Do NOT take your vehicle here! Communication from them is horrible. My car has been there since Nov 15th. Ken told me the part would be here on Dec 27th and it would take a few hours to fix it. I called in the 29th because I hadn't heard from him. The part is MIA! They can't find it, don't have a tracking number, and made no attempt to keep me updated on the situation. USAA covers my rental for 50 days so I have to return the rental today with absolutely no idea when I'll have my car. 50 days!!!! Ken claims this is the only part in the entire country and it's this or nothing. They did offer to turn the car to me without an operational air bag tho!!!!

I'd like to thank Pierre and his undoubtedly all-star team for giving me the top-level service that is often promised by many others but is rarely seen. I dropped my car off for a stressful/major car repair that I had to go through due to a rough collision, but Pierre kept me updated throughout the repair and completed it expeditiously; I'm beyond delighted by the workmanship and professionalism of Pierre and his team that resulted in my car looking factory new.From the parts' fit and paint, lighting, and the little surprise they threw in for me, I couldn't be happier. The rest of the auto service industry should learn a lot from Midway's team here, and I think a good example are the before and after photos of the job you'll see attached to this review.

Nissan truck towed there because I was familiar and they had a collision center. Forgot they had quoted me $500 for a sonar sensor that was $12 and 5 minutes of labor. The price went from $3500 to $7000 overnight for storage(in the far back corner of the back lot). This after Ken Kachanski said he d be fair as I m LE.Would not recommend this business whatsoever. So dishonest. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost.

I don't think I could have gotten better service. I was amazed at how well they took care of me and my car after an accident. They made it so easy. Ken helped me the first time and kept me updated throughout the process. Then a couple weeks after my repairs a belt broke in my engine compartment which was old age and they happily helped me out a second time. Steve made an accurate assessment and quote and was spot on with the estimated time to fix and price. Top notch customer service. I will always feel good bringing my car here.

Terrible customer service. No communications to keep me updated.6/19/23 - Took my truck in for some repairs they said it would be between 2 - 3 weeks. Said it would be ready 7/12/23. Got weekly email updates "Everything on track for planned delivery date". On 7/12 - I called in and heard they are still waiting for the replacement door.

Kirby has been my main contact here. Last year sent my vehicle to get repairs done. Worst eatimator, didnt even look at my entire collison damage and missed alot of items that needed to replaced. Had to go back twice. This year a part worn out they installed. Again Kirby giving me a hard time and wont warrant the item.

Dropped off my 2019 Cadillac for repairs on a fairly minor fender and while the repairs are not finished, I've been very pleasedThe staff was efficient and friendly and they have called to keep me up to date.We'll see how the final repairs turn out so please stay close!Thanks for readingWell I received a call from Midway and was told my Cadillac was ready to go! I dropped off my rental car and went over to pick her up. The work was awesome, it was perfect and U couldn't be happier.If you need body work done, give these guys a try ...... I have been here once prior (and am using again currently). They are pretty awesome. I have USAA and at least with them the whole process is so streamlined and easy! They have an enterprise right outside their building for easy rental service while your car is getting fixed. Lifetime warranty on repairs. All in all no complaints here! Check em out if you are unfortunate enough to need the services!

Mr. Larry Davis was phenomenal with the way he handled himself and the way he made his company look. He even went out of his way to let me borrow a truck sense the insurance company only had a small little car as the rental agreement. Anybody who needs work done with collision repair should definitely come here. Thank you so much midway collision center for all your hard work my baby looks brand new again.

I got rear ended by a teenage driver who was texting and driving. And I decided to take my car to Midway cause I heard of a lot of good things from them. First of all they really took care of me. Updating me on the status of my car and dealing with the other guys insurance. Unfortunately alot of my car parts were on back order, which was not Midways fault. Once my car parts arrived they quickly went to work on my car. My car ended up looking like new. But like all car services, not everything would be perfect. Me as a person who washes and details there car. I did find some small imperfections. Nothing to worry about and probably not even noticeable unless you know where to look. But overall Midway Collision Center did a great job on my car. And were very professional throughout the repair process.

I am sorry I ever brought my car into Midway Collision. It's been over 6 weeks since the repairs were started, and when I received my truck back, the rearview camera was suddenly missing. Then I found out the tech I had been dealing with was fired (Zach). The manager called me after I complained, but he has yet to make this situation right. If I do not have answers this week I will be going to the corporate level. It's very sad considering my experience buying the car across the street was superior. I will NEVER use them again. Too shotty.

Quality work. Pierre was my estimator and handled the job with upmost professionalism. Kept me up to date on the jobs progress. And when he heard my insurance wasn't covering my rental he put it upon himself to get Midway to put me in one of their pickups until the job was done!

Had my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado four-door truck into the body shop the entire left side of the truck was damaged when a other truck was cutting across the parking lot and I had to swerve to miss him and I hit a concrete post. They got the truck all repaired and you couldn t even tell that it was in a wreck. They did a perfect job on repairing it.

Zac was amazing to work with. Anytime I had a question, when I called he would either answer right then, or follow up with me same day. I appreciate your professionalism and great work. My car looks amazing :) You're amazing.

I am very disappointed in the service that my husband and I received dealing with Zack at midway collision! Not only did they have our vehicle for over 84 days...but when we went back to get it they forgot to put a bolt on.. half of my lift on the truck is hanging off! The only way we realized something was wrong was when driving it, it would make this terrible noise! I called Zack and explained to him what was going on, not only did he chuckle and say I was afraid that was gonna happen...he said that there was nothing he could do for me today!

Kyle was my advisor. He kept me well informed and was on top of my claim. Even though I only needed a new bumber, they returned my truck back to me detailed inside and out like a brand new truck.

The advisors at Midway Collision are top notch professionals!! I'm currently waiting on a resolution to a paint/clearcoat issue that has taken quite some time but I feel confident that Midway Collision as well as Midway Chevrolet will, with the help of GM upper management, come up with a satisfactory solution!!

Worst place ever. Kyle is a snake. Acts like he cares about your car then gets paid and it's your problem. Must get commission off ripping people off. Would not recommend this place and would stand outside boycotting if I didnt have a life. PLEASE NOTE: THEY SAY THEY ARE AFFILIATED WITH MIDWAY NISSAN, BUT THEY ARE REALLY NOT!!!!

this was worse experience I have ever had they took vehicle 3 times and never had parts then got van back and metal shavings and dust everywhere. customer service wasn't any stay away they value your time very little.

My car is with them for almost 2 months, since last few weeks when ever I ask for an update they say it will be done in a week. When I go back and ask again they say the same thing. Same response every time. Worst experience i have ever faced, and very rude while giving the updates.

ladies and gentlemen of Phoenix Arizona and its surroundings, as advice and horrible experience in this place do not bring your car to anything but nothing, my car has it here almost 60 days by two doors and they only call you to tell you lies that the pieces They have not been sent, they tell you that they will deliver it to you on that date and the date arrives and it happens and they do not call you at all, this is crazy, they do not let you speak if you call them because everyone agrees and they are complicit ones of others, the receptionist they have is the worst of all with a bad form that verbally mistreats you, I seriously hope that this reaches the ears of the owner of the place because really what is in there is a mafia, the more days they manage to retain your car more money they take out for sure, my lord that inside there is hell, please but want to suffer never take your car there.
