Unfortunately I wont be coming back. I had a coupon for Oil change and filter and multi port inspection for 29.95. When I came in they said it was 89 dollars. They're reason was because they don't offer that type of oil change here. Than why send me a coupon. I asked for the multi point inspection all the time when I come here and I asked every time what does that do. They said look over the entire car if there are any problems. But when I point out a specific noise than they charge me for diagnostic check. They found all these problems that apparently take time to happen. So all those times for nothing.

Honestly..terrible service center. We brought our 2021 Seltos in for faulty fuel injectors. After not hearing back, we called MANY TIMES for updates on the vehicle. Told us our car would be ready Thursday or Friday morning after bringing it in the Friday beforehand for a mechanical issue we did not cause. No communication, unless we called. When they finally told us we could get the car, they said 5:30. They proceeded to have us sit and wait for close to an hour. Oh and it s important to note we have to leave for a cross-country 26 hour road trip to spend the holidays with our families & made it very clear how important it was for us to get this handled. If the car was operable I would have taken it somewhere else, and that s saying something.

RIDICULOUSLY LONG WAITS, PUSHY SELLING OF SERVICES.4 hour oil change (should be 1 HR with inspection), 3 hour software upgrade (should be 15m)Bathroom closed.Would not honor their coupons, "they always use synthetic oil and coupon doesn't include synthetic". But they will make me a deal (bait and switch) after I repeated argued.At various times they tried hard to up-sell services NOT included in schedule of services found in owners manual. Like: break fluid change and valve-top-end flush (these routine procedures are not recommended by KIA Owner's manual, just inspect)They set the oil change reminder time in car for SEVERE duty (every 6 months), rather than recommended NORMAL (every 12 months or 7500 miles). To make it worse I use my car lightly, only 2 times a week, very low miles between oil change (1500 miles), yet they are recommending SEVERE duty oil changes.UPDATE:Just had oil change at nearby SCOTTs, they did excellent inspection and changed oil in under two hours for $50. Scotts detected a leaky seal that Camelback Kia replaced for free (under warranty). Kia service did make me promise to pay $165 for complete auto inspection in the event that was not a warranty issue. (i just wanted inspection of leaky seal!! A shady practice if you ask me)

Truly awful customer service. Unsure why it is impossible to get any updates on my car that has been there for over a week. Unresponsive management team when calling or showing up in person.

I don't like going to dealerships because they can be pushy and also lie to you, but my experience here was great. My mechanic told me to go to the dealership because I have a fairly new kia that technically not under warranty anymore because I wasn't the original owner, but they are good with their recalls and warranties. Basically I had lost the turbo but no computer code came up. I had read about other dealerships telling people "no code, nothing wrong..." but they did find the problem, a hose came undone. Plus there was a recall on the brake lines, so they fixed that too. Total bill today was $0.

I can say that if you own a KIA of any kind, you should definitely go to Camelback KIA to get your service done. It is hands down the best service department I have dealt with in recent time. Adrian Jaramillo was my service dude and he once again knocked it out of the park and had my oil change and inspection done in no time flat. I bought my KIA Forte5 aka "Darth Forte" at another dealer and let me say their service department is terrible. They don't do anything right at all, and it makes me sad that I didn't purchase my KIA at Camelback KIA. The folks at Camelback KIA just follow the Golden Rule, "Treat people how you would like to be treated". This is why if I have any service that needs to be done, I drive out of my way to go to Camelback KIA service and ask for Adrian Jaramillo. Last year I had my car decarbed and it was awesome as well. I also want to say there is another gentleman Mr. Baine, who is also very awesome as well. Don't waste your time being frustrated by other KIA service departments and go to Camelback KIA. It is a breath of fresh air, when you get quality service like this. Keep up the great work, I will definitely be back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Horrible. Lies, misquotes, broken promises ,shotty work, didn't even top off fluids,overcharged, coolant spilled on splash shield not not cleamed up!Read the rest of the reviews. There's a reason they have a LOT of similar reviews. We will NEVER come back to this Service department again.I do not need your dealership response to this either. We will not be returning.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went in because my check engine light was on, they told me it was my fuel filter. Quoted me $1500 for that and a bunch of other stuff they recommended. They said none of it would be covered under warranty even though I was under 55k miles. Called Earnhardt Kia in Peoria and they said the work would be covered under warranty so now I have an appointment there. Either Camelback Kia blatantly lied to me to take my $ or the person who helped me(who I won t name)did not know what they were doing. Either way, terrible experience.

This place has really gone downhill. Service advisor lied and sold me a cleaning instead of the factory service that I wanted. If you're going to charge $300 to "clean" my air vents, at least give me the car wash that you promised. Won't be coming back.

Worked with Armando. He was upfront with me about cost/time for my repair, did the work i asked for with no hassle, and got me back in my car for a reasonable cost. I'm happy, will be a repeat customer.

Charles saved me thousands and has earned a loyal customer. I brought my car in solely to get a key programmed for it. The engine to my knowledge needed rebuilt/replaced. While programming the new key fob, Charles came to me and said he was pretty sure he recognized the noise and was confident the issue was covered by recall/warranty. After a couple weeks, involving a rental car at no cost to me and a few free Lyft rides, I have my car back as good as new. Charles went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of, and has earned a loyal customer in doing so.

I understand preference is to use your site however if you have google displaying your hours of operation then that should ring true to your hours for service in the device dept. Your recent change isn t updated on your doors either. This was frustrating to experience.

I took my NEW car in for its first oil change and to have it looked at. My car was at the dealership from 9 am till 230. No one updated my husband. I had to call after waiting 2 hours for the service advisor to have no information for me. The service associate has still never called me. I have purchase 4 cars from this dealership and because of their awful service I will be search else where from now on.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Charles!!!Charles!!!Charles!!!Hands down Charles is the best from honest, caring to hard worker. I been here a few times from oil changes to getting other work needed done. He has taken care of my kia and me. I needed some work done and Charles was quick to jump on it and reach out to my extended warranty with Auto Nation. Best part I didn't have to even left one finger. I love how they have a Uber or Lyft take you come while they work on your car so you don't have to wait around in lobby. Very Covid19 safe doing it this way bravo to Kia Service team for good quality work and being a service center I can trust.
