If you want over priced parts and grown men to move a snails pace this is your auto parts store. Very unhelpful. Not willing do do anything other than what asked and even then it s at their level of knowledge. Surprised they know how to use a keyboard. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE. I m not replacing an engine and do t need any mechanic advice but these guys are worthless. I d rather use an automated machine. Pete is rude unhelpful and has one foot in the grave. They might as well go work at the door at Walmart. If you hate your job Pete just quit super simple.

Excellent place to shop for parts and the greatest employees Jon and Dave if you are looking for that hard to find part these two gentlemen go above and beyond to help you. Can't say enough good things about them, this is what good service use to be like and still exist at this store .

Salesman was very unfriendly and short with having to help me. Went to return a starter solenoid that "DID NOT WORK" at all and he told me they don't take electrical parts back after being installed. I asked why do they say it has a warranty, he said that is only for parts that go bad after use. I told him that I understand that but doesn't the part have to work first to be used before it can go bad. After a little back and forth I ended up getting my money back. So much for great customer service. I gave one star because I was able to get my money back.

Worst store in the valley. Came here 3 different times for different things. One as simple as a screw driver. I was told they dont carry small things because they cant do their jobs and lose track of inventory. Then you can stand in line while one employee is helping and the other just sitting there playing on phone

My parents went looking for a radiator for a car of ours. They were not attended and completely ignored. The workers answered phone calls, greeted and helped other people while my parents waited to be helped. They felt discriminated and felt like they were being targeted by racism. This happened today June 17. A simple can I help you, right away, would have been perfect.

Staff are always friendly and very helpful. Went out their way to make extra sure that the fan clutch tool I needed would fit. They also carry Gearwrench, one of the most sought after brands by professional mechanics like myself.

These guys are not very knowlegable at all.The days of Napa being the place to find knowledgeable people are gone. It's easy to fool the doit yourselfers but with 46 years as a mechanic I was taken back by there lack of expertise. Lots of parts though and clean.

I came in here on Sunday morning and I was the only customer in the store. There was 2 guys working and both of them watched me walk in, walk around the store, made eye contact and still never said one word to me. I was in the store for about 5 minutes and not once did they ask if I needed assistance. Needless to say I will gladly start taking my business elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY A BATTERY FROM THESE GUYS!! I bought a battery 2 weeks ago and it just sat on my floor I didn't even install it cause I just decided to sell my car instead. I went back to exchange for my money back and they said it was " a electrical component so no money back" he proceeded to check the battery life and said it was dead.. so either he was lying about the test or they sold me a dead battery.. either way horrible customer service and bad attitude...

Convenient location and clean store. Only issue I had is I placed an online order and paid for it well ahead of time, but the items were never bagged up for pickup. They literally just do the shopping for you while you stand at the counter. Not the most convenient when you are short on time.

Near where I was at. Ordered nite before, got email items were in. Was what I ordered and worked. Back next day for more stuff. Got discount, friendly, knowledgeable, if they don't have what ya need, they can get it. Will be back to shop. 5stR

Came here to swap out my wife's battery. Forgot a socket wrench, the guy behind the counter was patient and helped me get the right size and extension length to use real quick without charge. Absolutely helpful.

My sons car broke down near this NAPA. I went there to have my battery tested and I ended up having to purchase a new one which I expected due to the fact that the battery was over 4 years old. Going back to the broken car the new battery did not help. I discovered that it was a blown fuse that was connected to the positive battery cable. I took it to NAPA to get a replacement only to find out it is something I could only get from a dealer. This taking place on a Sunday means I was out of luck because every car dealer parts counter is closed on Sunday's it seems. The NAPA salesman was determined to help me get this resolved. After what seemed like an hour he was able to locate a car at a salvage lot which ended up having exactly what I needed. Awesome customer service. Thanks to that salesman I was able to get my sons car running in no time. I didn't catch his name but that guy deserves a raise.

NAPA Auto on 424 E. Buckeye is outstanding... I was able to find Chevy part that even Chevrolet dealer couldn't provide and part price was less than half the price than dealer. NAPA workers rock!!

At NAPA store #20 is a youngin named Joe. I am herein recommending him a salary increase due to his excellent performance. Joe was the only one out of total five different A/P stores who figured out my hose problem...I meant the fluid hose for my car

Great company but horrible service at this location. Besides the two guys in the front with a bad attitude, I went to buy spark plugs and they only have 6 when my model car only comes with a v8, and on top of that guy tells me he doesn't know what's the next closest location... What a joke Ill take the extra mile to visit Penny Pinchers Auto from here on out.

Don't know who was the guy who answer but he seems annoyed when I ask him about a part I needed I know we have things going on out in the world outside work but it don't mean we need to take it to the customers or anybody else in general I'm still going to buy here but the guy needs to change his attitude or customer service ain't your thing buddy.

Seems like the guy that gets annoyed while you're asking for help while hes on the phone still works there. This place lost my business. Needed a couple grand in parts and his attitude made me go elsewhere.
