Dan detailed my husband's Tesla as a Father's Day gift to him. He did an impeccable job and paid attention to every detail. I will definitely be using him again on my car after our family road trip to Yellowstone. Highly recommend using Dan!

Dan is the best detailer I have ever used, and I am very particular about my vehicles. He brings all of his own products and equipment (even special water he transports), and does a spectacular job. I trust Dan with my most prized possessions (my classic cars) and he never disappoints. I would recommend him to anyone, even if your car is trashed; he will transform the condition in just a few hours-

A very courteous, clean and professional group. The price for the work done (I had the car s sagging headliner replaced) was the best I found while researching my project. I got an appointment right away and the work from start to finish only took two days. I would highly recommend Lutje s Auto. Look for yourself at the great work they did!!

Dan recently detailed the exterior and interior of both of our cars, did an excellent job, and for a good price. We have already had compliments on both cars and highly recommend Dan, who came to our house promptly and is easy to do business with.

My car is a 96 Saab. It was the first one Dan had worked on and it caused a few hiccups. Initially Dan Bid 700 on just the area of most of the repair to fix the Damage and re clear to match. He noted it's higher than most macco type shops but that would be the cost to "make it like it (the Damage) never happened". I responded "come on man... like it never happened?" Giving him a chance to amend his statement And he just said it again "never happened". So that sold me.The 700 was high And I asked how much to do the whole car. After a walk around Dan said $1000. Since that was a lot I asked how much for a full inside and out detail including the engine bay and it came to $1280. Now the important thing to note here is that when I chose this option Dan commented that he would take the whole car down to the base coat and reclear the whole car. And he commented that it would be "pretty much like new" asking "that's kinda what your after right?" And I im this would be the first time I brought in a car for a full refinish and detail.Initially Dan Thought he could finish in 5 days possibly but we left a full week in Monday to Monday to not rush him so he can do a good job. I get a message Sunday that he would need til end of business Monday because things took longer than expected. I ended up picking it up Wednesday morning giving him a full 8 days....So before the pickup the first hiccups were that the body clips for Saabs were not carried by any of Dan's suppliers which he didn't think would happen. I brought this up before the drop of telling him that even the Saab shops in europe were backordered... But this lead to him telling me he didn't want to remove the rear fender the majority of the work was to be done on because that could break the clips and lead to not having trim on my car... So we left it.What wasn't explained to me until after I paid and got the car was that it lead to him not being able to deliver the "like it never happened" claim to his repair job because leaving the fender and trim on he couldn't use all his tools. So upon close inspection the repair Is visible.... Seeing that I then noticed a few small dings (dime and nickle sized) that were just left and cleared over. And a tiny bit of overspray inside my exhaust tip.Bringing this up he made it clear that I paid for a repair of what he that was the noticable damage around the car and that the price I paid when I asked for him to refinish the whole car didn't include every little ding and scratch. This was not made clear to me... And was lost in translation because "like new" in my mind means just that.Now that the car has a full new clear and buff job those dings are more noticeable. So yes Dan got a few bigger spots of damage. But if you got 4 big stains out of your carpet but left just as many smaller stains it makes them look worse because they were not touched. And it wasn't made clear that he wasn't even going to try.The Irony here is that the repair work Is decent. It's "good" and "okay". From a distance in sunlight you can't tell. But right on it And at the right angles the repairs are easy to spot. I could have paid more and gotten the same result... Or the Earl Sheib or macco shops could have broken my trim and gave me a shoulder shrug about it (just happened with a friend's care at a tempe macco).I got what Dan felt in his mind I paid him for. I didn't get what he implied I would get at the end. I don't feel "ripped off". But I do feel mislead and upsold a bit. This is exactly what people hate about paint shops is they often over promise and under deliver. Dan over promised and under delivered and charged his full bill anyway.So my advice is you go here (or anywhere) Is to ask a lot of questions. Be very detailed And get it reflected in the invoice. Because Dan's invoice was vague and any misunderstanding was labeled as me just misreading and not him over selling.

James and his mechanics are very friendly and knowledgeable about what's wrong with car and they're very honest in what needs to be fixed. I trust them very much and I would not go anywhere else.
