Thank you. My alternator died late Friday and this team made my repair happen on an obviously busy Saturday. Communication was great and the company offers free tow within 5 miles had to pay a bit for my extra miles. 12$. Not 130$ from a general tow company.I do have a regular mechanic. But this crew did it well. I, absolutely recommend them. Alternators are never cheap, but the price was very reasonable. Job well done.

I arrived at meinike and the gentleman was very kind, patient, and informative. I asked how long the wait was, he told me 45minutes. I asked if by any chance they could finish faster id really appreciate it. I sustained a back injury and I couldn t sit or stand too long. He said he d try. Less than 25 minutes later my car was done. I really appreciate that! I don t expect that to be the case every time but it s nice to be accommodated and acknowledged.

This location is nice! They are really did good car care service! They never charge expensive but they checked car very carefully and made good quality car care.. today I went there ask for oil change, Reed he is nice young employee, he give me free oils check, then told me the oil still can use some times and tell me I can make appointment for oil changes by phone call. I m happy to recommend Reed for you!

Very friendly staff. Andy and the Meineke team are great. We had to go back after the original job was complete for a minor adjustment. The concern was handled in a timely fashion and we received a customer service offering for a future visit without asking. This proactive and competent approach in understanding the circumstances is rare these days and has earned our future business.

I can't even believe that I am giving this location one star, but this last visit was awful. The new guy in the front was AWFUL! He was rude and off-putting. I also paid almost $200 for a coolant flush that was never performed. We got a second and third opinion (Christian Bros and Earnhardt Dodge) who both said that the coolant was still dirty and looked like they just topped it off, but no flush was performed. I am disappointed and angry. It ruined my view about this Meineke. I will never take my car there again.

This is the Meineke location you want to take your vehicle to. They do a thorough inspection of your vehicle and then proceed to talk with you about what really should be done immediately and what can possibly wait. They don t take advantage of you. Shane & Reed always exceed my expectations. They always treat me with respect and are very customer service oriented!

We were driving into town from out of state and my Chevy Tahoe's check engine light came on about 30min from Phoenix late on a Friday night. It was hard to find a place to see us on a Saturday morning so we could complete our trip and pickup our kid from school.Andy picked up the phone and was able to schedule me in even though the shop was on the busy side. He communicated status very clearly and the shop got me going again with no surprises and our trip was derailed for just a few hours. Thanks Andy and Meineke!

I rated a 3 star because of the customer service from Andres, the manager can be better. I typically am pleased with the actual car service and I like the notifications that the vehicle service is complete. I did an inspection, and Andres instead of you saying oh that is what X means (again you're the car professional, not me), you said "if you read the sentence you will answer your own question." I think that you are taking for granted that everyone has the same understanding when they view information when you were writing in chicken scratch on the document -- your customer service and etiquette can improve. There is simply never a reason to be rude intentionally to a customer, literally none. I hope your day and weeks improve.

Don t assume women coming into your shop know nothing about cars. New spark plugs won t make my car burn less oil. Fuel injector cleaning won t make the car burn less oil. It has an engine defect THAT I KNOW OF that causes this. Incredibly insulting when this happens.

Meinke Car Care Center has been my go-to auto repair shop for the past 4+ years. The guys are friendly and have excellent customer service. I have taken advantage of their specials like the oil change package, and the rewards offers which puts money back in my pocket. They truly care about the services they offer to their customers and go the extra mile.

Andy and Reed are always a great help and give great service. Plus if you buy 5 oil changes at once you get a smoking deal. They also do a multi point inspection with every oil change. Thanks guys!!

Work was done promptly and finished on-time so I could get to my next appointment...that's the good part... I did not expect the price of the catalytic converter to go up $40 from the quote I got two days earlier and based on that quote, I scheduled the services... I did expect some "shop fees" but don't understand the $75 charge for shop fees that came with the service. Based on the quote, I expected $765 + $44 tx but instead got $818.53 + $48.72 tx or $58 more than quote...

I had a break down in Chandler, Az due to a coolant leak. I managed to get my vehicle to Meineke and the gentleman that helped me said they could get it done that same day. I was very grateful because I live in Tucson and had to get back home. I highly recommend this company.

Have been coming to Meineke for the past five years for my car maintenance. They are always fast, friendly and super professional. Also I ve saved a ton of money by buying oil change packages and I never feel like I m being sold things I don t need. Thanks guys!

They inspected my car for and hour and a half and couldn't figure out what was wrong and didn't want to waste my money on something not needed, which I REALLY appreciated. They were polite and thorough and we will be back!

I received a $15 off coupon in the mail for a full synthetic oil change and decided what the heck I m due for one and took it in Tuesday (10/31). Now it s been a few days so I feel I can now fairly critiquePros: Text updates, photos provided from inspection performed, service recommendations based off inspections.Cons: Feels like for the price I paid for a Full synthetic oil change, I can t help but feel the bare minimum was only provided. In other shops they list what s included in their oil change packages, this shop does not? Which is why I think only the bare minimum was provided. On my notes I did list a tire rotation and while they checked the tread I don t believe that service was performed, especially after this morning when my tire pressure light came on this morning (11/03).Verdict: If you only need an oil change and nothing else, they re way more than serviceable. If you need more, or just want to make sure your money is doing more for you there s a few other shops in the area for around the same price give you more bang for your buck with an oil change (Tire pressure checks, Tire Rotation, Fluid Top offs, etc.)

My car has been over heating for quite some time, my mechanic insisted that everything was ok but it wasn't; while driving to work the temperature gage climbed to 300, I had a choice between meineke or Firestone so I called meineke dropped my vehicle off and they went above and beyond to fix my problem kudos to the team at meineke on 41st st and Chandler Blvd

I called the day before and it got me in the next day. They gave me a text to let me know what was the status of my car and if I needed any other work done. The work was completed in a timely manner. Everyone was professional courteous and friendly.

I will not return to Meineke. They gave me a three page report of everything else that needed to be done to my car to fix it.And then a possibilities of what I needed to get done with a $3000 price on it. Complete waste of time.

Not super happy. Last time I took my vehicle for an oil change they didn t turn off the maintenance light and this time they didn t fill up the tires or the windshield wiper fluid. I won t be going back. Went on a road trip and ended up at Discount Tires the next day.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I called 2 other mechanics & made an appointment w/ 1 of them. They wanted to keep my car for a day or 2, & the other company was rude to me when I showed up. I called Meineke, spoke w/ Andy, he was accommodating & polite. I brought my car in for an inspection, & I was able get my AC repaired within 1 hour. My car is blowing out cold air & I am happy. l will come back to get my car serviced here from now on. Great Service & Thank you, Andy for turning my day around!

This is not the first time bringing my Ford Explorer to this establishments.
