Came in today and received the best service, we was able to get financed for brand new tires, Christian was an expert with customer service and very kind to everyone who walked in! If your looking for honest, fast, friendly service this is the place to be! Would give more stars but 5 is the highest it allows!

I went back 3 times to have my wheels and tires balanced and alignment done. What I liked most is that they didn t stop until it was done right. They changed my wheels and tires for an upgrade and took care of me. They made it right by any means necessary. Good people.

Got a flat tire down the street, took my car here and they were able to sell and service me a new tire for cheap and all within 30 minutes.

Very quick and also the verity of wheels there in stock made the purchase of my new rims easy . Carlos was the employee that helped me get the rims that go for my car not just try and sell me something but rather sell me the right something. Wheel alignment to they charged me $60/ wheels and tires for brand new 17's $1550 for my Accord will definitely go back on the next project car!!

We got tires and wheels here. Great prices, great customer service!!! Plus, they offer easy approval credit 5hat gives u 90 days same as cash.. No interest if paid in full in 90 days and approval was easy.

Horrible customer service. They where standing around, they seen me standing there waiting, but didnt approach me.Got tired of waiting so i approached them after they paused their chitchat.They talked to me rudely like as if i interrupted their important conversation. No other customer was there except me. I didnt get a tire, and I WILL NOT be back.Theres like 5 tireshops within a mile distance, and 1 across the street . No need to treat me like if i dont have other choices .

Purchased tires and rims on Friday and I wasTold it would be done morning time. I m here and they tell me they don t actually have the rims I purchased .it s about 11 am .they proceeded to do my lift kit. Which why would I need a lift kit w/o new tires and rims? Still charged me. Do not come here.

They are the most honest!!!! I was quoted $1000 from a Big chain that my tires had nails and blades in them and Hernandez Tires found nothing wrong with my tires. I will continue to go to them.

Went there for a an alignment and change a front tire. They did not balance the new tire; had to come back the next day to complain about it. Even after showing them the receipt and explaining them that my steering wheel wobbles driving at 65mph, which it did not do prior to the tire change. They plain refused to accept their fault; they started blaming my shock absorbers (which are new), tried blaming tire air pressure (which is normal 35psi), and the alignment (which seems fine). Took me an hour and a half to convince them to check the tire they replaced to verify. Well, I was right, they forgot to balance it. Came late to work because of this.Additionally (while waiting for this fiasco to be over) they checked my tire pressure and put 45 PSI in all my tires, saying that 35 is TOO LOW (which is factory recommended). I checked the tires, it says MAX pressure 44 PSI on the sides of the tires. Do these people know anything about tires?

I bought a used tire, and in a few days my tire pressure light came on. I had it checked, and it was the tire I bought. The other shop also said that the tire was cracked all around it. I'm very busy so it took me about 3 weeks to get back there and they remembered me but said that there was no guarantee on used tires. I said that it leaked from the start, but they didn't care. I spent $40 on a used tire, and could have bought a new one for $80 at Walmart.

These people are tho most unprofessional company ever. It was all fine when I paid them $1000 for brand NEW TIRES for our Dodge Ram. My bf is driving and the tires goes out completely. Monday my father in law goes after two days or having these tires installed asks for a new tire because warranty is provided for 30 days. They didn t want to give us a new tire nor even allow us to see all the other tires. I have a picture of the tire and after examining it carefully it was not a brand new tire and that s why we asked for him to provide us with new ones or at least take out the ones he put on to examine them. I hope you make the better decision and go somewhere else. This place is a scam. The best part is when asking him to finish his job correctly HE THREATEN MY DAD IN LAW THAT HE WAS GOING TO SHOOT HIM.I called the police and they couldn t do anything to help.

If I could give no stars I would! Pricing was good but one thing needs to change they retorqued my wheel bolts with an air gun which caused 3 of my wheel bolts to be broken off when I did a tire rotation. They need to retorque these by hand for this not to happen again. Don't know if it was laziness or what but make sure they use a manual torque wrench to tighten the bolts. They lost my business due to this. I'd rather go to discount tire where they match prices and at least I can see what they are doing.

Stay away! My rims starting to peel I've had them less than a year. I was able to show proof and they would not honor the so called warranty and the owner called me stupid like I didn't know what I was talking about when I've had show cars and big rigs! I've never had a rim peel like this. So small claims court here we go guess we'll be seeing a judge

They don't know what they are doing on this place with alignment.. I thought it was going to be my tire shop but the first time I go and they screw up with the alignment. I will never return to this place I do not recommend it at all ..

very affordable prices and work with you on the prices . Highly recommended a lot of people talk bad about the bushiness but in my opinion they try to keep their customers satisfied but a lot of customers like to take advantage.Its like in every business not every one leaves happy but they still have good customer service.

Went to go get a used tire needless to say I got one but it wasn't the right size. I should've looked before I drove away. They are supposed to be professional and make sure they give you the right item. Won't go back again.

Bought brand new tires after less than a month one had a bubble tried to exchange it return their exact words u can call manufacturer or wait till it blows out. don t go here unless u want them to rip u off

Worst place ever I bought new tires from here.. My car started vibrating after a while took it to a shop and nothing's wrong with it they told me it was a tires. I came back to get my tires replaced and they want to charge me 50% of what the tires cost even though I have warranty for a full year! Don't really recommend this place they take forever and they're not professional at all...

Very bad service. It them took 2 hours just to align my tires. But later they said they couldn't have to align. I recommend people to not go there.

If I could give no stars I would Worst place ever DONT GO HERE THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY please don t give this people your money Got ripped off by this people took my car to get an alignment they said they couldn t do it because of other issues but still took my money just because and after asking for a refund they said they don t do any refunds so basically they took my money for doing nothing so unprofessional and while I was there complaining another guy was complaining as well because he paid over $2000 for some tires and they put the wrong ones on his car and the lady there was trying to say the owner wasn t there at first and then she just said oh he s just busy they try to give you the run around they shouldn t even be in business if they don t know how to their job they are just hungry for your money

A good price for four tires they got me a pretty quick it took a little longer than what they told me but it's okay they got the job done and the staff was very very nice
