I brought in my 2013 honda civic because my airbag was coming on. The technician looked at it and recommended the $600 replacement of the clock spring. After running this by my boyfriend (a certified powersports technician), he was doubtful about this diagnosis because my horn and steering wheel controls were all functional. We declined the repair, and they charged me $200 for the diagnosis. After retrieving the car, my boyfriend removed the clock spring and tested it himself, determining that the airbag circuit did not have an open, and the clock spring did not need replacement. He then found a mess of the previous owner s DIY wiring job under the dash, which was more than likely the root cause of the code. I would like to know why this was not noticed by their ASE certified technician. The service writers have said that we would receive a call from the manager in regards to a refund on our incorrect diagnosis, but we still have not heard anything yet, and I am still out of $200.

I made an appointment for my mom to get her brakes looked at. They had really convenient online booking, and had appointments the next day available.When arriving for the appointment, the wait was minimal. At the conclusion, Collin was very thorough and kind! He really took the time to explain to my mom what the issue was and recommended a suitable solution for the problem. I had some follow up questions and Collin was very patient with explaining everything I needed to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this location. It s difficult to find a car repair place that genuinely makes you feel like you re being taken care of and considered.

Not taking your car here for anything is doing a disservice to yourself. I have used Kerry s car care for multiple repairs now and I feel I can confidently leave a review. They make a point to build a relationship with you, and provide professional guidance and repairs. I never have any doubts when I take my Alfa to them and if anything comes up they do everything they can to make it right. They really stand by and personify their mission statement. Can t be happier with them, and I never have to bring my car back to fix anything they work on. It is right the first time. Can t thank these guys enough, and I have no intention to go to any other shop no matter where I live, they have earned a lifetime customer

Always a great experience with Justin and Vince. Vince is extremely honest and you never need to worry about being upsold. Trust them so much I actually drive 30 minutes because I don t trust anyone else with my cars. Highly recommended!

I needed to get my oil changed and decided to go back to Kerry's on North Valley Parkway. I love their coupons! Colin was amazing, very polite and courteous! I also was aware that I needed 2 new tires, and obviously a rotation. While they did the oil change and checked my car the tech noticed my rear tires (the newer ones) were starting to wear unevenly and found that my rear shocks were bad. They showed me what was happening. They bundled everything at a price that no one could beat! They even paid for Lyft to give me a ride home! I would definitely recommend them for all your vehicle services!

Came in with a coupon for an oil change- Wasn t expecting my experience with Collin (the service rep) to be so good. Super friendly and very informative on a few issues I need to fix soon. He even shook my hand as I left. I will be back and I will refer folks to you all for sure!

I took my car today to get an oil change. They called me out and asked me if I could look at my car. They tried to tell me that I need back brakes and rotors. So I just nodded my head and said okay. They asked me if they I wanted them to do the job and I said no. I will get the parts from RockAuto. The gentleman asked me who was going to do it and I said myself and then I'm standing outside. Watching them do my oil change. It took three people to try to put in an an air filter. They couldn't get it so I stand there and wait and then when the young man brings my car up I asked him. So how's those oil filters? Oh they're okay but yet I paid for them to be changed and they weren't changed so I go back in say something and they want to give me $25 off my next oil change and I said no. I want my money back and then when I get home Santa tells me to pop the hood. I pop the hood oil everywhere wasn't cleaned up not going back and just because someone's a female doesn't mean they don't know what's going on with their car. I don't need back brakes and I don't need rotors but thanks never again not going back

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I took it to Kerry s Car care. They had a fix and had me out of there less than 30 minutes. They are kind, Quick and convenient. They ve got my business from now on.

Terrible experience. Dropped off my truck for an oil change and tire balance/rotation, said it would be ready by 6-7pm. Get called at 7 to be told I needed to leave it overnight (I was leaving to Texas in two days and really needed it done) so I agreed. They promised truck would be ready by 11:00am. Bs went in and had to wait till 3pm cause they had forgotten the oil change. My truck is now leaking oil. I had taken it to the dealership about 2 weeks prior and had no oil spillage. These people said they could easily replace the oil pan gasket (cheap part) but 11 hours of labor. These people did something to my truck with hope I go back to get the gasket changed. The only nice thing they did was provide a free oil change for the inconvenience of having to wait 4 hours. Would never take a vehicle there. Taking vehicle to dealership to see what they did to my truck. Do not trust these people with your vehicles!

The customer service was very good. Great communication great quality work done for me. Brand new breaks better than how I bought the car! Installed a side mirror perfectly as well, pricing is fair. Did all of this within the same day! Very satisfied.

My car battery died. During the worst possible time - new years weekend. Everywhere is closed, no tow company wants to help but Kerry's was there, they helped us with charging our batter just enough to get to where we needed to be then replaced our battery for us. They don't make good mechanics like they used to but this place is that old fashioned small town feel. You know your in good hands here. No finesse or finaggling here, you get your money's worth with excellent customer service.

My car was at 188,000 miles when I brought her in on her last legs from lack of maintenance and accident damage I thought there was no hope. The time, dedication and heart this company and shop has is unreal. By far the most trusting auto repair I ve ever gotten, with being giving correct and helpful insights my car has now made it to 202,500 miles and my car has never felt better.

Not the first time this has happened or I would cut them some slack. Made an 8:30 a.m. appointment that was confirmed, dropped the car off early with the attendant. Needed to get a ride home of course. Got another ride back down to the shop at 10:40 to pick up my car. Hadn't even been moved. I asked why it hadn't and was told they didn't have a bay available for it. I asked why did they give me an 8:30 a.m. appointment, what's the point? He answered to keep walk-ins behind me in line. I said apparently that didn't occur, It's 10:40 a.m. and I had an 8:30 a.m. appointment. Ultimately it got done, nothing was done however for my trouble of getting multiple rides to and from the shop and inconvenience of not having my car for a full day. I wouldn't have kept using Kerry's had it not been for their location, but now I simply will find another place to take it, Even if less convenient. Again, this isn't the first time.

We had a fleet account for our company vehicles and we took our van in for a transmission issueThe end result was the company van needed a new transmission at a $12,000 cost. It was quoted by a transmission shop as being a $1,200 fixIt s clear they do not have a loyal customers vehicle in mind they charge a1,000% mark up on the transmissionClearly there are not a transmission mechanicBut that s no reason to mark up the work so high just refer the work if you aren t capable of doing don t gouge a member and a clientIt goes without saying we are not a client of theirs anymore

Kerry s Car Care is hands down THEE place you want to bring your vehicle to! The support staff are phenomenal, the place itself makes you feel Ike you are a top exec at a top 500 company and the work itself is second to none. KERRY s, a great place to bring in your CAR if you CARE about it!

I took my Toyota Camry in to find out what was causing a clanging noise when I drove on the Interstate. Kerry s was the 3rd place I visited for this issue. After taking a test drive with me and hearing the sound they went to work. 2 days later I picked up my car with NO noise!!! They are awesome and my new go to for ANYTHING car related!! Thank you

I will ALWAYS bring my car to Kerry s car care. I ve used two locations and both have been a pleasure to work with. However, the Norterra location is HANDS DOWN the location that I will always call home. A lil back story, my car my stolen like a month ago :) (thanks Arizona, love you) and I called Kerry s car care at norterra because I usually bring my car there for an oil change and they are always a pleasure to work with. I told them I was desperate to get my car out of the impound and fixed. They towed it off the impound lot, broken ignition, and windows as proof and they fixed her all up. They worked diligently on the price with me and helped in every way they could since I am 24 and poor and this wasn t any of my fault. After a couple weeks of doing everything they can to get it up and running and running BETTER than before it got stolen, my car is back in my possession and runs like new. I will NEVER be able to THANK them enough for helping me through this process, being so kind, explaining every step, every step of the way and helping where they can. Shout out Justin, and shout out Collin at store #860. You guys are literal angels and if I ever win the lottery, I m buying yall boats or something.

Stopped in because loud noises above 30 mph and was told it was just my tires. They were very old the the hardened rubber wasn t absorbing the sound anymore. No other problems were found with the 15 year old Jeep, so had the tires replaced and now quite sounding rolling down the road again

Hi!I referred a friend there and they did a wonderful job. I did negotiate the price and that helped me to pay a lower cost. They were professional, cordial, and clean. They also did an oil change on my car and that was $45 for synthetic. Good Deal! I will definitely take my cars back there.Thank you. Service: Electrical repair

I have found my car care place! Excellent service! Colin took the time to explain to me the issue with my vehicle and he even showed me pictures! Pricing was fair and transparent. This place is fantastic! It was the first time going to Kelly s and they treated me and my car with great care. Their pricing is reasonable and their employees are stellar. Colin and Justin are great guys who are knowledgeable and helpful, and they treated me like royalty. This is a long time coming, but well deserved. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS.I took my car to Justin and his team for routine spark plugs. Work was done at an ok price...When i went to pay, the front end "sales bro" argued with me about something he was very wrong about with a "trust me bro, I know". Check engine light before I got home. Reschedule to see what's up. Drop off car where upon the following occured: They had the car for 10 days, never once called me to let me know what was going on, requiring me to call and check in, only getting a run around. I HAD a GPS tracker in my car and watched them move the car twice in this period.The kid then REMOVED my GPS tracker without calling or asking.On the 10th day i came and picked up my car because clearly these dudes don't care about your vehicle.When i picked it up the guy working on it said "That's just how these cars are?" No solution, no answers...garbage.So what was wrong??? THEY installed the wrong spark plugs, non-turbo, and also gapped them incredibly wrong and during those 10 days, they didnt even check to see their OWN previous work...the work i paid $700 for.Do not trust them with a vehicle you care about. I tell every car person i know to avoid and will continue to do so for the rest of time. This place is embarrassingly under-skilled. AVOID!*UPDATE* I called the number supplied below within two hours of Kerry's response. Left a message with Colin, invoice #, etc... 7 days later, zero reach out from Kerry's.

High Unimpressed by the work completed by this shop and charges recieved. Had an oil change done by them a while back, the technician tightened down my drain plug so hard that when i went to change it again myself, I couldn t get it off and had to go to another shop to change it. They also repaired my A/c, the technician stated that even though it was his fault for not noticing the issue earlier, i would still be charged the full diagnostic fee since he felt he had to do it. the guy at the register was also pretty rude and claimed the car needed other work done, but when i asked what kind of work, he refused to tell me. They also replaced a fuse for the A/C and never put my fuse box cover back, so now i have to order a new one. Never going back here again and i wouldn t recommend to anyone.

Terrible and deceitful . Went to a different Kerry s location because my check engine light came on AGAIN for the same issue this Kerry s supposedly fixed. The different location told me that they were shocked by what they found this Kerry s charged me for and what they DIDNT DO. Apparently this Kerry s charged me for an entire 3 piece kit when they only replaced one out of the three items in this kit. So i was charged for 3 replacement items and they only replaced one. No wonder why my check engine light kept coming on ..Will NEVER be coming back to this location, they already took enough of my money.

Justin is super cool guy and so helpful however they have a guy at the front so mean and his attitude is very aggressive. I asked him politely to give me a free coupon and he is so rude. He gave me the final receipt and I noticed there was no rotation done on the car. And when I asked him he added manually on the receipt even though there was no rotation done.

Great crew in this garage you can go hear and be greeted with professional, friendly and courteous team. Not a garage you have to have a second thought about being taken for a ride. They will look out for your best interest and keeping as much money in your pocket as they can.
