Mixed Experience at Mercedes Benz North Scottsdale Service CenterI recently visited the Mercedes Benz North Scottsdale service center and had a mixed experience. While the service advisor provided good assistance, I was disappointed with their services like quality of the car wash service.

I had a problem with Big O Tire in Cave Creek, AZ last Friday at 2pm. (I know I should ve called MB first) I had a flat and they were the closest one. They were ZERO help. So I called Luke my service advisor at MB.By 3pm I had my car towed to MB, got into a loaner and was still able to make it on time to my son s soccer game.The text communication throughout the process was awesome! I know everything going on with my car. I was able to e-sign documents and even see a video with a live person on the full inspection of my car. Returned the loaner and got into a clean car within 5 min of retuning the car and paying the bill.VERY satisfied and pleased with the whole experience. This is what it should be. This is MB! The best or nothing. Really the best experience!

Ryan was great. Just bought a 2021 E450a convertible only 300 miles. He made sure I understood the length of my warranty & the details & cost of scheduled services. Awesome experience.

Service was great. Done in a reasonable period of time. Love my new service tech Luke. Glad I could get a gas powered loaner. Last time they only had EV s. As an elderly person I hated it. Too fast too many screens

I can t thank Mercedes Benz of N Scottsdale enough. They always have quick appointments. Drop off is a breeze. I am always impressed with the service. And they send a video of what transpired so I can see directly what is wrong or right. Also, I love the access to the loaner cars.

Ryan and team did a fantastic job, inspecting my car while attending to the issues with the air-conditioning. The team went above and beyond fixing several other minor issues with the car that I was completely unaware of. We came in with a flat and explained we were on our way to opening day of spring training, initially they said it would be at least 90 minutes and probably longer. But someone put off their lunch to get a new tire on and us on our way in a hour. Great service.

Our Service Adviser Auriel was very helpful. He help set up the loaner car and made sure our car repair was completed that same day ! Very happy with service and the attention.

I had a recall for replacement of the fuel pump scheduled for three days. They managed to complete the work in just one day freeing me up to use the vehicle for two bonus days.I cannot recall ever having a less than satisfactory experience with the service department.

Check in was quick and easy. I needed to wait for my car. I was given an estimated time .and got notified that I was good to go almost 30 minutes sooner. The women managing the waiting area was pleasant and helpful.

Always a great experience when servicing my car at MBZ N Scottsdale! They take the time to check every system and make sure all areas of concern are called to my attention. It s easier than ever because they ve adopted a system that shares updates on your phone, so you can see all their recommendations and approve work in real time. Super convenient! Ryan kept me informed of the status of my repairs, which made me feel comfortable and not having to guess what was going on with my car.The car loaner program is phenomenal. My car was out of commission for almost an entire month and I was provided 2 different, brand new cars to drive during that time!I didn't have to go through the hassle of dealing with my insurance company to try to secure a rental car.

We think you guys do a great job all around. Your team is efficient, happy, helpful and we never have to wait long for anything! Good job. The courtesy car - a GLE with just 1000 miles on it - was fantastic. We were sad when we got into our GLC 300!

I love that my car alerts me via the in-dash computer when its time for service. One easy phone call and my appt was made and verified via text. I can't say enough about my rep Mark Dornik. His attention to detail, explaining what needed to be done on my car, verified recalls, and made sure I understood how to use all my features, he goes beyond!

I ve been purchasing vehicles here since it was Schumacher Mercedes in 2003. They have always been great and take the time to explain any issues or concerns I may have, which I appreciate.
