Simply don't go. They torque your wheels waaaaay beyond spec so you can't take off your tire with your own strength so you have no option but to go to them... Don't fall for this one. That is not honest.

DO not come here! My friend got scammed she came in for a rim and they sold her the wrong one on purpose. They didn t want to accommodate her a new one or a refund!! PLEASE do not go alone if you re a girl they will scam you :( go with someone who s experienced to see if they re not overpricing you! Definitely not worth your time or money!!!

The owner sold me a wrong rim that didn t fix my tire and I was told from another auto shop so I went back and ask for my old rim back and I told the guy about the issue and he said he knew it wasn t the right rim but his boss told its okay!!!!!!!! I was so upset! Don t trust them never again! If anything and you live by the area go to famosos tire shop by cave creek they are more honest and wonderful!

Repeat customer went back to get a new set of tires for my Toyota Tundra for second time.Paid $1000 for a set of tires including balance, and got new alignment hopefully steering wheels vibrate go away, but didn't.went back at Mario's Tire shop they re-balance it and asked me to pay them $30 for second time balancing, and I told them if you guys balanced my wheels correctly in first time I wouldn't had this problems, and it is not fair to me after paying $1000 for new set of tires pay additional $30 for balance with-in less than a mount.Paid them the money they asked for, I think money it is more important than taking pride in their work and honor their supposedly warranty.Never will give them any business again.

I needed to replace a wheel stud/lug nut. Clean and professional shop. Great work and service. I will be using them more often for tires and brakes.

Came to get a tire because mine had a nail, and they almost sold me another one with a nail in it for $60. After I pointed out the the nail he brought out a different tire. I came back because my pressure was low again and that one had a nail in it too. They charged me another $15 to fix it after they sold it to me that way.

I found myself with a flat tire right in front of their store.. They didn't hesitate to help me.. Friendly and professional I appreciated their help I recommend A visit even if you're not in a situation like I was.. I will be back.

I have never bought tires from here so I can't speak to that. One thing for sure is if you need a plug or a patch on your tire this is the place to go. Any time I need one I will go out of my way to come here. I think the staff that work here are very professional and they do a good job and they are fast. They always charge me a more than fair price and I implicitly trust the work they do. If my tires are low on air I can pull in and they don't mind putting a splash of air in.Don't waste your $$$ going to discount or any of the chains. If you are in this area come here. They are good people.

Helped patch up my tire on a Sunday, was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Super painless and the staff was very kind. Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service! Extremely fair prices! We are visiting from out of town and had a tire emergency happen. The staff at Mario s got us in right away on a Sunday with the tires we needed and at an extremely fair price. The best price we could find in all of town. Definitely recommend this place if you are in need of tires!

I had a great experience when I had a slow leaking tire. I called ahead of time and they reassured me there was no wait and I can come over whenever. I came by and they worked on it right away. It was soooo reasonable and they were efficient (and mostly wore masks). I would definitely go back.

Purchased a used tire here they charged 50 for the tire only for the tire to be defective and it ro be flat by the night. After waiting over 30 minutes with 3 kids in the car and 1 being a 1 week old newborn for them to sell me a defective tire was completely messed up

If I could give them a no star I would. I went there got all my tires changed. Then one of the back tires went out after some driving because the worker didn't put the tabs at the end of the tires so the tire slowly started to loose air. I get their to have it fixed and they rope me into paying another 8 to ten dollars to have it changed and fixed. So if you want to get swindled outta extra money than come on down to Mario's were your receipt dosent matter.

When in the shop to just get air in a tire and the tech asked me how often did I need air. After my response he asked if he could check the tire finding a nail. Way to go great service.

Came here to get a tire balanced, they made it worse. Plus all you get here, is mean mugs and rude service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
