I actually had a good experience this time!The issue I brought my car in for was fixed expediently, and the warranty was honored fairly. KUDOS to Jonathan Great Customer Service once again. (applause!)

The service department is very knowledgeable and they are very professional; my car always drives better after my service; the six speed is easier to shift; breaks feel better and I will order a 2025 JCW convertible in 2024.

Jim the Mechanic Technician went with me for a test drive & answered ALL my questions & is a wealth of knowledge & information. This mini Cooper dealership is almost an hour drive from where I live and I would not go anywhere else and I have other mini dealers closer. I just happened to use them when I first bought my mini Cooper because I was in the area when I needed service so I stopped in, spoke to Ryan and all of the staff that I ve met since then and my vehicle has been there a few times to get upgraded on shocks rims, new tires, oil changes and just normal service and everybody has been nothing but professional and very nice to me every single time without fail, I highly recommend them, and would not go anywhere elseThank you Sincerely David EvelynService: Brake service & repair

Went in for my annual oil change, filter, brake fluid flush in addition to an an overall diagnostic analysis on my 2015 Mini Cooper S. Having previously made an appointment, I pulled into Mini N Scottsdale and was immediately taken care of. Rented a loaner, and was home within the hour. Later on received a video analysis from the Repair Tech who recommended a few items of concern. I picked the car up in late afternoon, and overall was happy with the service provided.The only problem was the $485 bill. Whatever happened to the $29.95 oil and filter change. Now it s $99.95. Brake flush $220 and an inside cab filter change of $77. Other recommendations (I passed on) would have made it $4,000. I thought I overpaid for my visit.

Outstanding service at Mini North Scottsdale. Service advisor Michael Angermeier is outstanding to work with and is excellent at letting me know progress of my service. Mini North Scottsdale takes care of my Mini Cooper Clubman so that it will last for years to come.I ve taken it here for the last 30,000+ miles and I intend to continue.I appreciate the messages from the technician with a video showing exactly what he sees and recommends. I love my car and only let trained professionals touching it. The service I have received from these pros at Mini North Scottsdale was every single time exceptionally good.Thanks to all the mechanics, service writers, managers, even the folks who clean the place.You are all doing an excellent job.FYI, I drive 4.5 hours (one way) to get to them. I have been getting my 2016 F55 serviced At the north Scottsdale mini dealer for about 3 years now. Began my ownership at 19k miles and am now at 71k. They have made my ownership experience painless and worry free. Never upselling me or up charging, only looking out for what is best for me and my mini cooper.Thank you to the past service advisors and now Jonathen and Ryan for always being so helpful and kind when I come in. Look forward to future service assistance from them and their team.

Everyone is friendly, and you're not left in limbo...if your rep is busy with a customer, another will step in to keep things moving. I also like that they give you an honest estimate of what the car made need, and how long you can wait before addressing the issue. And if nothing is wrong with the car, then nothing is wrong with the car...no surprises!

I called first, and was told to come in for help with my tier right away, which I am very grateful for. I was welcomed and advised of what needs to take place as soon as I walked in. Rayan was quite helpful , got me a ride to go do something that needed to be done instead of waiting. I read sent a video for the service, and was provided all the details about the procedure taken. Although I was not happy that full warranty did not cover tires , I am still very impressed with how nice, efficient and professional everybody was MINI NS is the best

I brought my son s 2013 MINI Cooper in recently and was treated so well. They took care in really going through the car and giving me peace of mind that my son will be safe and driving a reliable car. There was some general maintenance needed and they explained everything clearly and honestly. I really appreciate the service team at MINI North Scottsdale! Extra shoutout to Josh and Ryan thank you both for going above and beyond!

The customer service was outstanding. Not only they accommodated me w/o an appointment but they had 2 mechanics working on my car so I could head back to Flagstaff that afternoon!Very caring & understanding. They order me a lift so I can get lunch & wait. Highly recommended!Service: Transmission

They were ready for our car right at the appointment time. I had only scheduled it for an oil change and planned to wait. Their video inspection showed the front brakes worn almost to the sensors and a leak in the windshield washer pump. They were able to complete the additional work at a reasonable price.
