Got tires and alainment great shops and awesome customer service i accidentally gave them the wrong tire size and they made it right all shops that do the same as this place should look at this place cause that's how it's done!

At first I thought they ment well but I constantly keep coming back for my tire pressure sensor. The lady acts like she means well but everyone else only speaks Spanish, it's a communication barrier. Every place I take my truck they say there's no sensor's and when I take my truck back they say they fix it but still the sensors keep going off. I got approved for over 3,500 for rims, tires and a left kit but they still ruined my sensors and cross threaded the fake chrome cap to my rims. This place is not worth it financially if you go through snap. AlWAYS read the reviews before taking a financial loan on this -10 star tire shop...the alignment still off and wheel balance.

Took our truck to get our tires changed and after the fact two of my glasses (Cartier /Versace) that were in the truck went missing those glasses were left there we called and asked and they denied it. This shouldn t have happened be aware or your belongings they may be stolen as well.

Got a leveling kit installed and alignment done on my silverado today. The guys did a nice job! Service and prices are great. Definitely recommend!!

I filed a BBB complaint on 05/10/2019 against this establishment because they sold me the wrong size tires. They are supposed to be the professionals, you trust them to provide good customer service but then never respond. They never once responded to the complaint even though they attempted contact with them 3 different occasions. When my husband went back to the shop to ask them to take a look at the tires and correct their mistake they refused even though the tires were brand new and had less than 10 miles on them. This could have been an easy problem to resolve, if there was a difference in price I was willing to pay it but instead they refused to even acknowledge their mistake. I even contacted the finance company so they would have the complaint on file but they told me to contact the vendor.

Took my 2021 4 runner there for a lift and tire and wheel package. First red flag they changed the price on me when I got there then I noticed my alignment was off on the way home. Called back and they said bring it back so they could fix it. After going back twice my alignment was still way off so I ended up taking my car to a different shop to have my alignment redone and my specs were all over the charts I called them back to tell them that the alignment was not done right and I had to pay someone else to do it and ask for they going to reimburse me for the extra $100 I have to spend to have my alignment done correctly on a brand new vehicle they told they told me no that is not reimburse for other shops work even though their own faulty work was not done correct I do not recommend the shop to anyone their work is no good

Staff is always very helpful and courteous. Store always has what I need and if they don't they get it within the hour. Great tire and wheels shop!

I had installed a 2.5 rough country spacer lift, rear shock with 31 inch tires I needed mounted and balanced then an alignment. They were done in lil over an hour but when leaving I wasn't giving a alignment print out? So when I got home I called and I was told the printing machine isn't working okay, so I came back in 2 days later for them to tell me the alignment rack isn't working now. Well long story short I noticed un-even wear on my driver's front tire so since it didn't seem like La Hefa wanted to help me i went somewhere else and come to find out after they gave me a before and after print out of my alignment they didn't adjust the toe correctly! So be careful ask for paper work of what was done to your vehicle and then make sure it was done correctly!

Bought wheels a few months back and hadn t installed them till recently. I adjusted suspension on my vehicle for the wheels to have proper fitment. After all that I told the shop wheels didn t need any kind of balancing because it was done prior at purchase date. I get on the freeway and vehicle begins to shake I return to shop who did my suspension and they do the balancing and tell me every wheel is off by ounces. So I was very disappointed in the fact that I spent a good amount of money on wheels and tires and they couldn t even get the balancing correct.

I went almost a year ago and I bought new rims and wheels. One rim size is different then the other 3 rims. They also didn t put sensors on my new wheels and they stole the ones I had on my factory wheels. I lost my receipt but I have proof I got them there. Horrible how they do that and the one rim that s different is so close to the brake caliper.

The place sell good stuff but mechanics are very bad. Went three times and still couples align my truck, still paid the 80 dlls

La hefa is the best the best the best. Defetaly will recomend this place staff is on point. I did have a issue with my car for a while and they fixed the problem,my car now drives like new also they have financing services, love love it. Is very convenient to finance with them, you will not get disappointed, best place to get your services done, you are there moms this is the place to come amigas, they have help me lots . Iam very happy with my services.

So much worse business reputation , once confirm wheels order, cargo spend 5 hours delivery but arrived warehouse, they cancel order , it make everyone angry like playing game ! Do not trust this shop !

They stole my tire sensors and sold me a different size rim then the other 3. even kept thing that holds air on my stock wheels don t go there.I had my receipt I took my truck to the dealership and they said one of the tires was different from all 3.

Bought rims (few months ago) from here and car shook past 60, went back and they said oh well you ve driven it now(<20 miles or how the hell would I know there s a problem) so we can t try new tires and see if it fixes it . I go to Goodyear and the mechanic tells me it s the tires. I come back and tell them and they say they need it in writing from the shop. I bought the proof in writing and they said they wanted a number to call them and a picture of the machine they used to test it with readings (yeah ikr). Then they make me go to another shop and have one of their guys look at it after all that just for them to say there s nothing wrong with the tires regardless of the several stages of proof I bought them. Nice rims bad service. You don t sell rims and just let someone walk away with a shaking car and say good luck instead of fixing the problem but I guess that was my problem and my bill to deal with. If your gonna spend the money I did go might aswell go elsewhere there's 100 rim shops who won't blame it on the suspension on a new car or give questionable tires (FYI its fixed now, that's why I know)

great costumer service dont forget to ask for cindy shes the owner and makes sure you get what your looking for . costumer service is beyond good . great pricing and top notch name brands bought a set of forged wheels cant believe they had them in stock at a great price ! i ll definitely be back

Really bad service had to wait about 6 hours to get rims and tires installed, they gave me a price and ones the rims where installed they gave me a different one they dont take care of the customers in the order they get there ,i had my truck sitting there for over 5 hr without no one working on it till i talk to the manager and even after that i had to come back the next day because one of the rims was different, tires where not perfectly balance truck was jumping on my way home i also got an alignment that same day and truck was still pulling to the side. I had to pay a different shop to do the job right if i could i would give it no stars save your money and time

I had a very good experience at LA HEFA TIRES/ WHEELS,They were very helpful with me,and went above and beyond to help me with my tires for my truck. I would strongly suggest that if you have a problem with your tires,LA HEFA WHEELS is the place to get great assistance. They go the extra mile to assist you with your tire's needs.

I have gone there a few times, and the service is very inconsistent, depending who's working that day, they have been nice and helpful but others are very rude and feels like they don't care for your business, depending on the day wouldn't recommend.

Poor quality of service, they try to use their bodies to sell products. They have to flirt with their customers to sell products, only tells me the products by themselves can't hold their own. I'm usually all for little Mexican shops but this was over pricedand for the quality of the items it just isn't worth it.

I would recommend that you take off yourself the centerpieces on your rims and also put them back on yourself because they over tightened mine and they got all warped they broke some of the centerpieces clips off one of them fell off already and to top it off they left two lug nuts just lose

Just thought you should know, I discovered another tire company thats using fake reviews. Including fake negative reviews for La Hefa tires.
