Called at 3 pm that I was stranded with a dead battery. Said he could be there in an hour. Waited and text he said 45 min and would call from parts store. Waited and waited and waited. After multiple texts he responded on his way. That was over 3 hours ago and now no response to texts and won t answer calls. It s now dark and trying to find someone that will actually show up and help me. Horrible service.Service: Battery

No Call Back at All. Explained my repair needs to a Woman taking calls. Never heard another word from them. Confirmed my phone number and Cross Streets during our call. So a loss of my number did not happen. I can only guess that my job was too small for them to mess with. Had my own Shocks, So "mark up" on parts was not an option for them. Not impressed.

Poor professionalism and unreliable. I called and set up an appointment two days prior. I called the morning of the appointment 1.5 hours prior to the appointment and wasn't contacted until 5 hours after the scheduled appointment with an excuse that I accepted and was promised next day scheduled appointment. Needless to say no show for scheduled appointment. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Such a shame, since the company name is friendly, to bad the staff (owners as the "lady" claimed) isn't.My husband called this company while I was at work. When I got home- I accidentally called this company also. I did not leave a message; however, I received a call back from someone claiming they are the owners of the company ( even got a call back from NOT the number that I called).This "lady" for lack of better term- not only called me names once she told me that my husband hung up on her ( They wanted to charge 420.00 per hour to fix my car- to change a sensor??? WOW no wonder my husband hung up on her). This "lady" called me names, all starting with C and B's all the way around.When I asked to speak to her husband, thats when the cursing continued, as she was yelling at me that she is the owner of the place and her husband is the mechanic.Also -I think the first 3 that populate when you do a google search are the same company of mobile mechanics. The 3 different numbers all went to a VM - and the "lady" called back from each different number.When I told her I would post reviews of their company - she literally said "dont you dare threaten me". Well here I am posting this reveiw to FB, google, and Twitter.I did find an awesome mechanic - who didnt even charge me- thank you Zach Mobile ( please google him for his contact information) for being an honest mechanic.

I used this company and absolutely recommend them to anybody. The owner/mechanic and his assistant are very professional, friendly and down to earth. They are thorough and made sure that i understood exactly what was going on with my vehicle and how much it would cost me beforehand and also let me know of any problems i could possibly run into in the future. Needless to say they fixed my alternator and changed my belt. The car was great for 2 wks and then wouldnt start and they came right out to me to check it and this time was my starter. I haven't had a problem since! Thanks Mark and Gary! I have already recommended you guys to several family and friends.

Do not use this company, Mark will rip you off and come up with new reasons to keep charging you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Starter went out on my Mustang, these guys were very quick and did a great job. My Mustang is up and running couldn't ask for a better job.

Hi Michelle this is a nice review you have left for us but you did a no no on google it is unethical to advertise another company on a google review..you have been reported...also you left out some details on your review since i have 2 saved voicemails to share with google and facebook and twitter of you calling me names and cussing me out and threatening me...what you have shown is terrible anger issues because i quoted your husband flatrate of 220.00 to fix your vehicle but you thought it was too expensive when actually its the program i use that gives me my prices..so much for being an honest company...people like you want things done for free...you should of maybe gone with the Hyundai dealership that you say you work for...but thats probably too expensive for you too.and by the way i have reported you also to Hyundai along with your voicemails thank you Michelle hope you have a wonderful day...

He called and said he couldn't make it. I saw the other reviews about him not showing up so I think I'll just move on.

I am extremely disappointed with this company, they were supposed to come twice, and both times they did not show. I am on a very tight time frame and they wasted 2 days of my time.
