They're unable to remove the new wiper blades I bought, or show me how. I don't like the new wipers because I can't figure out how to remove them and neither can they, besides "using force".

Quality service, super friendly, and good attitude from Lou, Assistant Manager. My battery died in the parking lot in 120 degree heat, so he helped me push the car into the shade and change the battery. Also, the battery was under warranty, so they located me in their system and honored the free replacement!

I went in to purchase a new headlight and hopefully have the staff replace for me, since I don't know how. Lou was so helpful! He went out with me to check it first and was able to fix it without having to replace. Something so simple, but made the world of difference to me. Thank you so much Lou for making my day!

Great experience! Howard, the assistant manager, made our day! It was sweltering hot, our battery died, and this was the 3rd place we tried to have our battery replaced. He was so quick to help, gave us waters and let us inside to cool off, while he promptly changed our battery. THANK YOU!!!

They had a fuel pump for my car, which was unavailable at several other stores. Didn't hurt that a friend of mine with an account there was able to drop the price from $347 to $166

This place was very helpful I went in there with the battery that ended up not having a warranty that was still valid for it but they were still helpful and they provided a good service for me and my check I definitely recommend going to this place and I want to thank the guys that were working that day thank you I don't remember what day it was but whatever sorry

Humberto the manager was extremely helpful. I was looking all over the place for a headlight assembly for my traverse, and had a hard time finding one. Humberto went out of his way to call around and find one for me, and he called me back to let me know he had found one. I was able to get the headlight to very next day. Thank you Humberto for your excellent customer service.

I started going here because every time I went to the autozone down the road they were not very friendly and seemed to be too busy with other things, not necessarily other clients.. These guys have always been pretty helpful and quick to get to me.

Worked with Isaac. After I bought the wrong windshield wipers he helped me find the right ones, made the exchange and put them on for me. Honestly saved the day. Give the man a raise.

March 31st 2021 around 10:00am. Needed a locked gas cap, didn't have in stock. Needed to get from distributor and come back at 12:35. I went back at 12:45. Clerk went to the stock room to get it, came back and said they didn't receive it from distributor. He said that wasn't cool and that happens sometimes. He said come back at 2:30. I told him never mind. That was a waste of gas and time. I bought one from Auto Zone.

The personnel helped us replace batteries for two different cars. It cost only 11 dollars and we still have 3 extra batteries for the push start Infinity. They were really helpful. In late June we needed a face mask. They had their's on also.

This was the first time I have gone to this location and I liked it but it seemed like its one of the smaller sized stores compared to some of the other locations that I've been to. The 2 employees that I had seen working were very nice and helpful.

People that work here are really friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Also has good product selection. If they're super busy, they will still take time to answer questions. Which I appreciate because many places under these circumstances will try to rush you out of the store.

My brake light was not working so I went in thinking I needed a fuse. Glen helped me troubleshoot that what I really needed was a new bulb. He replaced the bulb for me! Amazing customer service!

No Customer Service Stars for Saturday afternoon shift. I ordered a part earlier today and returned to pick it up. Izzy did everything but assist in locating my item even when I was the only customer left in the store. I'm a big fan of other OReilly locations but we all know how one bad apple can spoil things.

Being a mobile mechanic I'm in part stores all the time and I try to avoid orileys as much as possible my customers had bought a couple battery from them and they went bad they still had 3 years left on the warranty. When we went into exchange them for new ones they told us that the warranty wasn't in the system. They had his name address and phone number but said he had never bought a single thing from them..... how would they have all of his personal info if he never bought a single thing from them? (System glitch?.... No one will ever know . When I asked the manager for at least some kinda of a price discount on buying 2 new battery since the customer had just spent 300 bucks 2months prior. The manager looks at me and says we don't even know what really happened in the system or that my story is even true and he cant give us a discount of any kind. So I went to Auto zone 1000ft down9 the street and told them the situation and they discounted the batterys by 40.00 each. This is why I don't by from oriely auto parts they have no clue how to take care of the customer the manager literally answered the phone while I was still talking to him and he proceeded to help the customer on the phone so I left.

Went in for one item, 1 customer in front of me in line, when that person was done, the cashier didn't call me to go to her register, 2 more employees walking behind her, ignored me, waiting now for a few minutes, I was about to drop my item on the counter and leave, till another employee walked by me, looked at me and ask, if I was ready, thank God she noticed me.

Humberto and Alfred are super awesome guys!!! I went in for a new battery and Humberto helped me save some $$ with a year warranty.... and Alfred offered to install it for me and also check the alternator. I didn't have to ask.
