These guys are amazing! I m not from the Phoenix area, I just bought a custom GTI in California and was on my way to Denver with the car when the fuel pump went out! Nightmare! The car is a pretty custom car and the fuel pump was no exception, so I was terrified I wouldn t be able to get this fixed easily.. wrong! These guys built me a custom fuel pump for the car in one day! Super thankful to these guys for all their hard work and professionalism. Thanks again! Great shop!

Dishonest. Took 68 baja bug in for repairs. After evaluation, agreed to $6000 for a BRAND NEW "SHINEY" engine to be installed. Requested that all parts be returned, including the old engine as it was going to be used in another project. Had to follow up with them regularly, as they cut corners, parts are missing and the old engine was destroyed. Arrived to take delivery of the bug with an additional $2000 tacked on to the bill. After reviewing the bill, they double and triple billed for the same parts/service. Went back, showed them the errors and was called "mean" because a refund of the overcharges was expected. Drove it for the 500 miles for break-in and took it in for follow-up as required. And they wanted MORE money! When confronted about their dishonest business practices, their stories changed over and over during a 15 minute conversation. Honestly thought Mark could be trusted, since we have known his family and been neighbors for over 40 years. His mother will be disappointed when she hears about this.
