Every time I come here I walk away happy. Last trip my alternator died, the gentleman helped get our battery charged enough to get the car home. Above and beyond which is more than I can say for auto zone where I always get treated like garbage.Update: another win! I went in looking for a particular type of air freshener (coronado cherry) as the app said they had in stock. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, I drive Uber and get compliments for that scent constantly so desperately needed more. The employee called three other stores and found them, one store in South Phoenix. I was desperate so she had them hold a few and then ordered some for this store, now I can go get when I need more, thank you!

The managers Daniel and Angie were so helpful with any issues I had, anytime I'm there the counter help is fast efficient friendly I'm greeted when I walk in and thanked for choosing them. I love this location I would drive out of my way to get what I need from this location.

After walking in, I asked one question and the person behind the counter new the answer. I was so happy at that point. Other part stores did not have a clue what I was talking about. Thanks for the great service and for having the knowledge to be able to help a customer. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

This is not a legitimate business. Go to O'Reilly down the street instead. Workers are worthless. They will not honor their warranty it's a SCAMStay awayStay awayStay away

My car was overheating going over north mountain and at the base of the mountain was this Napa store. Went in and the helped me get what I needed, taught me some useful tips, made me laugh and got me back on the road safely! Thanks Ms Angie for teaching me how to take care of my radiator!

Employees are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and funny! 10/10 recommend this place to get your local auto parts. They also have an awesome mechanic right across the street! Angie took care of us, she has a lot of expertise and knowledge in the auto part industry!

Let me start off by saying Jeremy is absolutely amazing and heaven sent!!! It was literally God that directed me to this store as there was a closer location to me. He was patient but most importantly understanding! The true definition of GREAT customer service. He made my Easter Sunday a lot better after it started off as a stressful morning. Thank you so much. If I can good 1000 stars I would! If anyone needs a raise, it s him.

What a great experience in the newly managed NAPA. Angie was fantastic and fun. She was down to business, got to the point, she personally found everything I needed. And made me laugh as well. As a recent transplant, this is my new neighborhood parts store.

Well they smoked Auto zone yet again. Buy availability and price nearly a $20.00 difference for two bolts. 4Real. Lol. Customer service was top notch and the sale items . Check micro fiber towels on sale for 8 bones and you get a grip of them . Thank you all day &, all night.

The current crew at Napa is the best one in a long time. Hopefully the district managers see this and leave this crew to do their job, as it has been a revolving door of front staff for the last few years I've been going here. Jeremy was who I worked with today and he was just the most helpful person I've had at any auto parts store, and was willing to grab extra parts from the back to see what exactly I was looking for and continued searching for my part, only to find out Napa doesn't stock the part or an aftermarket replacement doesn't exist. Nonetheless I knew he had done everything in his power to get me an answer and there aren't a lot of places or people like that anymore so it was greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work fellas, it doesn't go unnoticed.

Super helpful staff, highly recommend the store on 7th. Had what I needed and Daniel was willing to work with me to get me a better deal than the other 3 parts stores I went to.

Be aware NAPA is now requiring a receipt for refunds, and even on battery warrantys.If NAPA was smart they would keep track of their customers like O'riley, and Auto Zone.If not you will lose customers.I came close to walking out today.Normally I would have give a 5 star

The associates at this store did not acknowledge my presence. I found all the items I needed, waiting to be checked out. In store maybe 15 min total. In exasperation I put all items back on shelf and walked out. No body acknowledged my presence the whole time I was in the store. Will I go back? Probably NOT!!! This store doesn't deserve a

Literally paid for a engine gasket kit for over 200$ and came back when it was there and they told me I never paid for it. So now Im down even more than before and I just dropped 3k on a car that I can't even continue to own because of the parts it needs.

I am very dissatisfied on the service i got today i been a Napa customer for about 14yrs now and today was just not so Great at all . So i have warranty on my battery so i took my battery in because it exploded. Not sure how that happen but i was told that i had to Pay the difference for a New one whats the point in having a warrenty on it if i didnt get a new one with the warranty it should really not matter what or how it happen there actually should be no problem with just giving me a New battery with the warrenty it has..

Jeremy at this store, is by far the most knowledgeable and professional parts person in the industry. For the best, most experienced service, that stands second to absolutely no one in the auto parts industry, go to this NAPA and ask for Jeremy. You'll be glad you did.

I couldn't find the convex mirror that I needed to augment the standard rearview mirror on my 1969 C/10. The assistant manager was kind enough to check the stock in the back and she found one for me.

I found probably the best parts guy I ve ever met. Went so far above and beyond out of professionalism and courtesy. Unbelievably great experience with Jeremy at 7th st and Hatcher NAPA. 6 star service.

Great experience today at Napa Auto Parts. I keep having bad experiences at auto parts store up and down Cave Creek.So, I decided to try Napa today to get oil and a filter for an oil change. I got what I needed talked shop for a bit and even got a hand out to my car.Clearly a more professional higher quality auto parts store.

Better prices, same waiting time compared to the other local auto part stores. A $25 full synthetic oil change makes me a happy camper
