Easy check in, timely service, friendly staff. All that and decent price. I only had an oil change, but they found a leaking strut in inspection. Given my experience, I'll go back if the pricing is within reason of other quotes.

Went to Sun Devil auto to get a quote on lower ball joints and control arms, mind you it took over 2 days for them to give me my quote, labor and all was $2500 I was blown back Until a friend had told me of their mechanic that their family always goes to, I gave Medinas a call and within 10 mins I got a quote that was 70% cheaper than S.D. Quote. Now that tells you something!

My Nercedes C220 was stolen by someone in Hector Medina's front desk, in which I believe , to be held accountable,, was Hector Medina because I hadI given my 2nd set of keys to Hector Medina when I went to his office on 19th Street & McDowell to take my take rotors that was needed for my Mercedes that was free in clear, and was the last thing that was needed to be repaired on my car.. This incident happened shortly after the death of my Hector Medina after the death of my mother on January, 2017. I had to meet the police officer that day, to give a police report, and the police exchanged information At this time, Hector pretend that homeless people was sleeping by my car by this big white truck and he also had my car in another location on 16th one block south of Indian School across the street from this elementary schooll by this same big white truck that was close by my car on 19th St. & McDowell which seemed very suspect and suspicious. I asked him about.the incident and he denied it..My car was acro@s the street from this elementary school in a gated lot with the same big white pickup truck. My car was paid off in full. My Mercedes was the only car I had at the time. He took advantage of me being a women because he owned an old Mercedes he stole my 1996 Mercedes that I owned. .I also went to motor vehicle off of Olympic Drive to confront one of the Customer Svc. Reps and this particular lady told me to go to this areas to check for information on sold information, and I informed her that my car wasn't sold several times,in which I told her that my car was stolen by Hector Medina because I even asked for my second set of keys because I still have my original set of keys because I never give a mechanic my original car keys. . Another thing my car was always mainCONCLUSION:How could someone be so cruel and not be convicted of theft which also has a police report. I believe that police officer was pretty strange and unprofessional as if he supposedly asked Hector about the theft that took place as to where he didn't know what to believe. I also has. the original title to my mercedes.. If he doesn't still have my car, I behe sold it an auction. God will get him, for his evil acts.BEWARE OF HECTOR MEDINA

I recently took my 2003 Lexus es300 it had a mistfire.they where really great technician. I would recommend medinas automotive 2 the number1 in automotive repair shop to go my lexus is running like new.i am happy with the work they did thanks Ernesto.

First rate shop that does excellent work. Friendly staff with a family atmosphere that is direct in what needs to be done with the vehicle as well as a little more than fair in the pricing. Medina's is the best!! I used to bring my car to the dealer and paid quite a lot for a standard oil change and inspection; that all changed when I found this place. They are fast, friendly, and affordable. I bring my car here for regular maintenance as well as repairs and have consistently been beyond satisfied with their honesty and the quality of their work. It was super busy when I pulled in at 10am on a Monday, and they honored my appt at 10, I was in and out in 30 min for my AC and it was so affordable! The mechanic was smiley and very pleasant. I'll definitely be going back :)

Took my gf s car in for a general inspection because it s close to the house and had good reviews. They only charged $40, which was reasonable and was wondering how in depth the inspection would be. It came back that her car needed new brake rotors and pads $420, rear drums. I went to inspect the brake pads myself and they still had half life left! I replaced the pads myself for $35 and there was definitely no reason to replace the front rotors. It just seems like they couldn t really find much wrong with it and just wanted to try to capture some money from unnecessary repairs. I was thoroughly surprised they recommended replacement of rotors that still meet specs and the brake pads were not even halfway worn. Go elsewhere!

I highly recommend this location. I ve taken my suv here on multiple occasions and have had a great experience every time. I recently had work done at a different shop nearby and had an awful experience with major delays and overpriced repairs. I ended up towing it to Medinas which is where I should have brought it to in the first place. Medinas is always quick, professional, and easily has the most competitive pricing! That is why I am a repeat customer.

Easy to talk to easy to explain things to and they listen to and think they re great people and they did a good job of what they did on my card. Thank you very much for all your a good hard, honest work they re good at explaining things to you also when they don t charge for a diagnostic like most of these guys are trying to get away with.

I decided to try Medina's after being recommended by an employee at Auto Zone. They have delivered for me on several occasions. Whatever my issue with my vehicle was before I bought it to Medina's for repairs, was gone when I drove from their shop. I just needed to find a really good mechanic that wasn't hustling people out of their money ( by the way there are filled with them in the Phoenix area) and I believe I have with Medina's Automotive 2.

Nothing but great things to say about this family owned business. I took my moms car here for major repairs and they treated us like family. I went to Medina's at 2:30 in the afternoon and Ernesto immediately assisted me and diagnosed the issue with my car and was able to give me an accurate quote right away. They had my car back to me in 3 hours. The shop normally closes at 5 and they remained there until 5:30 until my car was finished because they promised it back to me that day. I've not been pleased with a mechanic in a long time, but I highly recommend Medina's Automotive. A little pricey but does a great job in a timely manner. They are great with communication when it comes to your vehicle and what needs to be done. Then also give recommendations on things that are concerning for your vehicle. They also have free A/C checks unlike other places that try to charge for that service. The staff is super friendly and make you feel welcome like your car is in good hands.

I feel that I owe this auto shop a fantastic review. I've been to them three times now, and each time they have exceeded my expectations. This is without question, the best shop I've been to. The latest repair i needed was a radiator on my 2004 Trailblazer. It was around 370 dollars. If you look at other places, you'll pay 500-600 dollars easy. And they're also fast. They have no problems getting repairs done quickly and done well.Also to be noted, is that I had my wife take in the Trailblazer on this day. They had an opportunity to take advantage, and didn't. I will be telling all my friends about this place, as they have earned my business for good.Oh and another plus is they're open Saturdays so I don't have to work around my work schedule to make a repair happen. Kudos.

The team is so professional and accommodating, I know my car is in good hands every time!EDIT: I returned here since my last review, and Ernesto is EXTREMELY reliable! My motor mounts were in need of repair, and when I needed to return under warranty, Ernesto went above and beyond to make sure my car was running without any further problems. My shock absorbers had to be replaced because the rear shocks were leaking. I went to Medina's and got a quote. The labor per hour was extremely reasonable. Now my 2008 Ford Ranger has 4 new shocks and it drives like a new truck!! Medina's Automotive did a GREAT job and I intend to have them do more work on my truck in the near future. I highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for HONEST quotes and great service. Thanks Ernesto for running a great business!!!

Medina s automotive Inc! It s where you want to go. Very honest people. The prices are right. They will make sure the job is done right at very accurate time. I had my vehicle worked on due to some bad sensors plus a tune up. The customer service is top of the line. They treat you as family. I m definitely recommending anyone who needs service done.

I like this shop- #1 owner is top-notch no bull***t, #2 very professional and organized, #3 one of A++ mechanic shops with higher standards of workmanship and service. If you want better quality work and can afford a few extra dollars, then go to Medina's it is well worth it. It is best to have it fixed the first time right at Medina's, rather than 3 or 4 times someplace else!

Big shout-out goes to Ernesto and his crew. they really took care of me in my time of need. quality work and fairly priced. I would recommend him to anybody that needs work done on their car. I will be taking my car and my family's cars there for years to come. thank you Ernesto you're the best!
