Very nice people and even nicer prices for tires. Just wish they could be more organized while working. after wrapping up, was missing 5 of my lug nut caps for my wheels and none of my air caps for tires were put back on. before leaving managed to find two of my lug nut caps dead center below my truck on the ground and put those two back on myself the others where MIA, would ve gotten 5 stars if my belongings for my vehicle were looked after better.

So I drove this way for new tires after confirming the price with them, get here and they tried to charge me more than what I was quoted. Even tried to give me new tires I have never even heard of.. Talking about $180 a tire Hell no. Do not go here at all..bunch of lairs.

The price was good, BUT I felt because I was a woman. I was taken care of last compared to the men who were being taken care of first even if they came after me. They had the same services as me, and the men were in and out. So if you're a woman, do go here without a man or just don't go here. I tried to support small businesses, but this one rubbed me the wrong way.

My husband took my car here today to get new tires, well while doing the tire change the Gentleman told my husband that the lug was broken. So my husband asked him to replace it. IN FACT HE DIS NOT GET A NEW ONE AND PROCEEDED TO DRIVE IT ON MY STRIPING NOT 1 not 2 but 4 of my lug nuts and bolts had to be replaced. Not to mention had my husband not been watching they would of let him drive away not saying anything. So my husband went back into the store to inform the shop of this error and they act like my husband is dumb, so my husband proceeded to show the owner and all the lugs and bolts fell off in his hand, the idiots of the shop Had audacity to pull a gun, come on. Should of done it right the first place. So then they wanted him to let them fix it. The hell. So we went down to the other shop and they did it right.

10/10. By far the absolute best shop I ve ever had work on my truck. Beat every other estimate I had gotten. Great staff and very professional. Dropped off my truck at 8:30am for an alignment and 2 new tries installed and balanced. Received a call at 11:40am saying my truck was ready to be picked up. Would highly recommend that anyone looking for a great local shop to check these guys out. Thank you Llantera Sinaloa, you ve got a customer for life!

Very fair prices when it comes to labor....good suspension work all around. This guy's ar not ur upscale average mechanic shop, call it a whole in the wall but they are good and cheap.... they get down...2 thumbs up all day!!!!

Took my 99 Chevrolet Silverado in for control arms, inner tie rods. They did a great job and even aligned my truck. Great also in messaging back with quotes.

This place is complete shi the first time I arrived there I waited 3 hours for an alignment just to be skipped an forgotten I ended up leaving, thesecond time they attended to me I waited 5 hours they told me that I had to replace my tie rods and I can come back within the 1 month warranty so I did that an also replaced my leaf springs and shocks an I replaced my inner an outer tie rods I came back within a week from my last check up just to wait 5 hours for no reason just to be told within a minute My ball joints were bad so they couldn t do anything the the only female in the office is a complete liar I got there at 2pm an she said that I didn t get there at 2 and got there after 3 and that it was empty even though there was multiple vehicles there when I arrived and I don t understand why they didn t tell me anything in the beginning about my ball joints instead of making me wait all that time I ve had my mechanic check my car multiple times before and had it there today and he said nothing about my ball joints being bad and I trust him and have been going there for years I told her you guys didn t say anything about my joints last week nor my mechanic say anything the same day I went back so there excuse was oh they probably went bad within the week which is 100% a lie and she was trying to sell me some for $160 dollars by all means don t go to this place worst business complete waste of time I won t an will not be doing business here anymore an I recommend no one to go here, if you want to get you re time wasted this is the place for you

Best place to get your tires done! We needed to get our sensor fixed. We came in and got taken care of the same day within the first hour! Talk about fast service! Staff were cool and didn t even wanted to charge us more than just getting what needed to get fixed. I had to give them a generous tip for being so awesome! Will definitely recommend this place and will come back to these guys in the future! They are reliable and very easy to talk to! They definitely gained a new customer in me

Car was shaking after i left. Went to West Side Tires n they showed me how off the balance was. Balance was off by 1.5 ounces on back 2 tires. Half once on front 2. Never go here. Horrible.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Even though I was a little short on money the guys @ Used Tires Phoenix worked with what I had, now that's something that is hard to find these days.The work was done with speed and precision. Excellent service good tread for used tires so fast friendly good price for used tires.

I have completed, alignments, tire, rotations, balancing, tire, repairs, and muffler delete on multiple vehicles. Their service is fast, professional, and at a very good price. There is never an issue that they have not resolved with mechanical problems, and tire services. I highly recommend this shop as a go to place for tires, suspension, and mechanical services. Cash and debit/credit is accepted. Thanks!

These guys are the best. They have the best prices in town and they do a great job. He was unloaded the trucks by his self and doing doing my 2 new tires. He said he didn't understand English but when I put that $20 bill in his hand he understood that. a job well done. I will go back every time I need tires tires and I tell all my friends where they should go.

They did an excellent job with my 2 new tires and front end alignment. The price was more than a $100 less there's less than what discount tire quoted me. I will always go to them for my tires and my alignment in my car when I need it.

Do not take them any kind of business. They will rip you off. I went in for a simple alignment they have the machine. But I paid for my alignment the guy looked at it put it up on the power lift. Tightened up a bolt said that was good that's an alignment. I've had alignments done before and you put the little panels on there and you turn on the computer to make sure everything is aligned front and back which they did not do. I will be contacting the better Business bureau. To report their bad business practice. You're better off going with a reputable well-known national Business chain. Then you know you'll get what you paid for with warranty and guarantee.

Got brand new tires on all of them and one popped only having them for three weeks and bring it back since they re on warranty , well they don t give me a new tire since I guess it says on warranty but we re not specific in the beginning so I had to pay out of pocket for another brand new tire

I was told the they had my size tires and for a set of 4 would be $320 out the door and the warranty is 50000 miles. When I went to pay I was told that that price was cash only the 50000 warranty was only good for 1 year. Beware and ask all the questions up front !

Great prices, great service. 2 new truck tires mounted, balanced, and installed for a VERY reasonable price. Will recommend and be back. They also offer 100 days same as cash with SNAP financing.
