I recently visited Midas for an engine issue, which was very frustrating because I was in the middle of a road trip. I'm happy that I chose this place. The mechanics were not only quick to attend to my car but also possessed the expertise necessary to accurately diagnose the problem. The repair was completed more quickly than I anticipated, and my car didn t have another issue after that; I was able to safely complete my road trip. It's clear that Midas employs mechanics who are not only skilled but also genuinely care about getting you back on the road safely and as quickly as possible. I recommend this location to anyone in need of reliable car repair services.

Service here was great fixed car in a timely manner the manager Joe was great very thorough with explaining everything that was going on with my car! I m a very happy customer I would recommend them to any one 5 out of 5 for me!

Just went in for oil change because they were having a sale and my regular mechanic oil changes were more expensive.They seem very nice however they told me I had a few other issues on my car I figured no big deal let's get them fixed.The mechanics would either show up late or no show and I constantly had to wait to get my car done. I should have just went back to my regular mechanic then but I figured let's just get it done. By the end of it all the work on my car ended up costing $3,000.I drove away and sadly the engine light came on again. I ended up going back to my regular mechanic and they fixed everything for far less no problems.It was a $3000 mistake. My suggestion save your money and get a second opinion.

I have been taking my car to this Midas location for over a year. I appreciate Se�or Ch�vez, the manager who has been honest with me during these economic times. Furthermore, he has the experience and customer skills to deal with his clients. Thank you.

Charged me over $800 for new rotors and brake pads. Issue persisted in the vehicle - they told me a different part needed to be fixed. I went to a different mechanic - come to find out Midas installed the wrong rotors. Had to spend an additional $700 to get the correct parts - issue fixed.

Joe C was very awesome. Got me in and out when all the other Midas were over an hour to two hour waits. Great service.

PRETTY FAST SERVICE. I schedule TWO DIFFERENT cars on back to back days and the service was done and very informational! They told me what was wrong and what needed to be fixed they quoted me some reasonable prices and i can appreciate that. Friday and Saturday were the days and the service was fast. The people were great, the inside was nice, i think they even have coffee for customers and had some nice outlets with USB inputs to charge your phone as long as you have your cable also had a good movie on the TV which I had to go home and look up cause I couldn t finish it (LOL). I m definitely going back to continue to get my service done there! Recommend it too anybody else as well!

I don't know if it's a specific individual or if this is just general practice here but this shop will create a problem that you didn't have pulling in and will let you leave with the problem if you dont pay to have it fixed. These people simulated a oil leak by loosening some screws on my oil filter adapter. He told me the leak was coming somewhere from the top of the engine and that i could pay to have it inspected thenpay to have it fixed. I found the problem they created and it was at the very bottom with my oil filter I didnt need a expensive car lift to see it I was able to lay on my back and screw those 3 screws back to spec. I know forsure it was them because i had no oil leaks in my driveway when i got home. And another occasion a mechanic at this very same spot found a radiator leak that was SO TINY it would only make sense that he caused this aswell to know that was there. Im both these occasions i was only getting a oil change. Stay FAR AWAY from this shop just look at the other bad reviews and they are similar

Went for a oil change and ended up having to pay for a 300.00$ starter and that didn't even work. Thank u midas, my car don't work no more

I've been back into the shop now that the bum the had working behind the counter gone now I woman who takes care of business the place is clean, the house is packed. This is the Midas ive come to know for the better part of 15 years. The chicken shack that last man was running was a complete joke, "unsafe customer conditions" he would never get my money. NOW We have a 100% turn around now for best. Thanks Lady who shall remain unnamed. go see her, take your car

These guys are so great!! Love the service they really take care of my needs including simple things like filling my tires and changing headlight bulbs. Along with my oil changes.. I highly recommend them

I have been going to this location any time I have car issues for the past 2 years and I am always SO happy with their service. These guys are usually busy, but for good reason since they always make sure to put the customer first and work with you. I went in for engine issues this last time and was able to get consistent updates and a detailed explanation of the issue along with outstanding service. I won't be going to any other shop as long as I'm in Arizona. They truly earned 5 stars

Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with. A very knowledgeable group of individuals that dedicated time and effort to make their customers happy. I came to Joe with issues regarding rotors on my 2012 Kia Optima, which needed to get replaced before I embarked on a 20 hour car ride. With a time crunch due to travel, Joe and his team got my car looked at and repaired tremendously quick and at a good price too! I would recommend Midas on Southern Ave to anyone in the Phoenix area. You will get taken care of.

So they quoted me a little over 600 dollars to replace an alternator on my 2013 Chrysler 200. I did it myself and got a new battery and only cost me around 250, just under 250. I bought a brand new alternator and battery. Took me about two hours. Long story short they are overpriced and I will mention they are polite and offer payment plans but they are definitely overpriced.

If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would last time I bring my SUV to a place where they set you up for failure I had a full synthetic oil change done and they did not add enough oil to my explorer my engine could've suffered damage. I got a tune up elsewhere with a real honest mechanic who let me know about the situation after he replaced the oil and spark plugs if you can avoid this place because they will cost you more money in the long run

Really great team here, I feel really bad but I think the guys name is Joe..... Awesome dude took really good care of my truck and educated me on certain things I didn't know about oil changes. The guys had great customer service and had a perfect opportunity to be dishonest and kept their word, that is very rare these days. Great job guys!!!!!

I never knew this business was here but I'm happy to have found it! Right down the street from my house. Prompt, professional service and manager Joe was kind and respectful and patient in explaining what was going on with my vehicle. Most important, he did not try to push other services on me. I came in for an oil change and that's the service they provided me. I will definitely be back. First impressions are everything and they did a top notch job! Highly recommend this location! I have been having an issue with my car for MONTHS. I was scared to find out what was wrong, knowing it could potentially be $$$$$. The store manager Jim and his crew did a wonderful job fixing my problem, and giving me multiple options to pay it, For how hard the job was, they got it done fast!! Took me in with a phone call. Made my order happen, but it took a bit longer with my employee I sent to make things happen. Great service, great setup. They did compensate pricing. Recommend for sure! Use them for service.

While driving to the airport last night, the truck in front of me had a plastic bucket fly out of the bed of the truck, and there was no way to avoid hitting it. It went under my car, ripping the undercarriage liner away from my car. My dealership is over an hour away, and they could not get me in for a replacement. The liner was dragging on the ground so I asked for an alternative. They recommended Midas. I called. They said, bring my car in. They got me in immediately removed the damage liner, making sure to return all of the bolts to me. Because of their courtesy and service. I m able to comfortably wait for the part to come in and be replaced. I would definitely go back!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This location and team have been one of the nicest and most honest people I have ever met during my time in Arizona. Would 100% recommend this location, as it's worth the drive!I have been to several auto repair shops that have been dishonest/manipulative, such as trying to pressure me into buying a new battery by saying "your car can breakdown any second on the road", only for me to go to another location telling me my battery is in perfect health.This team has never once tried to cheat me out of my money, they actually troubleshooted my tire pressure sensor and fixed the issue for free, and also explained to me in detail the reason behind any issue in my car and a true timeline of when I should get things fixed. I recently relocated in Houston and I hope to find a shop as good and honest as this Midas franchise!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
