I needed new tires so in the middle of the night I searched the Midas website and found a great deal and scheduled an appointment for the very next day at 10am, by 8am I received a call from them and I was able to confirm pricing and I was told that I could bring the car in early, by 10am I was already done with new tires, wheel alignment and even an oil change that I knew I needed, wasn't thinking about it, but they noticed it was due. Thank you Midas and thank James and Jacob that provided me with excellent customer service, all the stars for this location 17 freeway and Dunlap.

I called, got estimate, and set appointment. Tires came in sooner than estimated. James, the manager, honored coupon and special deals offer.Best experience I've had with tire-shopping.You can be sure I'll be back with my other car!

Called in on a Sat morning and got an apt. a couple hours later. Appreciated the fast service and they didn't try to scare me into getting other services and spending more money. I'm a repeat customer and always ask about coupons even if I don't see one on their website and they have always been kind enough to apply one to the cost. Also appreciate receiving pictures with status of my vehicle with potential issues included.

Man was just having one of those days .I walked in and was greeted by Jacob and things turned around immediately. Not only did he fix my problem - he sent me on my way w an Americana and a recommendation for local tacos. Jacob is the man - will 100% be back!

This is the best tire shop that I've come across to date! James made sure I got a great deal on four new tires with extra services, made everything easy by following up with me after the holiday was over to confirm he had the inventory and even stayed late waiting to check me out after I was late picking up my mother's finished car. Please give this shop a chance, you won't be sorry!

So I have to say I am grateful for this Midas. They are caring and they actually do their best to cover all concerns on your car. So I own a 2019 Nissan Versa I tried to take it to Nissan to get a tune up twice. They refused. My mileage wasn't at their threshold. I know keeping your maintenance up to date is a must. Anyways these guys did what I asked I'm grateful. Thank you Midas and thank you staff.

Great costumer service!!!Last Saturday we made an appointment to have a general inspection on our pre owned vehicle. We arrived in time and they immediately took our vehicle inside their shop to do the inspection. We waited for a while and then the manager (Janelle) asked us to go with her so she could explain what they found, she was very detailed and clear in her explanation we understood everything she said. Then the mechanic that inspected our vehicle was very observant and found a small nail stuck in one of our rear tires and pulled out to see if the tired needed a patch, this just tells you how much they care about your safety.We went back inside and waited for another 7 minutes and the manager gave us a report and suggestions of what our vehicle needs, in the future to be prepared for. We were ready to pay and then she's said with a big smile on her face "it's been taking care of, you're good to go", We didn't expect that since originally they were going to charge us 30 bucks but then the price went down to $20 and then at the end we got it for free!That is why we're so thankful for their honesty and excellent costumer service.

Half of my serpentine belt ripped upon starting my car at 3:30 pm on a Friday. I drove to Midas and Jacob immediately assisted. Not only could he replace the serpentine belt, he could also complete the repair in a few hours. Upon further inspection, two pulleys also were damaged and needed replacing. Jacob and his team completed the repair in such short notice. I would like to thank Jacob and his team for their kindness.

I brought my 1973 Firebird to Midas to have the mufflers replaced under warranty. My first contact was the Store Manager, James. He was exceptionally upbeat, professional, communicative, friendly and helpful. When the warranty situation had to be escalated to the corporate level due to the fact that my warranty was no longer offered by Midas, Ryan, the General Manager stepped in and handled all the legwork required to honor the lifetime parts and labor warranty. He even shopped online to find some equivalent replacement mufflers since Midas no longer carried the mufflers they had originally installed way back in 1988. I'm very happy with the super clean, professional looking installation! Thank you Ryan, James and the very professional techs at Midas. I couldn't be happier!

I'll say the manager is helpful, and likes to offer discounts where he can. He gets the stars for efforts..I took my 2006 truck here for air conditioning work, I was given a good price for the work done.However it wasn't quite rite.. after a part replaced as recommended still no change, after a few days I took it back. They kept it over night saying somthing was still clogged. Yet a nother discount offered, today when I went to pick it up there is a big dent in the hood, the grill and headlight are both not attached properly and I see that the coolent rez, air cleaner, and other brackets are not only loose.. But missing. The manager decided on the spot to use a screwdriver handle to try pushing out the dent.. But hey... The air finally works...... rite?

I can't thank the guys who work at this shop enough. From Steve(The Manager) to the other guys(mechanics) They are knowledgeable. Reasonable. Fair. Honest. And thorough. I have brought my truck into this shop 3 times and plan to go back anytime my car needs some work. And outside of the work they do & pricing, the customer service has always been top notch since the first time I called in. I've been coming here for 16 years and never paid more than $30 for an oil change. $55-$80 for an oil change is outrageous. I thought this was a decent company but they are taking advantage of people just like everybody else nowadays. Definitely last time!

Great guys in that garage. Very proficient!!!!Their so knowledgeable about your vehicle you'd swear you were getting serviced somewhere in DETROIT. The manager is very honest and upfront. These guys use top tier and reliable technology to properly diagnose. The boss created learning moments by giving me info about my vehicle that I didn't know and his team helped me get the best performance out of my Chevy impala. They literally came and got my car from my place when it wouldnt even start. After repairing and replacing a few components they had my car out front and ready to pull off with brand new tires. This location has a team you can Trust. No Cap!!!! I'm banging 5 on this one.

My niece recommended that I try this Midas because she had had a bad experience at other places so I made an appointment they got me in right away I got there early and they took my vehicle as soon as I arrived they let me know what was going on the entire time my vehicle was being serviced and James was an absolute delight I will recommend this place to anyone and I will continue to go there to get my oil changes.

I been coming to MIDAS for years now, and they have NEVER FAILED me, ask for STEVE, he always takes care of all my concerns and makes sure my Car is safe and reliable for me and kids.
