This crew of guys are awesome. Communication 10/10. They took care of a long list of problems on my truck and helped me take care of some issues I didnt know were happening. Thorough and pictures all thru the process. And FAST! Im really happy to have found someone reliable and honest. Thanks guys!

Love this shop! I had a hard time finding a good mechanic that I can trust completely with my vehicle, and this is the place. Quality work at fair prices without all the nonsense I have dealt with at other places telling me I need things done that aren't even necessary. I drive twenty miles to get there, and I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Mr. Mechanic always been honest with his repair work and reasonable with his rates. Easy to talk to and explains things well. Use him regularly since we have a small fleet. Highly recommended.

I just moved to this side of town, and I'm so glad I chose this place. I went in thinking I had a bad alternator, but luckily it was just my battery. Phew! Customer service was absolutely fantastic, and service was very prompt. They gave me all kinds of info, even pertaining to my other vehicle. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. This will definitely be my new mechanic!

Mr. Mechanic (Tim) always does great work whenever I bring my vehicles in. If there s a problem I trust him to find it and fix it. He s not offering the cheapest prices in town, but he s also not going to gouge you. You get the value of what you pay for, and it is worth it driving away knowing your vehicle is in tip top shape.

We took our VW here after having at another shop for weeks. The difference between the two is that Mr.Mechanic was honest and told us they wouldn t be able to do the job and we appreciated that more than you know.

Repairs are always completed timely at the price quoted. The technicians are also very polite. After our last mechanic closed his business, we are very happy to have found a new honest neighborhood auto-repair shop.

This place is a life saver, I came in for an inspection for a possible oil leak, and they were so helpful and didn t charge me for the inspection and helped explain everything else wrong with my car, I.e, my break pads. Recommend coming here for car issues, if I could give 10 stars I would. :) amazing customer service.

This place has the best customer service & repair shop! Took my car in for my Struts, Stabilizer, alignment, & balancing and now my car runs like new. Also bought wiper blades from there. Thanks guys, ur the best . I ll definitely refer my family members here for sure

Tim is a good and honest mechanic. His analysis is accurate, and his prices are fair. He knows old cars, too. He rebuilt the carburetor on my 69 Nova, among other things. Highly recommend.

My friend told me about Mr. Mechanic, so I took my car in to have a tune up and oil change. Trevor was a very nice guy and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He did a good job at a fair price. I would highly recommend Mr. Mechanic.

Brought my Mercedes in for a check engine light. I dropped it off around noon and it was fixed and ready to go by 4! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, thank you Trevor and this is now my new shop for any vehicle troubles I may have! Very reasonable prices and honest. Seemed knowledgeable, but ended up spending almost $300 for diagnostics and labor for absolutely nothing. Diagnostics showed mass air flow sensor, ecm, and throttle body. They went straight to throttle body and when they replaced it, my car was driving worse than before. They then said it could be a combination of the throttle body and mass air flow sensor. I declined that as I could do that myself. They ended up putting the original back in and charging me for labor for both even though it took hardly any time. Long story short, I replaced the mass air flow sensor for $60 and zero issues. Thanks Mr. Mechanic.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Tim and Trevor are, in my opinion some of the best mechanics. They're honest, knowledgeable and affordable. Always friendly and upbeat! Treat like you like family. I've been going to Mr. Mechanic over 6 years now. They're amazing! Not going to lie... sucks having to spend money for repairs however Tim and Trevor are always a pleasure! Best mechanics!

Mr. Mechanic is the shop to go to! Trevor and Tim made for a speedy turnaround doing a brake job on my 07' Ram 2500 Diesel Truck in less than a day! Trevor was very informative, transparent and explained everything in great detail for my understanding. Very trustworthy shop, don't hesitate to bring your ride here, you won't be let down! I'm a first time customer to Mr. Mechanic. This is a small shop that at first glance outside the great reviews you may pass over. I almost did and I'm glad I didn't. I primary worked with Tim in the front office. Tim has a good personality and kept me updated with phone calls to confirm the estimate and pictures of the parts they replaced. Just like they advertise they also charge a fair price for the repairs.With modern vehicles lasting longer and longer it is important owners have someone they can trust to take care of those high milage maintenance requirements and the occasional check engine lite. I hope your experience with Mr. Mechanic is just as good as mine was.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I called in to get my Chevy Malibu done on Monday and was blown away! They were able to get me a great quote over the phone which was cheaper than anyone around! I was able to get my car towed there and had my fuel pump fixed the same day!! Only took 2 hours! When I went in to get my car it started right up and drives great!!! I will be taking my other cars there to get fixed! They are nice, friendly and affordable!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I went in to see about a transmission fluid service, ended up getting a oil change also.They were very professional the shop looks very clean and organized, they were very knowledgeable.Their prices are very reasonable and they give you an honest time frame and are punctual, they don't waste their customers time.My car runs wonderfully. I can't thank them enough for their great work at an affordable price.You don't find places like this very often but when you do you hang on to these businesses.Service: General repairs & maintenance

One of my sons found this place several years ago and had his Camry worked on. We like the excellent customer service and the prices. My other son has called Tim with questions about his car, Tim has given him his time and knowledge without any pressure to bring his car in. I just brought my Tahoe in and had some work done. This place was absolutely beyond phenomenal. They knew exactly how to help us with our brakes. Being that we were only in town for a day, they took the time to help get our brakes fixed and replaced our air filter. They worked with us even though they were about to close, we felt they cared about our welfare on the road and took the time to fix our vehicle without any hesitation. We are happy with what a great job they have done and lastly a cool lil purple flashlight given to us. I highly recommend Tim, his son and their company to get this done right and being that they are so friendly, it was a comfortable visit. Thank you guys again, we are very very appreciative and satisfied with your service and thoughtfulness

The shop was easy to get ahold of and the owner was very pleasant to deal with. I let him know I just needed a quote and what it was for. He called me back within 10 minutes. He explained in detail what was quoted and why it was necessary. ( I already have some car knowledge) It was nice to be able to tell he wasn't trying rip me off or nickle and dime for unnecessary things. I had even mentioned a price that the dealership had quoted for a part price, and without hesitation he matched it. It was only a couple of dollars, but that was a first for me at a mechanic. He did say he doesnt usually negotiate or match prices. It was so nice because this was the first we had ever spoke and I just wasn't expecting someone to be so pleasant after the hell I endured, at a different shop, at the dealership. I made an appointment to drop my car off. When I got there the owner drove me back to my house so I didn't have to wait for a Lyft. He had the car done on time and there weren't any suprise expenses when I picked it up. It was just as clean as I had left it. There weren't any hand prints or grease all over it like I have experienced at other shops. It has been several weeks since I got my car back and it is still driving as good as ever! Tim and Trevor were awesome! I arrived almost at closing, last minute, Tim drove out to pick up the part that I needed while Trevor disassembled and removed the damaged part so that the new part is ready to be put in upon Tim's arrival. I mentioned to Trevor a minor issue I was having with my trunk release button and he read up on some information and immediately provided custom work on the spot. I was in and out in under 2 hours. I received custom work on the spot and had my window relay/ motor fixed at an affordable price. Great service and super friendly!

It took me years to finally find a reliable mechanic I could trust to do great work without price gouging or pushing questionable "fixes" on me. Tim went above and beyond the issue I brought the vehicle in for. I will definitely be returning!

I couldn't figure out what was going on with my radiator and I was driving 500 miles home through Phoenix when the whole thing went south, Steam was pouring out the engine as I was almost passed the off-ramp on I-17. While cooling the thing down, I Googled "BEST MECHANIC in Phoenix". Up popped Mr. Mechanic (Tim) and the reviews were all real good. Tim said Bring it on over if you can. The Mr. Mechanic garage was a mile away...Tim couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. He found the original (124,000 miles) and complicated hose, tracked down a new part, installed it, checked all the other things associated with my cooling system and then put the car on the lift. My tires were really bad (I kinda knew that but was focused on getting home.) We did the best thing to get me home: replace the old tires with new, thus avoiding a dangerous situation with the old, front tires blowing out. They were pretty bad...Thank you Tim for such great service. I think the costs to get back on the road were very reasonable. I couldn't recommend Mr. Mechanic more highly.
