I have a super busy schedule with work and kids, and they had finally gotten a used mini in the exact style and color I wanted. Went there took a quick test drive (still covered under extended warranty)The key was I had 2 cars I needed to trade in one I had with me the other at home. They gave me offers on both for the trade in (both were fair the one sight unseen). (and one had a check engine light with a 10 year old car)Deal they gave overall was super fair, but the best part everything was VERY fast. The whole process wasn't a lengthy nickel and dime back and forth. Drove me back to the house to get the car, got back got all the paperwork signed. I was in and out in under like 2-3 hours.Was honestly one of my quickest experiences at a dealership ever. And offered to fix the tint if I wanted to after.

This was my first time ever buying a car on my own and had the greatest experience. The customer service and staff was so nice and helpful. Dave my car salesman was nice and knowledgeable about MINI's. I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a MINI.

Excellent experience here. Drew was our salesperson, we completed most of the deal over texting and email. My wife spent ~20 minutes on site to have her previous Mini value confirmed, then we spent only ~30 minutes a few days later signing paper work. Great price, great efficiency, great experience. We'll definitely pick MINI of North Scottsdale for her next one.

My MINI .is the greatest vehicle I have had the privilege to drive. Incredible gas mileage and reliability. I ve Enjoyed every second of putting over Seventy Thousand miles on my F55 in a little over two years.My plan is to keep my F55 Hardtop MINI Cooper S until it can no longer muster the strength to push its wee wheels forward. Which is doubtful, surely my MINI will reach One million miles with ease. Beating every Toyota or Honda that crossed that million mile milestone, thinking they belonged on the throne of most reliable sources of transportation. However, if that very day my MINI takes its forever nap comes, there will be no delay in me purchasing another.Thank you MINI, for blessing me with a phenomenal driving experience, leaving my jaw on the floor every time I get out of my vehicle. Not being able to help but admire my MINI.Thank you mini, thank you for allowing me to commute with style, class, power and a never ending sense of that unexplainable childhood innocence. Reminding me there are no worries and I have no enemies.Thank you MINI. Have a blessed day.

Overall a wonderful experience. Please go in and talk to Drew. Very professional and no pressure to buy, we had an out the door price within 30 minutes of walking through the door. For a first time car buyer (through a dealership) he was the best I could have asked for. The other dozen or so cars we looked at (at other dealerships) were great but those experiences were like being interrogated; the experience with Drew is what brought us back and ultimately why we purchased the vehicle. Can t say enough about the whole experience, including the finance manager who was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and straightforward. Thanks again to the whole team.

I am a dyed in the wool car guy and I have purchased MANY cars over the years. I can honestly say that Dave and Dana made this purchase one of the smoothest yet. 10-stars to Mini North Scottsdale, specifically to Drew Besenfelder. This is the 2nd Mini Cooper we purchased at Mini North Scottsdale. Everyone at Mini North Scottsdale and specifically Drew Besenfelder have been absolutely amazing and wonderful in assisting us with the purchase of our new 2024 Mini Cooper S. This was probably the most seamless, stressless and exciting purchase process we ever experienced. And initially when we visited the dealership, we were just exploring options. We are just in awe of Mini North Scottsdale s sales and service department, and Drew made it absolutely clear to us that Mini North Scottsdale values their customers. In turn, we will be forever customers and spread the word. Also, our appreciation goes out to Michael Angermeier at Mini North Scottsdale's Service Center. Top notch service!

Great team! From beginning to end, a great customer experience. David was my primary salesperson and is wonderful. Drew also helped show me through my car. Travis as Sales Manager always checked in with me to make sure everything was going well. Dana also helped walked me through the final paperwork. She s really great. Really a wonderful team effort! I ve bought multiple cars through the Penske dealership from BMW and now the Mini side. I have high expectations. They always exceed them!

Perfect experience. The fastest expedited service I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I purchased from out of state so even before I got there every detail was reviewed and questions were answered. Drew had given me all of the detailed videos of vehicle and made sure I had the options I was wanting. Dana in finance found me a better interest rate and had me in and out of there in lightening speed. I have bought a few cars and I am very impressed with the crew here, #1. Thank you so much.

Drew and Leon are the best! Having had worked with dealerships for the past four decades, I can attest to their good characters. It was a fun and pleasurable experience working with them, on both my purchase and trade-in, which is a rarity for that industry. I will enjoy my car even more, knowing that I had purchased it from good people. I highly recommend them to all!

Both Travis and Billy are to be thanked for artfully coordinating a multi-faceted deal with me not even being within the State! The trading in and purchasing of a pre-owned unit went together seamlessly. It is only for their great teamwork and efforts that this was able to come to fruition and I am very grateful to them both. We stopped by after a long day of car shopping and were greeted by a very pleasant Dave Smith. He treats you like a person who just happens to just genuinely love Mini coppers and wants to tell you about the thing he loves. He is happy to help you buy a car from him but he's equally happy to be respectful and positive about other car brands as well. Just a really decent human being. It was a pleasure to learn about Mini's from him, and they as fun as to drive as he said they were!

Went to Mini North Scottsdale while starting to search for new cars. We didn t really have a particular car or brand in mind and Mini was the first car we looked at. Our sales advisor Dave Smith was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the brand. He was patient with us and showed us every model and option available. We never felt pressured by Dave or Travis, the general manager. Overall, the buying process was super easy and actually enjoyable! Would highly recommend.

From the first phone call to the last signature. From the first time I saw my Mini to when I drove it off the lot. Excellent service in all departments. David, my salesman and now friend, handled everything with professionalism and complete knowledge of the process and the vehicle. I had to travel from northern Nevada and David handled perfectly so everything was ready for me when I arrived. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!

Recently I bought a slightly used MINI, unfortunately not from a MINI dealer, took it in to MINI SCOTTSDALE for Vehicle Check, learned that past maintenance at non-dealer was not done to spec, and software and map updates were never done since new, and some vehicle internal setting were counterproductive. Josh Maerkle and Ryan Torrence were amazing, taking very good care and informing me of all progress, very professional and accommodating. Parts and updates were ordered and I will return for implementation of the service. Excellent experience, very happy, highly recommend. Thank you, Guys.

Very friendly staff, did the leg work to get me the best interest rate. David Stinson was wonderful to work with, no one at this dealership was pushy, which was a breath of fresh air!! I would absolutely recommend Mini N Scottsdale to anyone!

I am a Washington State resident and flew into Scottsdale to purchase a Mini Cooper from Mini of North Scottsdale. I had a pretty decent experience with purchasing the Mini, however, it's been a bit of a nightmare since the paperwork was signed. I was told by the finance manager that the dealership did not have the title on hand and that it didn't matter because it wasn't needed to register the vehicle in my state.When I visited my local licensing office, sure enough, they needed proof that the dealership actually owned the vehicle, they needed the title! When I called the finance manager to ask for the title and help getting the car register, she told me that they didn't a title for the Mini and there was nothing she could do for me. I was on my own and I needed to call Mini Financial to figure it out. I told her that other out of state dealerships that I had purchased cars from in the past had always handled the registration process. She told me that she could do it, but she would have to charge $4900 for the service! $4900!!!!!!!! I actually laughed because I was expecting her to say $49 dollars but she continued on to say forty nine HUNDRED!.So I'm basically on my own. The car has been paid for but now I am unable to actually register the car in my name. I feel like I'm living in the twilight zone. I know the car market is competitive right now but this dealership is acting in bad faith. I am starting to think that they didn't actually own the car and are struggling to retrieve the title from the previous owner. Avoid this dealer if you can.UPDATE:Management reached out to me to get my direct contact info to offer any help they could in resolving this matter. They said they take my concerns very seriously. Well.....management just forwarded my email, without any response at all to Dana, the finance consultant who has been the person refusing to help me. Thank you for this management. I guess I'm on my own.

My second hand mini cooper was rescued from a horrible place called Chapman. I am officially a miniac now. I called for pricing and the customer service was out of this world amazing. I have an appointment first thing in the morning and am excited knowing certified mini techs will be working on my car. This is officially the best dealership I've ever been to. I've read an heard only good things about this location and the techs are 100% honest.

NOTHING BUT AWESOME!!!!!! The staff is the best, friendly and will answer all your questions. I drove down from Prescott Valley as I saw the mini I wanted online. They waited for us and got us the one perfect one. Great communications with our sales rep and service department. When I say go to Mini of North Scottsdale is it for the best reasons. We had spend no wasted our hours in the Prescott area looking. NEVER again. Straight to North Scottsdale from now on. Get the best from the best!!! We made it an Arizona original.

I have owned three MINI's in my lifetime and loved each one. Between these three purchases I have owned a Lexus, Jeep, Nissan, and Ford. Aside from the fun style, unique and customizable design of a MINI, the driving experience is one of a kind. But. What I love most is the community aspect. This particular dealership is amazing. Easy to work with. Helpful. The team has a synergistic non-salesy vibe you will appreciate. They don't vulture around you when you look or try and swooze you into an uncomfortable position to try and win your sale. The finance team gets you in and out quickly (my purchase took an hour total). If you are looking for a MINI, I Highly recommend Drew and/or Dana- they will match you with something in your budget that you will be proud to drive! I love MINI!
