Best tires shop the workers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Very affordable prices and outstanding quality work!I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family!If you need tires rims or a lift kit these are the guys!

I was in desperate need of a new tire as I had a rip in my tire. Everybody was so attentive and went above and beyond to get me a new tire and I was the 1st one to be seen above all others. FIVE STARS for customer service and price.

Great prices here. I had a tire develop a bubble under warranty after 10 months of use, with the receipt they covered it without an issue. Would come back here for sure!

They have the best price for new tires and alignment on your car. Non better including including way better than discount tire. Discount tires should take the word discount out of their name. Discount tire was more than a $100 more than this place.

We were in the neighborhood doing deliveries. Air just started leaking out... We pulled in and they were so nice. They went straight to work on our tire and had us on the road so fast. So if you are ever in the neighborhood and need help definitely check these guys out. Highly Recommend

I woke up to a flat tire and front tire with a slow leak. I text him at 8:15am. He responded with a price at 8:23am. I got in almost 3hrs later. He was very personable and finished the car within an hour. I got 4 new tires for $260 with warranty. They were so awesome.

I stopped in at their place for an air conditioner check. They found a small leak, got me fixed for a SUPER reasonable price, and out-the-door in under an hour!!!When I need tires next year, I'm going back to them.Thanks to Oscar and his crew for being great!

This place is a joke! I bought a set a new tires from them which failed 8 days later under normal operation. Roxanne wouldn't wouldn't stand by their product. She also wouldn't give me the information of the owner in order to escalate the issue. My tire failed at highway speeds, someone could have been injured or killed. Trying to save a buck cost me in the long run. Go to a reputable business and save yourself the trouble!

Best deals in town! Just got 4 brand new 285/40R22 tires. This is my new tire shop, I'll never go back to Big O Tires again. Talk to Roxann, she'll give you a great deal.

I have bought like four sets of tires there. No doubt about it they have the best prices. However when it comes to customer service, not so good. If you need something fixed or something isn't quite right they don't do anything about it. They will act like they're concerned but they don't have any intentions of making it right. I can only give four stars because of this reason. Sorry, you need to step it up a little bit Culiacan

They offer fast service and very competitive with their pricing. Its usually not too busy so the turnaround time is also fast. Looking forward to purchasing another set when the times comes around.

The owner told me 25 mins I'll have your wheels done.. I go to get something to eat come back the rims are just laying on the ground. When I show up they finally start working on them after the 1st 2 tires are installed the 3rd & 4th are different valve stems.. So they send me to Autozone to buy them myself about 2 hours later they are finally done. If I could give them a half star I would horrible service & management on my 1st & last visit never going back again.

I got my tire changed and balanced in a matter of minutes which was great because I thought I would be late to work. I was also very satisfied with the customer service Julian provided as he was friendly and quick.

Called, they told me they had the tires. I told them I was on my way. I got there they said I didn t have the tires and that I d have to pay for them know but they wouldn t have them for a week. Then tried telling me there was the only place you could get them in town, however you can get them at any of the big tires shops they just have to order them and get them the next day.

Llantera Culiacan came in tonplay in an emergency. Julian is a great mecanic that took care of everything for me. Great price, great products and aswell the interaction with the shop was as if they had known me for years. Highly recommend their services and tires. Best in west Phoenix.
