I will never go back to this store again. Their cust service absolutely sucks, rude, and made some sexual remarks about my female friend. They are lucky my friend stopped me from going back in when I realized what they said. I believe it was the manager that made the remarks and if I ran that store he'd be gone and the other employee that was rude as well. I went to Brakes Plus and had my problem solved at no charge with total politeness and great cust service. I have used this O'Reilly's for years since I live just down the street but this incident has made me not want to use any O'Reilly Auto Parts ever again. Way to drive customers away you guys!!!!!

I prefer this chain over the other two .Whenever I walk into one of these stores there is always someone behind the counter ready to help I like the way their computer system catalogs items which can easily be shown to you for a choice instead of wondering aimlessly down aisles looking for something. They always have what I go in there for

The battery I purchased from here died a little prematurely. I came back thinking it might be a hassle to get it replaced, but I was definitely wrong about that. Not only did I get a free battery replacement, they also installed it for me while I waited inside in the A/C. Curtis was awesome and I've never seen someone replace a battery that fast. Excellent service here!

I've been coming to this location since 2013 and never have I encountered someone as rude a Andrew. He's rude and very unprofessional. I'm get power trip vibes from this guy.

Great experience! It s 112 degrees today and of course I needed a new car battery. Thanks to a great salesman , Jordan the battery was in stock and replaced in just a few minutes. A big thanks on this holiday weekend!!!!

I do a lot of business with O'Reilly in my home town but this store is different. I'm in Phoenix about 4 times a year and just cannot get this store to show me one ounce of respect. I had a clean up job with junk batteries and they would only take two of them so I went down the street to autozone told them my issue and they gladly helped me with my clean up job and took them all 15 batteries. I was happy to recycle and not throw them in a dumpster. It wasn't about getting paid for them

The lady at the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable about the issue I was experiencing with my car. I did not need to make a purchase based on her opinion-which turned out to be correct. As a result of this experience, I will buy every single car part and all cleaning supplies and accessories here for as long as I m in Phoenix.This is how you treat customers, and I regret that I did not get this very Helpful and knowledgeable person s name. When I return, I shall add it.

Kudos! What a great group of employees! JASON came out to change a headlight bulb for me & upon my request, he step by step, showed me how how to do it for future reference. I've always received this kind of great service from them!

I come here a lot to drop off my used oil and filter for disposal (a free service). They're always very very friendly and super helpful especially when it's not super busy. I have never needed it, but they loan out specialty tools, so you don't have to buy them to work on your vehicle.Pro Tip: Make sure you check prices elsewhere, because they price match competitors.

I love this particular O'Reilly! Adam (store manager) helped me and he was so kind and welcoming. I needed my transmission fluid level checked and he didn't hesitate at all to help me check it. 2 thumbs up for Adam ! Excellent customer service!Adam came through for me again!!

Service is alway responsive, respectful, and reasonably priced. They have saved me money on more than one occasion selling options that were less expensive than what I thought I should have bought, but was just as good. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant, demonstrating they want your return business.

These guys have always been right on with me. They've been helpful courteous and have definitely gone above and beyond for me. Just today Adam came outside and helped me out with something on my car and wouldn't even accept a tip that I was offering him. I would recommend this store to anyone.

The manager, David, was so easy to work with! He made our battery buying process very simple. I was very impressed with how informative he was when selecting the battery for our car. He gave us specific details and he wasn't just trying to charge us a lot, I feel he really valued us as customers.

The first and second deals with the store were great....third not to much! I went in yesterday because I got one knew I had a dead battery! Steve decided to argue with me otherwise. The hand held battery checker that he used registered at a 12.5 and I proceeded to let him know that anything under a 13 means it starting to die. He basically told me I didn t know what I was talking about and wanted to know who from his store told me that information. He told me the battery was fine and I wouldn t be left stranded...well guess what!?! STEVE WAS WRONG!! I knew that I also needed to replace my positive battery terminal connector, of course he proceeded to tell me again that mine was fine and blah blah blah. Well guess what!?! STEVE WAS WRONG AGAIN!!!! After I got my vehicle jumped by a very nice neighbor this morning I took my vehicle down to a very highly recommended shop with positive outstanding reviews. Guess what the nice guy told me...I needed a new battery and positive battery terminal connector!

What more can o say? It s an O Reilly s store.Aside from that, the staff are genuinely friendly and well informed. I have had a few times where they have gone out of their way to assist in solving a problem that otherwise would have taken days of waiting for a mechanic. Also, they have great leads on local mechanics that do a wonderful job for a smaller price in comparison to big name businesses.Anyway, I am glad to have this store so close and it will always be my go to for my car needs, whatever they may be.

Good deals here but needs to get better with acknowledging customers. Three times in a row I've came here and waited at least 5 minutes at front counter just to pay for an item. Last time it took several minutes for someone to say they'd get to me in a moment when an employee almost right next to me never said anything as I just stood at the counter. I try to go to places that have been around for a long time to support them instead of just ordering online. To be competitive you need to have excellent customer service especially these days.

Went in for windshield wipers. Had a very nice guy help me. Offered to put them on my car as well. He struggled a bit but said they were on. I drove home and lifted my windshield wipers up and they came right off. I was able to snap them into place myself. Thankfully they didn't fly off on the freeway. I don't understand.......

Stella the assistant manager is amazing!!! I came in from out of town and my cars transmission oil light turned on. I had no idea where the transmission was even at or what kind of oil I needed. Stella helped me find the correct oil and walked me through how to put the oil into my transmission. 10/10 recommend!

These guys know everything about your car. They will help you in ways you could never have foreseen. Every one of them squandered what I thought I knew about my car, and now it runs better than it ever has. Not to mention they are incredibly polite, will look at your car and one of them even offered to sell me a part O'Reilly's didn't even have just because the employee had it in his own garage. I know exactly where I'm going when I need new parts. Absolutely phenomenal.

Stopped this morning because my car started SLOOOOWWWLY, AND my radio, A/C, and electronic console panel wouldn't go on. I was fearing that my alternator or starter was going out.ADAM quickly did a battery, alternator and starter check. Thankfully ONLY the battery was low on charge.He made several battery recommendations, explained the 3 year warranty (and how it is saved electronically on their corporate system in case I was traveling or toss the receipt), and a free customer purchase rewards program.Then he quickly changed out the battery for me!!! Yeahhhhhh!!! Especially since I had my toddler granddaughter along with me. No worries that my car won't start later today! My HERO!

I needed a power steering pump. I bought one, and the employee let me take it outside and check that it was the right part (last one I got didn't fit - from a different place). I needed to replace the pulley on the pump, and the employee not only told me how to do it, but took an extra 5 minutes and did it for me because they had a tool that made it very easy. Great customer service!! This Oreilly will definitely be the first place I look in the future when I need something for my car.

Great staff making this your local autoparts go to place. Good selection of parts in stick and if not it does not take long to get. I always see them helping customers on their car outside in the parking lot.. On my last few visits when the store was busy the help actually used 2 registers to ring up a quick sale. You do not see this often. I would highly recommend this place over other local autoparts stores. It has a small business feel to it and it is a clean store..

Josh was a champ. Got my battery installed for me because I didn t have the tools. It was located in a hard to maneuver spot and should have taken 45 mins. Took him 10. Fair price for the batter with a 2 year warranty included.
