Fantastic! After several recent disappointing experiences with auto repair shops, this Meineke shop was great and renewed my faith that there are honest and conscientious service centers out there! Very clear communication, and patient - I am an engineer and ask lots of sometimes difficult questions and they were always forthright and straight with me. The repair was done way quicker than I expected and everything was done properly. And they opened up early for me to pick up my vehicle. This Meineke shop has a new loyal customer. Highly recommend!

We love going to meineke car careWe love the fact that we will always have the best service and the estimates are free and if we can t get the work done at the same day and have to wait they will still make room for us when we can do it. The manager is Great and she has helped us through some really difficult times and our cars fun Like new and they are not new cars. I would recommend Meineke to everyone that wants quality and reliability and honesty in a repair business.

Went in a while ago for ac fix, they did the dye, determined no leak a month later acs blowing hot again, take it back and they said their machine wasn t charged so it must not have charged but they got it charged this round.. a month later hot air blowing. I don t have time to keep taking it back and would have probably had to pay for another ac fix (per this location) when they never fixed it in the first place, haven t gone back .

Staff is super nice, however, the last two times I brought my car in, it took them 2 hours to do a simple oil change. Both times they claimed they had the wrong part and had to reorder it since they don't keep the parts on hand. I probably won't be coming here again.

This would be a zero star review if it were possible. It was a huge mistake to bring my car here for a free brake check. They said I needed to replace them. The cheapest quote was $1100. I just bought a performance kit for all four wheels, discs, pads and hardware included for $320, so I declined their service. Their revenge was to over tighten my parking brake, which was not a "service" that I asked for. If you aren't accepting their quote, watch out for their revenge.

They quoted me almost $2,000 to replace my brake pads.... It's sad because people will accept that price is they think that's normal and trust this company. If you don't know about cars or realistic prices, these guys will try to take advantage of you on price. Please be sure to always get multiple quotes when working on your car and above all, be sure that Meineke is NOT your choice

They quoted me a price, then their machine to do the AC recharge was down. After 2 days they called me to come get my vehicle because they couldn't do the repair. This was just annoying. The worst part is they gave me back my vehicle with the hood jammed open with parts from the ac compressor. They didn't even put the truck back together after they were unable to do the job to completion.

Excellent service. They worked on my jaguar for the last 2 required services and things have been done right each time. They even honored my coupon even though it was a few days expired. The Manager (Sherri I think her name is) and front office staff and mechanics are knowledgeable people! I m so happy I found them instead of taking it to the expensive jaguar dealership 5 stars!!

These guys are awesome! It s super easy to get an appointment. They do great work at very reasonable prices. Hands down my go to shop for anything mechanical. Way better experience and prices to get my car serviced than any other shop I have been to, including the dealer. I highly recommend giving them a try. You will not be disappointed!

On the phone I was getting a quote to have the alternator in my 2013 Honda Civic LX. On the phone I gave all the information needed about the car and the engine size. They said the cost for the labor would be $80 so it sounded good bought an alternator and brought it up there. After 10 minutes I was told that it would $400 for labor that it was a 2.5 hour job which is incorrect. I had gotten a quote from good year tires services to have it done for $180 and would only take an hour so I felt like I was about to get ripped off.

Worst experience, do not give this location your business. Find a different Meineke. I took my car in for brakes, they replaced them, and they were okay for a couple of days, but they would not stop scretching every time I would break. I took it back twice, saying they were going to take a look at them and saying they fixed it. That was only the start of my problems, and I should have known better. Two weeks later, I decided to get my tires from there. When I tell you it is the absolute worst decision is an understatement.They did the work, but after 2 days, my tire light came on, I took it back, and they told me they broke a sensor and replaced it. They "fixed it," and the next day, my tire light came back on. AGAIN. I took it back, and they said they had to replace it with the manufactory one because the one they had used was not compatible. After they worked on it all day, they said they could not program it due to the fact they did not have the right machines, and I had to take it to Toyota since it was their part. I take it to Toyota, who tells me the part they got was no good and $350 later its fixed. I take my receipt back to Meineke, and the manager tells me her hands are tied because I should have brought it to them because they have a warranty. Ignoring the fact I took it to them more than enough times for them to fix it and it was not until they told me they did not have the proper equipment is when I took it to the dealership. So now I have to contact her general manager for this issue because apparently she can not do anything else. The customer service is horrendous, and the labor is even worse. Pursuing other options because this is not acceptable.

We had a very bad experience a month ago. I guess our serviceman has since been fired. When we went back the service was very good. They re-did our oil change to make sure it was correct and they gave us a free oil change for next time.

Came in for an alignment and it took 4 hours. I know its difficult to align lifted vehicles but 4 hours was a bit much, I did appreciate some of the staff members that fixed the problem but as a busy college student 4 hours wasted was a bit much. Nothing was offered to compensate my time.

I took my vehicle to meineke on January 29th for a exhaust leak they did a inspection of my entire vehicle they took pictures of my entire vehicle before they took it into the shop they told me everything that was going on step by step and they found the exhaust leak and they also showed me where the exhaust leak was also pointed out a few other things about my vehicle they wound up ordering the part and got my vehicle repaired efficiently they took me home in the process until it was finished and they called me when it was finished they sent a person to come and pick me up when it was done and they didn't take too long of getting my vehicle repaired and I appreciate everything they did for me so I sent a thank you to the staff and the mechanic that worked on my vehicle so th I have to say excellent service was performed and thank you so much I really appreciate it!!!!!!!!!

Highly recommend! You can see your car being worked on so you know they actually changed the oil. They also do a full inspection of the car and send pictures. They rotated my tires. The staff is all very friendly and helpful.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Overpriced and charged me for parts i didn't need. Terrible I will never recomend them to my worst enemy. Charged me $1940 for a brake job high way robbery. Terrible company. Probably should report them to them BBB.

All around horrible experience.People behind the front desk have little to no ideas what they are doing- took them forever just to get me checked in- and they flat out argued with each other like children while I just stood there waiting.They told me my oil change would take an hour or two...ended up being about four hours. Why bother making a reservation?They tried to get me to pay for SO many services I did not need- like an engine coolant flush at 55,000 miles. The manufacturer service guide says to not change this until 105,000 miles. You can't trust these people- they just want to take advantage of you.There is no reason to come here- so many more options in the area of shops that are honest and fair.

Dropped my SUV off at 9:30 for a brake inspection. Called at 1pm, was told it was headed back for inspection soon and I d get a call back in 20 min. Called at 2pm, was told they just brought it back and I d get a call back in 20 min. At 3pm (they close at 4pm) I went up to the shop to see what was going on. They told me I had no brake material left and needed new rotors and pads for all 4 wheels. I asked if they could cut the rotors- the lady told me they didn t have the ability to do that. She then gave me a quote for $1600- and that was after a manager discount . Told them I d think about it and bring it back on Monday. Called another shop and they said it should cost half of that- even with new rotors. Called to tell Meinike that I wanted to cancel my appointment. Took my car to a brake specialist and they said my rotors can be cut/fixed and I m getting much better brakes for 1/3 of the price.This place just seemed shady and over quoted for the job needed

I am Thankful! Everyone in the office took there time to explain what they were doing and why. In specifics Earnie at the front desk was kind and patient. Eric who worked on my vehicle was knowledgeable and had no problem explaining what he did. Even Jacob who wasn t my mechanic was cool he had no problem adding in his expertise to help ease my worries. I would recommend this place in specifics to all who need Auto Body work!! And im not gonna forget Sherry she was the woman who helped me feel comfortable as a woman

If you like waiting and being ignored while watching the manger try to figure out how to use a computer this is the place for you. You will wait well beyond your appointment time and still not get service. Ask as many questions as you d like while waiting, the old guy in front will stare at you with empty clueless eyes. If you can t manage basic customer service skills and lack the ability to communicate on a basic level, please don t touch my vehicle. Do as I did, grab your keys from the morons and drive away as quickly as possible WORST PLACE AND THEY APPARENTLY ARE PROUD OF IT!

A terrible shop!I came in for an oil change- they told me I needed a whole new brake system- new pad and rotors...$1,800. This didn't make sense since my car is only four years old. I took it to the dealership for a second opinion- they told me my rotors were perfectly fine and I don't need new pads for at least another year.Besides being incompetent- this place is predatory too.AVOID this location!

The front desk customer service is top notch. They answer my phone calls immediately, provide accurate pickup times, and work quickly to check me in and out. The waiting area is nice and I like the location. The only problem is the miscommunication with the mechanics themselves. They don't seem to give all the information to the front desk and I kept ending up getting bad news after I already arrived to pick up my vehicle instead of over the phone beforehand. For example, I got my suspension replaced and was told I'm all good to go for pickup but when I arrive the mechanic dumps on me that the camber bolt is stuck and will require another visit. Similar situations happened when I replaced my brakes and repaired my AC. Any issues I had with the mechanics were made right by the front desk staff who provided discounts and free services to make up for the communication issues. Overall a decent experience because my car did get fixed even though it took longer than I thought it would. Just hoping I don't have any more car trouble anytime soon.

There was a previous accide�t with my car and they pointed out to me that was wrong with the car to where they couldn't align it and didn"t charge me a cent, good guys there at Meineke.

Impressed that Meineke paid for an Uber from their shop to my home and back; there was a significant delay because the wrong parts were delivered to the shop. Best of all, I didn't ask, the counter lady offered.Service: Air & cabin filter replacementService: Air & cabin filter replacement
