He checked the amps on the old battery and once he told me it needed to be replaced he looked up the best options for my car make and model, signed me up for the warranty, and replaced the battery as well. O'Reilly's never disappoints in service and prices. Thanks Hugo!

Customer service is amazing! Adrian helped me with my battery before my long drive to casa grande. He Installed a post shim for my battery so it would stop coming off the post, which could have potentially lead to not getting power in my car while I'm driving on the freeway (scary). Thanks again Adrian!!!

Probabaly an ok store but I went in with my car over heating not knowing what to do.. A guy told me he had friend 2 doors down that could help and to go there and they could figure it out. Not exactly sure what they spoke about on the phone since it was in Spanish. I went 2 doors down, he said he would look at it 3 hours later with no quote or authorization I was stuck with a $500 charge and told leave my car till I got the money. Went as far as the cops being called and I still payed $200 after that for $20 worth of parts and the guy doing the work taking my phone from me and putting it in their safe. I think this is a scam and oriellys gets kick backs from the shop.. Shady!!

Well in first place when I went inside I ask for help because the light on my motor engine is on and the first person told me they can't go outside to help the costumers for the covit but I saw this person helping somebody else so I didn't understand what exactly was going on , I was thinking probably because I'm a women I don't know, so I ask another person who was at the store and he help me and he give me a diagnostic on what was going on with my car , so I want to know why the first person didn't want to help me I don't remember his name and I don't want to cause any problems but I want to let the manager to talk to the employees to help the costumers

They don't Rip off everyone that walks through their door like AAMCO does. I've bought $1000's worth of parts here (for the Chrysler 200 that was Dismantled by the predatory transmission shop mentioned above) and I'll probably buy $1000's with of more parts from O'Reillys before I'm through.
