Rick helped me get my 2nd bike, and it was the best experience yet! They weren't pushy at all and helped answer all of my questions. Not only that, they put up with my 3 year old girl running around and sitting on all of the bikes. John, the owner, was awesome. He made sure my wife and I understood the loan details and is just an all-around great guy. Thank you guys so much, I love my new bike and have already told everyone I know about you.

The drive belt on my Suzuki scooter broke and left me by the side of the road. Since we are traveling full time, I found Moto City on a Google search. They were kind enough to send a truck and trailer to pick me up. Upon arrival, I explained that we were only in town another week. A replacement belt was located on the east coast and ordered same day. Once the part arrived, it was quickly installed. I was kept informed during all of this and the total bill was quite reasonable. Would definitely return.

I just bought a 2021 Honda TalonX4 Live Valve and I love it! Rick at Moto City was the best salesmen I have ever dealt with in the motorcycle, ATV or auto industry. There was no pressure at all, straightforward about the price in the deal. This was by far the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had! Dave in service explained everything and even show me some tip and also trails to check out. John the owner and finance man was amazing. Straight forward, no pressure, and legitimately wanted me to walk away with the best deal I could. These guys are amazing and made this a fun experience. They even let me use a trailer to get my new toy home! I will never go to Ride Now again. The customer service isn't the same...

It was a pleasure doing business with MotoCity. Hunter (sales person) and John (the boss) were great to deal with. They worked with me to get to a price that I was happy with. Had the machine a few weeks now and love it. I d definitely recommend stopping in and checking this place out!!

Went here to purchase a Ninja, basically did the transaction online before. Once I got there I was pleasantly surprised there was no bait and switch. I have purchased so many vehicles in my life but never a motorcycle. I wish all vehicle buying experiences were this easy. I will be back for future purchases and this place is not convenient to where I live, but the purchase experience is exactly what I ll be back for. Thank you!

We got a Yamaha 250 from Moto city it was excellent service very helpful and knowledgeable about every bike,everyone in there rides so they actually know what is better and more reliable for what we do. I'm blown away. They had a ridiculously low price on the bike I wanted, and I couldn't pass it up! Straight shooting, out the door price they quoted was honored and I probably spent a cumulative total of an hour in here before I walked out with my new ninja 650!I've been so conditioned to think that dealer's are out to screw you and take your money... and I'm not proud of that. But hey, when that's all anyone ever tells you, how can you not be? People don't talk about the good experiences like I am here, and that's a shame. Bob was the guy that helped me and he was a stand-up dude. Bob, if you're reading this, sorry for being overly skeptical. I shopped vigorously for the best price on this bike and when I tried to get other's to beat your price, they either didn't believe me or said it was too good to be true. They we're wrong.Price shop, do your homework, and call these guys if they have the bike you want. You'll be really glad you did!

Absolutely LOVE my 2022 Honda Monkey! This is my first motorcycle. I absolutely appreciate MotoCity for the fast and easy pickup. They had the motorcycle ready for me to see in the showroom and was straight up with how much it was going to cost out the door. No hidden fees/costs! There was only 2 miles on the bike since the mechanic had to test it after the build. I haven t stopped smiling! Highly recommend you get your next toy here!

I really like this shop - the parts guys are knowledgeable and have a pretty good stock of oem parts. MotoCity is one of the best in this regard. I try to shop locally rather than order online. Unfortunately, it is a bit more expensive to shop locally but the advice and service is worth it in my opinion (i.e. tech. advice and effort to make things right). I recently bought a clutch kit for my Yamaha and water pump parts and they had almost everything I needed. Almost none of the other dealers stock parts anymore and I usually receive the "we can order it for you" response when inquiring....

I just purchased my new 2023 KTM 890 Adventure R from Moto City in Anthem, and John and his Team provided first class customer care throughout the process. Of note, Rick is a top-notch sales guy, my written quote was quickly received, and detailed everything I requested with full transparency - what a pleasure to work with. I dealt with 4 dealers simultaneously on quotes and Moto City was by far the best to work with. In addition, it took about 30 minutes to pick-up my bike and complete the purchase. The same day a friend picked up his bike from a different regional dealer and it took six times longer - no joke. I highly recommend Moto City!

I bought 3 dirtbikes here already.Best price in ALL AZ.Best customer service and helpful employees.Do NOT shop or go to RideNow, GO AZ Motorcycle (worst place to do service or buy a bike), even if you have to drive over an hour to MotoCity like me, drive there, they are the BEST IN CLASS.

Customer service was great, and I felt that they were transparent about dealer fees and weren't trying to get me to overpay for my new bike.Shout out to my salesperson Hunter, he was very friendly and the whole process went really smooth Also really cool inventory and storefront altogether! I could highly recommend business with these folks over at Motocity to anyone without a doubt! Have had the bike for almost a month and have been riding it almost everyday. Glad to do business here.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Moto City. I purchased a Honda Talon from them and I have to say, every step of the transaction was easy and painless. They took the time to inform me about accessories and warranties, but I never felt pressured into purchasing them. Rick and John were knowledgeable and helpful. I Highly recommend them and I am very happy with my purchase.

Update: my problem was solved by the manufacturer and D& K service of Cottonwood. Thank You! After doing my research i am not an isolated incident. One of many problems. Motor City caused my problems would do nothing to fix it. Only to have the owner shut his office door on my face before I told him who I was.If your looking to buy, get parts, service or just have a question call Dave at D&K Service very nice people and knowledgeable. Especially if you re looking to get your ATV repair without missing parts and no oil.Little drive but May save you money and headaches. It s your money you can do what you like. However, if you re looking for a great price, good service, nice people go to D&K service in Cottonwood.

The dealership is very well displayed with all of their product. It is nice and clean and easy to access from the main road. As soon as my husband and I walked into the dealership I was greeted with a friendly hello and how may I help you. There was no pressure and the sales representative was able to help answer all my questions. My family and I did purchase a TERYX4 S LE and they were willing to deliver it to our home but we had a trailer so we picked it up. John, the manager was very helpful and made the purchasing process very easy. I highly recommend MotoCity and look forward to a long relationship.

I bought a 2022 KTM Freeride E-XC. They are hard to find and I only had to wait about 3 months for it to come in after I put down a deposit. Dealing with Rick was great and he took care of all the details with minimal hassle and kept me updated on when the bike would arrive. Almost everything was done over the phone and the delivery process took less than 30 minutes. I met John, the owner, while I was at the dealership and he was very nice and friendly. Jessica in Parts helped me choose all the gear I needed since I have been out of dirt bikes for a while and I needed everything. She was very patient as I tried on lots of helmets and boots. By the way, they carry many bike brands and have a huge inventory of bikes and side by sides. It is an awesome toy store. Overall, it was a totally positive experience and I can't wait to get my new bike out this weekend. Thanks again!

Moto City is a great place to do business. My OTD price saved me $978.00. They don't add on a Stupid High doc fee, setup, or freight like most other dealers. The Honda Pioneer 520 fits in an 8 foot bed with the front bumper removed.
