I had an amazing experience at North Scottsdale Land Rover! My salesman was Jeff, and I cannot rave enough about the service and all his help! He was extremely knowledgeable and worked so hard to make sure I was getting the car that was perfect for me. And Terres in the financial office was so helpful and made the process so easy and quick! I will absolutely be continuing service with them in the future and going to Jeff in the future!!!

Super fast service! Great staff and very knowledgable. I had a sun roof issue on my 2020 Defender that turned out to be a battery issue. I loved the video the tech sent me once they were finished that explained the issue, what caused it and how they fixed it.

Went to Land Rover of N Scottsdale Service Dept today and had the worst experience.I didn t purchase my Range Rover from that dealership, but have brought my Range Rover s there for years and have purchased very expensive vehicles from Penske Auto Group.I was treated poorly being told you didn t buy the vehicle from us . I guess their new service customer service style is to argue with clients and be certain we will never return to service or purchase a vehicle from them again.Good Riddance!

We had our first and perhaps one of our best car buying experiences at Land Rover North Scottsdale. Jason Yap, our consultant, was so incredibly easy to deal with that I kept forgetting we were buying a car to be honest. I appreciated the entire way Jason represented the dealership and the Brand. This is our second Land Rover and this transaction was 1000% better than our last experience in California. This is a delayed review based on an experience I had when I brought my vehicle to LR N Scottsdale and learning of the REAL solution today. In May/June 2023 I had a battery that had been disconnected and therefore I could not use the App to start my car as I was getting the Windows Open message because my windows had not been reset. I was told by service members at LR N Scottsdale that in order to solve the issue and start climate control/remote start from the app, it would be a system reset that would cost roughly $500. I passed on that. Coincidentally, the window reset had been completed by a third party (free of charge) when work was done to the vehicle for other reasons and I never thought to ask how they did it. Fast forward to now, I happened to lose power to my rig and had come across the same issue with the Window Open error message on the app. Through a YouTube search, I discovered I simply needed to roll the window down, roll it up, release the button and then hold the button up for a second or two. I did this for all my windows, it took 2 minutes to do, and my remote start and climate control were back up and running. Moral of the story: Someone at this dealership attempted to take me for a $500 ride on something that takes a couple minutes to fix. I would be terrified leaving the service of my vehicle up to this dealership if they are willing to attempt to pull shenanigans like this. Do yourself a favor and go to Land Rover Arrowhead.

Carlos has been our service advisor since we purchased our Range Rover. He is always available to answer any questions(even over the phone if we accidentally pushed something we didn't know what it was). He is very knowledgeable ,friendly and able to accommodate getting our vehicle in and serviced in a timely manor. Wouldn't think of using anyone else. Thank you for your 10 star service Carlos.

Outside of the polite technicians and that they gave us a loaner car for the 9 times we brought in our Range Rover for the same dashboard warning multiple times (4 while still under warranty). Each time we left the light came back on in roughly 3 months. Was told on the 6th visit that honestly we really don t know what s causing it . At this point it was no longer under warranty. They were kind enough to fix the issue and get the light/warning off at no charge since they know they didn t correct it when it would have been under warranty. The last time we brought it in they said they found the issue. It was a $2700 repair. Not sure if this is the end but we ll see. The service manager that called me back although I requested to speak to the GM went on to tell me there is many issues that can cause the warning to come on and they had replaced a different component each time. Hard to believe after the first four times they didn t just replace every component in the system, which I m sure they would have suggested if they were making money on the repairs at the time. Was also told they don t make the diesel version like ours any more because it was really the vehicles only flaw and Land Rover never had it fully figured out. Would have been nice to know when purchasing. I get my service from another shop because everything I ever needed to have done was significantly less but was handcuffed with this repair because of time and loaner car reasons.

I ordered my vehicle in August of 2022. My salesman Jacob (Jake) kept in contact with me the whole time to update me on the status. Upon it's arrival every aspect of the delivery was seamless including a no pressure finance department. I am very happy with the dealership and look forward to working with them again in the future.

The worst dealership in Az. Call multiple time to get some information about a vehicle posted online with out pictures the sale person answer the phone with out saying his name or ask for my name he did not ask any simple question anyway he said he will send some pic of the vehicle we are interested on. Never happened called back after 2 hours panther salesman better a lots he thank me for calling and ask me why this vehicle and ask what my name basically he did what he supposed to be to do. After like hour he text he said he can t find the vehicle he will find it. Text day and he will send some pictures. We did text next day no answer we decide to call Manager. Manger phone keep hanging up, not answering no voicemail you can leave finally Manager answer Without saying his Name who is speaking with he just start yelling keep calling like Six time which is a lie. We decide to take our business somewhere else better surface better The worst team ever we dealt with in many years

While I did not purchase my Range Rover at Land Rover North Scottsdale, I have had all of my service done there for the past 18 months. (I drive a lot, and have put over 30,000 mile on it in that time, so there have been a few routine services as well as one warrantee issue.) The service provided has always been top shelf. My Service Advisor, JD, is thorough and detailed. He does not miss a thing. At the same time, he has kept me from spending money on items that I thought I might need, but were actually unnecessary. This last visit, my service was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. And to make things even better, the Rover was returned cleaned and detailed. It has over 90,000 and looks (and runs) like new now. Everything about my service experience at LRNS, and in particular, my advisor JD, has been outstanding. I'm happy to recommend them.

Purchased a certified pre owned Rover Sport and while the vehicle is beautiful, the sales experience was not. Sales should have more customer service in setting up owners for success in their vehicle. I expected certified pre owned to have had extensive check of all mechanical and electrical before being offered for sale. When I questioned why navigation didn t work, sales manager(s) were unable to resolve and told me to come back in a week. When I did come back with the same issue a week later and it wasn t resolved after 2 days in the shop, Sales initially told me that I didn t really need the WiFi or navigation system. When I escalated, they suggested I go home and it might fix itself in 24 hours. (It did not.)Ultimately, Eli and Robert from Service stepped in and worked to resolve the issue which was a bad module that needed replacement. Eli could not have been nicer when I got my vehicle back after Xmas. Thanks to Eli, Robert and Carlos I am now a happy owner. I hope they are appreciated by the company as much as I appreciate them!!!

Just moved to scottsdale. Needed to service my Jaguar. Cheryl was my advisor and she was fantastic! She deserves a raise. Stayed on top of my warranty claim and work on the car. Never missed a beat.

Just purchased a used vehicle here. Took it to a shop for inspection and the front brake pads were installed wrong, the pad was not secured and just moving around so I had to spend $800 for new pads and rotors to make the car safe to drive. Also within a week of owning a check engine light for the emissions came on that was more than likely cleared at the dealership so there is more money I will be spending. Both of these items should have been fixed or disclosed before selling. Needless to say I will not be a return customer or recommend this dealership.

I brought my vehicle in to get an estimate for calibers and a door that was closed shut to be advised after getting home of the door latch being removed, causing the car to not fully lock and to not have a rideable car for my family. Thanks Land Rover, NICE JOB.

I just wanted to share my experience at North Scottsdale Jaguar Dealer via this website. I was very impressed and delighted how I was treated throughout the process of acquiring my new Jaguar vehicle 3 weeks ago. I thank Jose Albanil, Sales Professional, for assisting me during this journey. Jose was very responsible and professional. He was very courteous upon my arrival to the dealership. He was always available to answer all of my questions. Never felt pressure by him into buying my new vehicle. Even after I acquired my vehicle , weeks later, Jose has been there to assist. As of today , I have no regret buying my new 2023 Jaguar vehicle. I also would like to thank Teres for being so pleasant during my stay at Land RoverJaguar North Scottsdale. Definitely disappointed in the used car I purchased from here. I purchased a used Lincoln that had a check engine light on, sun roof not working and a tire that blew out after a month owning this car. They did not check this car what so ever before they sold it which is disappointing. I use to work for this dealership about 10 years ago and I m disappointed in the service and the quality of the car they sold me. I ve posted pictures of the tires they sold with the car and the new tires I purchased. I had 3 kids in the vehicle when the tire blew.
