I have been going here for a few years now every time I drop my truck of she is well taken care of from brakes to oil change to a full ac replacement and more they have taken great care of me since I started coming here ive never felt like I was getting ripped off like I did at my old mechanics even if a part goes bad shortly after they take care of it but most importantly they are always dead on or lower on the estimates they give me that is great for me my old girl just turned 300000 and with their help she will go for some time to come .

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! As a woman I have often felt intimidated about going to an auto shop because my knowledge about my car is limited, so I feel like easy prey. NOT HERE! Jose (the owner) is such a kind and understanding person, and a great teacher. He takes his time explaining how one thing can relate to another and why a certain service may or may not be necessary. He makes a list of priorities to tackle and with the owner's agreement, gets to work. I have had to leave my car overnight if they are busy but I've never had to wait more than a day to get my car back. I absolutely LOVE the QUALITY of the work and I appreciate that they take care to return my vehicle in a timely manner. What a great place to both work and get your car serviced!!!If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Extremely disappointed by this company since Dan left. This business definitely takes advantage of people that don't know cars.We brought my Rav4 to be checked and they let us know that repairs would be close to $1900 as the driveshaft had to be replaced.We brought it to another repair place to be told that my car, since its FWD doesn't have a driveshaft to begin with.we were charged $150 just to have it checked. Super disappointing.

Been going there since the past 3 years. Had my oil change with no issues and recently had to get my breaks and rotors replaced and fix due to over usage. This being a Subaru Impreza from the Midwest, the mechanics and owner knows the vehicle very well and advise me on future usage. Dan is the Man! I bought a craigslist special 1991 Toyota 4Runner and it crapped out on me, had it towed to Landmark and they took my little 4Runner in like it was one of their own vehicles! Love this shop and Highly recommend their services!

Five Star service from Dan and Jose. Passing through Phoenix with an RV and check engine light came on. I didn t want to take a chance driving 1,800 miles with the check engine light on. Called several RV, Truck and franchise dealerships and no one could offer any assistance. Landmark came up in my search and it appeared they had capabilities to meet my needs and positive customer reviews. I gave them a call and spoke with Dan and explained my situation. He said they were very busy but swing on by and they would do some basic diagnostics and see if they could assist. When I arrived they were very busy. Dan had already spoken with Jose and they were expecting me. I spoke with Dan for a few minutes and after a short wait Jose came over. We discussed some symptoms and events and Jose started some diagnostics. They were able to assist me and the charges were reasonable. During my short visit I was able to observe some very diverse capabilities. While my experience with Landmark is limited it did confirm the positive feedback left by others. Thank you Dan and Jose. Everyone here is amazing! Dan goes over everything with you and sends out a detailed checklist of what needs to be fixed (pictures included!); in the order of most urgent to least. I've always worried about trying new auto shops, but Landmark goes above and beyond. I live in Mesa, but drive out here because I know it is well worth it. I always feel really comfortable here and welcomed. They have my complete trust.

Dan and the team did thorough inspections of my vehicles and emailed me videos of what needed to be fixed. They prioritized what needed to be repaired, and the final cost was exactly what was quoted. My vehicle is running smoothly and I am happy with the work that was done. Trust is a big thing for me and I am more than comfortable continuing to do business at Landmark.

Seriously the BEST place you can take your car to. These guys are very honest & diligent with their work. Their customer service is unmatched. They have a system in place to ensure they inform you of everything going on with your vehicle. Tablets are used to take photos and videos of everything & ensure they don t miss anything. They send all of this to you in email with accurate estimates so you know what to expect. Every time I get my car back it s in clean condition in the interior. You wouldn t even know anyone else was inside your vehicle. They really work hard to give you and your vehicle the best possible outcome / experience.

Landmark Automotive is the best! My husband and I won't go anywhere else for our car servicing needs. We've referred many family members and friends here as well, and they've all had awesome things to say. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Try them, you'll like them!

Best auto shop I've ever been to, ever! Dan was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Cannot stress their amazing work and work ethic enough. Plus, you get a very useful report at the end of your service visit detailing your cars needs and results.

While traveling through the southwest, I had the need for work on my motorhome. The towed vehicle braking system compressor failed and needed replaced. Additionally, the brakes on the motorhome needed to be replaced. I researched shops on the web and found Landmark had great reviews. Being a bit of a skeptic, I called and spoke with Dan. He immediately put me at ease and I felt confident he was an honest man. I was NOT disappointed. His team was professional, friendly, competent and dedicated. I HIGHLY recommend them. Their pricing was good. work was excellent and dedication unmatched. They stayed 1 1/2 hours after closing to get us finished and on the road again. You couldn't ask for more than they willingly gave. I am not one that writes a lt of reviews but this one was important to get out here.

Had Landmark work on my 69 Ford F-250 pickup and they did a great job. Dan found a set of front disc brakes from another Ford and bolted them on my truck. Also rebuilt the carburetor and replaced fuel pump. Truck starts right up and stops much better than ever before. Absolute 5 star experience! Dan was so helpful teaching me about my new diesel, gave great advice on maintenance without trying to upsell me. The whole crew is very knowledgeable and trustworthy, you absolutely have my business for a long time!

Actually 10 stars is more appropriate!!! Dan and his crew are THE BEST!!! They take the time to check your entire vehicle diagnose any problems. They even email the report along with pictures. They are so very honest and the prices are more than reasonable. This is now my go to shop and I would recommend anyone to Landmark. Thanks Dan!!! You are my hero!!!

Do not take your vehicle here especially if you are female, they are not honest or trust worthy. I took my car somewhere else and it only needed half the work landmark said and it was less than half the price quoted. Shame on you landmark!! It's not the same now that Dan left!!! I won't be back!!

I brought a car I was interested in buying. There service is excellent and honest, and the full report (email) on the condition of vehicle was impressive. The car odometer was tampered and had multiple issues. So they save 5k to what I paid for there service. Highly recommend Landmark Auto

When my old garage closed thankfully I was referred to Landmark. I still get the same honesty I had in my old shop. This place is great. They do very thorough checks and explain things and SHOW you the problems before touching anything. They really do work with you to earn your trust as well as your business. I recommend Landmark to everyone!

The guys are thorough and take the time to explain what needs to be done to your car with photos and a tour of the mechanics of your vehicle. They polite and freindly and provide phenomenal service every time you take your car in. The prices are the fairest and most reasonable I've found and I always feel confident that I have left my car in the hands of capable and competent, decent mechanics. I highly recommend this auto body shop and I suggest you take your car in and see for yourself.

Dan and his crew went went out of their way to ensure that all of the issues with my 1976 Jeep were properly addressed. His crew is very knowledgeable. When some factory parts weren t available they got creative and modified the existing parts to complete the job.

I wrote a review on Yelp too. Landmark is the only place I will take my car here in Phoenix. They are professional and ethical! Fixed my problem for 1/5 the price of what the dealer had quoted me. In fact, the dealer didn't even diagnose the problem correctly. I highly recommend Dan and Landmark!
