Lenor provided excellent service,& I would recommend him to anyone. However, my overall experience was disappointing. They lied regarding the necessity of running my credit, despite having solid financing with Navy Federal Credit Union. I was also lied to about the need to pick up the car after the check cleared if I didn t let them run my credit. While I understand the game as someone with over 10 years of sales experience, I know this is not the case, but I wanted to see if they could beat my rate so I let them, although they offered a slightly lower interest rate,(1 point ) it wasn't compelling enough to switch from my bank's financing unless they wanted to negotiate some more and lower the car price, win win for everyone, but they weren t so I stayed with my financing. The paperwork process took over an hour and a half for 5 mins worth of work & when I informed the representative Don Scott (two names) Montgomery that the paperwork was wrong & I would be using my own financing not theres he told me that s not what i was told and his demeanor became extremely passive-aggressive & rude when I told him to change it, saying like ours is lower why would you not go with ours, and then proceeded to spend the next 20 min slamming his pen around the touch screen table and being short and combative when I asked question or took time to read my paperwork it was childish, unprofessional & unacceptable (I recorded it). Therefore I can t recommend North Scottsdale Mercedes-Benz to anyone. I wont even be taking my car there for servicing I d rather go Of Gilbert or Henderson, to be honest. I was looking to buy my wife a new Benz and now have to go elsewhere. I know they wont care because North Scottsdale has a lot of money that comes in their and it won t hurt their business, but nonetheless, their behavior was trash and not something you would expect from a brand like Merceds. Also I m sure I didn t get a bow on my car because I didn t go with there in house financing lol petty. Cars amazing tho, but I honestly regret giving them my business but I was in a hurry to get to CA when I left as I had a fam thing to deal with. You live and you learn.

Wonderful, Knowledgeable, Motivated, No Pressure Salesman Courtney was a total pleasure throughout my search for the perfect vehicle and the acquisition process! He knew the inventory and vehicle attributes very well and was helpful in leading me to great options for my first Mercedes. Unusual in my experience with car dealers, he and the Manager were very upfront in providing pricing info. Highly Recommend!!

Purchased a CPO Mercedes AMG GT 43 from this dealership. Although the deal started out rocky, Courtney the sales agent, Gary the sales manager and the GM were able to salvage the deal and I could not be happier. Big thanks to Courtney for a his help. I would purchase another car from the dealer. I should mention I live out of state and the delivery they arrange for me could not have gone smoother.

Jim Beebe and the team at Mercedes-Benz of North Scottsdale are professionals that listen and work to get you a great vehicle without pressure. We did not have to meet managers or be treated to endless haggling. We enjoyed the experience and expect years of superb driving in our new Mercedes.

Amazing experience at this dealership. Exceptional service from the sales representative, Jim Beebe, who was thorough, professional and timely. The vehicle was even better than he described. The price was very competitive, and everyone involved in the transaction was professional, friendly and courteous. If you're looking to purchase a quality new or used vehicle, this is the place to go.

purchased 21 E53 , which was a certified. It took almost a month to finalize the deal and get the vehicle delivered to Georgia. I credit the lengthy process to their company rules which they are not willing to make any exceptions to. I have a prime credit score, also I didn't even try to negotiate on the sales price, I just wanted to purchase the vehicle and get it delivered as quickly as possible. Unfortunately my expectations for an easy transaction weren't met . I was really disappointed when I wasn't allowed to arrange my own transportation, the reason I was given was liability insurance. They charged 2-3 times more compared to every single transportation company I received a quote from! I had several conversations with a sales manager regarding the whole process and she came across as a person that is not willing to show any empathy, on the contrary she blamed me as a customer for every single issue in the whole process. The vehicle was delivered with cracked windshield and cracks in both passenger side wheels. I'm hoping that someone from their team will step up and resolve the issue!

This location is fantastic! I was shopping for a new car and out of all locations I have been to, which is almost all, this one was the only one where you felt like you are at a Mercedes dealership. The front staff was alert when you arrived and was mindful to assist. (Some locations I ve been to don t even knowledge your presence). We started our introduction to the inventory of cars with Jim Beebe, let me tell you I am fascinated by his passion and knowledge of Mercedes cars and his enthusiasm to get the best option when buying/leasing a car. Of course, we found a car for us and Jim Beebe did all in his power to make the sale process in our favor. This will now always be my person for reference when buying in future for me, friends and family! Grateful is least I can say!

A few days ago I had a frustrating experience getting information about a car I wanted to purchase. Apparently this is a glitch with a new technology Penske is implementing.I have been very impressed with the staff from MB of North Scottsdale in working to address my feedback, being very human and thoughtful in their approach. I stopped by the dealership to talk to the sales manager, salesperson, etc. Could not have been nicer, more friendly or more personable.Great people and highly recommend working with them (especially in person :-).

Beware of Bait and Switch practices in the service department. First, the rudeness of the greeting staff is off the charts. Secondly, I scheduled a Service A for my vehicle, called MB of North Scottsdale for service, told them which MB I needed serviced, scheduled to drop vehicle off, MB of North Scottsdale quoted a price, email confrontation, all good. I m in the service department dropping the vehicle off, rudest greeting ever, my service advisor has the day off and after some time an advisor comes to collect the vehicle. I m told the Service A is now $1175, up from the quoted $375. I decline the service.I then take the vehicle to a respected MB shop in true North Scottsdale, I m told the Service A required for my MB is not the $375, but rather $325 because it s not diesel. Buyer Beware. It starts with the name, MB of North Scottsdale with a Phoenix address.

Had a great experience buying a GLS 580 from John Bultman. John was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and had an exceptional eye following up during the delivery of the car. He introduced us to the General Manager who spent time with us then gave us her business card. She said if we had any concerns or future needs to feel free to contact her. Overall an outstanding buying experience.

I see some have had positive experiences with Lou Gordon. Unfortunately, I did not. I regret not asking for an actual salesperson to help me instead of getting connected to an internet receptionist clerk. Lazy and absolutely terrible. He showed very little interest in helping me with a specific vehicle I inquired about. When I did arrive and test drove it, he cruised up in his golf cart, said hi, made a point to tell me another customer was trying to beat him up on the price, then dumped his assistant off on me to ride along. Lazy. When I reached back to him about negotiating a deal, his response showed the smallest amount of effort and gave the impression of: here s the price, take it or leave it. No follow up and no attempt to offer any assistance in purchasing the vehicle. His effort was nothing more than that of a check out clerk there to simply ring up the sale if I decide to purchase. The experience gave me no sense of trust or concern from him about helping me purchase a vehicle. I can only deduce that he is either comfortable enough with his income to not care about putting in effort or he has been in the business too long to care anymore. Either way, my experience gave me the sense that the customer needs to go above and beyond to do business with this dealership instead of the other way around.Update: I believe my mistake was not contacting an actual salesperson. I originally contacted this dealership through their website which connected me with Lou Gordon, their internet manager. He is absolutely the laziest person I ve ever encountered in the car business.

Courtney provides an unmatched car-buying experience. He's knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. His rapport building and sales process is fairly quick and easy compared to stories I've heard from friends and family about other car dealers. Sales representative Courtney Williams makes sure folks get good deals and treats them with the utmost respect. This is not a regular Mercedes dealership if there is such a thing as a "regular Mercedes" dealership. This place is amazing. Dam near a museum or mall feel. Makes you want to spend money.

I had the best experience at Mercedes Benz North Scottsdale thanks to Jeffrey Berkowitz. He made the process so easy and actually fun! He is so professional and his communication is unmatched. Whether it s text, email or a phone call, he is answering back within seconds. He didn t try to upsell me and got me the best bang for my buck! Berkowitz is the only reason I have my dream car and I couldn t thank him enough.

MB of N Scottsdale not only had the vehicle we desired, but made it an enjoyable experience. The salesman, Taso, that we dealt with was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to. And frankly, didn't pressure us whatsoever. I have also used their service department. I found them to be fair, communicative, and timely.

Purchased a brand new fully loaded 2023 c300 in Nov 2022 $60k+We expected to build a long-lasting relationship based on trust with a dealer that represents a luxury brand like Mercedes-Benz.We expected better customer service after our purchase.First, the process was smooth, everyone was smiling, polite and professional. Experience was great.The sales advisor was great.Product specialist was great.Then this happened: only 5 days after our purchase, the same major bank that we financed our car thru offered us to refinance at 5.64% x 60 months from our current 7.14% x 72 months, my credit is 800+.Bank explained that we were initially approved for 5.19% x 60 months but the dealer bumped up our rate by more than 2% and what the MB finance manager told us was not true that our bank offered us a higher rate for the 60 months (7.29%) and to take the 72 months (7.14%)offer and pay it sooner to save more, the bank was kind to explain it with numbers too.Our bank also explained that its not true that we have to wait 6 months to refinance like what they told us, it can be done any time. The dealer will lose their commission tho, maybe that's why.We were also eligible for a manufacturer rebate (750$) but they told us nothing is available at the moment.To be honest we were not prepared we didn't know we were eligible till after the purchase. didn't bother to check to assume they must know more. But again that's not why we are giving them a negative review.Contacted the dealership to share how this bank phone call changed our experience and how unhappy we are !. We asked to learn more about it, didn't ask for anything but only to understand what's going on as we were very confused, sales advisor was very professional and transferred us to his manager who told us this had nothing to do with the sales department, and sales people are not up to date with manufacturer rebates, told us the finance manager will call us back but maybe not today as he is busy.Nobody called us back till today's date, nobody from the dealership cared to follow up about our experience, or to check if someone called us back or what would make us satisfied.Not doing business or any service at this location.We ended up refinancing 2 weeks from the purchase date.The finance charge went down from 14k to 6k, Crazy!Learn from my experience!Go prepared with any manufacturer rebates you are eligible for with your [CAN #] in hand, and go with a pre-approved auto loan.The finance department is not honest and will markup your rate.Once you sign you mean nothing to them.
