Every individual I've encountered at this auto repair shop has proven to be incredibly dishonest. My return to the shop for a cracked rim repair, which didn't go smoothly the first time, became a frustrating experience. During my initial return, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional $150 for a job I had already paid for a few days earlier. After wasting several hours of my time, they reluctantly agreed to repair the rim when the person who initially worked on it showed up to confirm his involvement.Regrettably, I didn't have a receipt for the previous payment as they insisted on cash to avoid adding taxes. This questionable business practice added to my frustration. Despite their assurance during the initial repair that I should return if the tire went flat again, the rim broke for the third time due to improper welding.During my third visit, I encountered Carlos, who turned out to be the most dishonest person I've ever dealt with. When he took my rim to inspect the leak, he deceitfully claimed it was a different crack and demanded another payment. I pointed out that the new crack was only a quarter of an inch away from the two previous repairs, and it was dishonest to ask for payment again, especially considering it was my third visit for the same issue.When I attempted to take a picture of the so-called "new crack," Carlos quickly took the tire away, walked to my car, and stated, "I don't wanna do business with you." He then proceeded to put my flat tire back on my car. When I questioned his ethics and how I was supposed to drive my car back home, he completed the tire replacement, walked inside, and callously closed the main garage door on me, leaving me stranded outside in the heat.This business's actions are truly shameful and I would avoid it at any cost.

Great people, service, welds, and price. Had them do a rear resonator delete on the Challenger, and they did a great job.

Very helpful and skilled. They got me in right away and I was on my way within 20 minutes with a new catalytic converter and a couple of other minor welding repairs to the exhaust system. Price was a little confusing because we asked how much it would be for the catalytic converter to be installed and they said 320 then when we arrived they said 360... Maybe a language barrier was the issue. Either way, I was grateful to have my vehicle repaired after my catalytic converter was stolen.

This place is sketchy. I took my 2006 Toyota Corolla into New Arizona Mofles for a simple muffler job. They gave me a quote $80-90 over the phone because I had the parts already. At the location they said $120. I waited outside while my vehicle was worked on. No one offered me water or to sit inside a cooler place. After a half hour/ 45 minutes the mechanic told me that the catalytic converter was not clamping on/welding on properly, the cost would be $160. I agreed to this and paid for the repair. They gave me a receipt which was not specifically aligned to the detail of the labor of the job. My Toyota was removed from the ramp by the same employee who wrote the receipt. This same employee started revving the engine and then asked me, "If it was leaking?" I looked under the vehicle and I said, "No, I do not see a leak." The employee wanted to get a second opinion and drove the Toyota back onto the ramp. He had another mechanic check it out, as well as the mechanic who replaced the catalytic converter. The mechanic who changed the catalytic converter told me "There is a leak and that he would drive me to Auto Zone to pick up the part." He told me, "I am going to bring a vehicle around and we would go pick up the part." After 10 minutes or so, he came back and told me, "Someone would deliver the part and it wouldn't take to long." I never saw anyone deliver the part and by the time all the repairs were complete, I had paid $171 with no additional receipt.Service: Transmission

They said there was a crack and a loose screw. They welded the crack and charged me $300. They didn't do a dam thing this place is a freaking rip off. I had a mechanic verify the work they stated was done. Dishonest and liars. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Arrived at the shop around the same time as another customer did. Other customer got to the worker first and started talking to him and then the worker completely disregarded my presence while walking past me multiple times as I try to greet him. Horrible way to treat a customer. Most common courtesy would be to acknowledge all your customers and tell them you ll be with them shortly, you know like any other business would do. Not sure if they feel themselves as a higher standing here or decide which customers look like they have money to spend and choose them while disregarding others but it s just an exhaust shop at the end of the day. Luckily, Phoenix is thriving with other shops that would not hesitate to work with you and actually treat you with some decency. Too bad this one lost myself and a handful of customers that I otherwise would have recommended here.

I replaced 3 catalytic converter welding job on the was perfect. They offered me drinks and cold lobby. Time was long but the price was very reasonable. Also if u need a mechanic afterward he's right next store. Thanks guys keep up the great work.

Great service. Fast efficient and great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I've gotten tires and fixed my muffler there.

I was looking for a shop open on a sunday to re-weld my right exhaust pipe after a modification, they made me a new pipe and secured my whole right side pipe making my left pipe ugly in comparison. Did a great job and the price was more than fair. Will return for my exhaust needs in the future.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could... The dude in the back welding and fixing bent rims is an absolute magician. He went out of his way to make sure my issue was fixed in time and it came out perfect... Not even to mention this was a job a couple other shops weren't confident they could even do. If you are looking for a welder or someone to fix your damaged/bent wheel, support this business and go straight here.

Exhaust fell off 4 miles away Google brought me here and was not disappointed one bit, started to rain as we sat outside quickly lowered the car to roll my windows up, escorted is inside to not get wet 10 star service and price highly recommended

I was there at. Pon on sunday the schedule says they are open from 9 to 2 and I was told they could not put catalyc converter on my car. While I was there I noticed they do not give receipts to customers. Tax fraud.

Website reads they are open on Sundays . Went there because of what I read and believed to be true but to my surprise they were not open. Very disappointed with the inaccurate information.

Called to make an appointment on a sunday they said bring your car down before 2pm I got there at 120pm and they told me they where closed while everyone and there cousin was all there drinking beer..Never will go go there again nore will I recommend anyone to them..

I brought cash and was turned away / ignored while they looked at 2 other customers that showed up after me. And I called before I came was told they could get me rt in. Horrible establishment . Not even sure the work on cars .... nobody did the whole time I was waiting.

The price they gave me to weld 3 exhaust hangers they want 30 bucks a hanger they must weld with gold or something 30 dollars a hanger wow. $150 for 3 exhaust hangers it's cheaper for a whole new exhaust.
