They got us in fairly quickly compared to many other places recommended by our insurance and did a great job. The timeline took a little longer than we would have liked but that wasn t really their fault as they had to wait for parts. Great place!

Today is march 16th of 2024 and My Tesla has been in this shop since November 7th of 2023. I would highly recommend not taking your car here! I ve contacted Tesla and they are looking at removing Kaizen from the Tesla certified repairs shop network. I ve been very patient up until not but we are going on 6 months for a rear end repair.

They worked on my car back in January and did such an AMAZING job!!! (Better late than never) I usually don t do reviews, but their service was extraordinary good that I had to leave one review to help someone if they are needing assistance with their car. Kelly is great there. Never seen good communication quite like hers & will update you so much, it was very helpful! Will give them 10 stars if I could. Would definitely recommend. Very nice people BUT I called in advance and was told my sunroof glass would be replaced within 3 to 4 days. Then dropped it off and was re told 3 to 4 days. Then 5 days later I'm told the glass is on backorder for 7 to 10 days. I get back order but don't bait and switch me thinking, oh well, I will still use you. I took my truck back and will never return to them due to lack of trust.

I had a great experience with Kaizen Collision Center. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. My car looks amazing - they did an excellent job repairing the damage and even went out of their way to touch up a few other areas that were looking worn. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the final cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for top-quality auto body repairs.Service: Body & Trim

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I picked this place because it was within my insurance's network. Not only did they not keep in touch and took forever. When I went to pick up my car one of the guys brought my car around and left it on to "cool the inside because it was hot" when really they killed my battery. He had to jump it and knew it wasn't going to start again. Cross member for the hood latch was smashed in because they didn't adjust the hood when they put it on and slammed it shut. LCD/ radio didn't work anymore and was told"we'll we don't touch that, we don't have anything to do with that" when it worked just fine before. Dirty finger prints all over the inside. On top of that there was a missing trim piece they said was coming in late and told me they would give me a call once it came in. Never got a call. They did a horrible job and lied right to my face the entire time.Service: Body & Trim

My car sustained damage to the front and rear passenger side in a collision. This company was on the preferred list of companies to do the repair. I called and made an appointment. When I got there the very first words were "who's your insurance company?" Not "welcome", "not what's your name". They went to take photos and I asked if I needed to move my vehicle because it was in a parked spot with a truck right next to it. You couldn't possibly get a head on photo of the damage or even a good side angle. I was told the photos would be fine. I was then told the soonest they could get my car in for repairs would be over a month away but since I was there, booked the appointment. It's now been a week finding out they still haven't uploaded or provided any information to my insurance company about the estimate. My insurance company said they showed it hasn't even been seen yet!I heard nothing from them either regarding the status.I canceled my repair appointment. Gerber was MUCH better at getting the information to the insurance company and providing great communication about what's going on.

Took my car for minor repairs, just needed my bumper cover and plastic grill replaced. Had my car for less than two years with no issue. After getting it back they had not replaced broken parts and glued them together and broke my front end camera. A few weeks later I went for an oil change and they said it looked like someone poured sand and metal shavings into my oil intake which basically totaled the engine. It was 8K worth of engine damage to a car I took really good care of. When I asked them to make it right they said they fired the previous manager and mechanic and ghosted me on fixing the damage they made. Don't ever use this place for repair. I had to trade in my vehicle which was almost paid off and get a new loan.These people are terrible and cost me over 50K for an insurance claim repair.

Filed a claim with my insurance company after a large piece of metal impaled my bumper. Turned the car into Kaizen on Saturday and got it back the following Wednesday. Everyone I spoke with throughout the process was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. From the general manager Frank, the service advisor Francisco, as well as the receptionist when I picked up my car. Highly recommend. I only had to pay my deductible but from the other reviews I've read, it looks like they are also reasonable priced.Service: Body & Trim

In August 2022 I was in an unfortunate car accident (at no fault of my own) and almost entire right side of my 535i BMW was damaged.I picked up my repaired car this morning from Kaizen Deer Valley; and it looks great!From the very start Kelly was extremely accommodating, and she runs a very efficient business. She oversees everything and she is on it to make sure the job is done right. She actually got me in earlier than initially expected. Many Thanks to Kelly !! She really helped me out.Michaela was fantastic throughout the entire process, and she kept me updated and worked very hard to get all required parts in on time. She is very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. To be honest, I did not even know my car had so many small parts .LOLRon did an amazing job finishing my car and putting all parts together. Everything is very symmetrical, and my new front door still has that original click when it closes. He is meticulous and his work is close perfection. I was very lucky to have him repairing my BMW.Again, a big Thank You to Kaizen Deer Valley for all your help and efforts. The world is very different post Covid, and staff of Kaizen worked very hard on my car.James Reszka

I worked at Kaizen for 1 1/2 years and my car was backed into by one of the techs that was driving a customer's vehicle. Kelly the GM at the time knew about this and never informed the customer about the additional damage to his truck, nor did she ever fill out a incident report about the damage to my car and the customers truck. The shop was busy at the time so I was waiting for the shop to slow down to get the damage fixed and in the mean time the tech was let go and then I was let go. hen I emailed Kelly the GM and JOE the regional mgr I was told it never happened since there was not a incident report filled out. I was never told that I needed to fill one out I would think that is the GMs job to do or let me know. I have a estimate for the damage that ended up to be around$1900.00. I'm in the process of getting a lawyer so I can get the damage fixed. I should not have to pay for my car to be fixed when it's Kaizens responsibility

this review would have been 1 star if not for Frank the manager. the Adjuster at this location is extremely rude and actually cursed at me in front of the receptionist. Frank Quickly realized the situation as I had asked for my keys back to take my vehicle elsewhere. Frank assured me the repairs would be done well and to my liking. frank gets 5 stars unfortunately his adjusters attitude lost him a star. over all the Quality of the repair was good I'm happy with the results but will not be returning unfortunately.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I was in an accident, damaging most of the passenger side of my 2014 Honda crv. I chose Kaizen Collision based on the online reviews and I could not be more pleased with my experience. They completed the work two days ahead of schedule and there is no trace of the accident. The vehicle is like new. I was nervous they would not be able to match the paint, but it is impossible to tell the vehicle has ever been in an accident. In all, the work was of the highest quality, great customer service, quick turn-around, and amazing follow-up service. Although I found all the employees with whom I interacted with to be very pleasant, one stood out. Francisco was the absolute best. One of the most knowledgeable and capable individuals I have ever met; and one of the friendliest. The man deserves a raise. I rarely write reviews, but my experience was so positive, I felt compelled to share.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I'm sure jealous of all the people who seem to have had a great experience with Kaizen. Not at all the case with me at all. This company was on my insurance companies approved list, so I chose them as they were reasonably close to me. About 3+ weeks ago, I contacted them by phone about an estimate for fixing the damage to the front exterior my car. On the phone, they told me to come in the next day to have it looked at. So, I did. When I arrived, they told me nobody was available, but come back in 2 days at 3pm. I did just that. After waiting in the waiting area awhile, a rep comes out and tells me he doesn't have a lot of time, but will take some pictures and get back to me soon. One week goes by, nothing. Two weeks go by, still nothing. So I called back so I could get any kind of status update He was apologetic and said he'd get right on it and get right back to me. He said he had all the info he needed. Well, many days later... he never bothered to contact me at all. Dead silence. So after much wasted time I was 0 for 4 on a simple front end repair estimate attempt. Imagine what the actual service would've been like if this basic easy task was ignored? And they are in Farmers list of approved service centers? Anyway, I won't go back there now if they offered to toss in steak dinners every week for a year. Oh, And I owe it to my good Farmers agent to send a copy of this review and experience to them. To be clear, this was the Deer Valley and 19th ave location in case they may have other good locations.

Exceptional! Excellent finish. Reasonable pricing, too. Perfect match on the paint also done on schedule.. Managed by a woman who really knows this biz and treats her customers exceptionally well. Highly recommeded!

Well I took my car in for an appraisal because of an accident the receptionist was pleasant & got right to work typing up what the appraiser needed & minutes later appraiser & I went out to the car he took pictures & was very pleasant also. The appraisal that they gave was $1500 less than Sanderson ford's appraisal. He went in sent it to insurance company & I was on my way. Oh they have a kerig coffee maker there in the lobby. That was wonderful. I'd recommend them right now but then again the work hasn't been done yet but I'm pretty sure it'll b taken care of properly so if u r in an accident call them they r all very professional & extremely pleasant. Oh & have a cup of coffee it's on the house.

My insurance sent me here to get my car fixed. They finished quicker then expected. I had a problem with a part about a month after the repair they got me in and stood by their work. Very happy with the service and super nice staff too.

Not only did the cost come in $200 under quote, but they vacuumed my entire vehicle, refilled my windshield wiper fluid, and even cleaned a sunscreen stain from off my front driver's seat. Can't recommend them more! Mike was great!

I just have to rave about Kaizen Collision Center off Deer Valley rd in Phoenix! They were referred to me by Progressive after finding out my shattered sunroof is a little more complicated than just glass, so I had to file a claim. The minute I stepped into that shop last week the manager Mike as well as one of the gentleman Brandon and the ladies were dead determined on finding a cheaper solution than my deductible even though I was fully prepared to have to pay my deductible. After other dealerships and shops had quoted $900-1700 to fix it even with a used glass panel. This place got a used glass ordered on Friday and called me by Tuesday morning. I dropped it off this morning because the cardboard fell off the open sunroof last night and set up a rental with my claims adjuster cause I was initially told by the shop it would take about 2 days and I obviously need to get to work. They called me at 3 pm to tell me my car is FINISHED. Good as new sunroof on it and they fixed it for a grand total of $214!!! Amazing!! I hope I never have to see them again obviously but if you re in a predicament like mine, definitely recommend them.

Long story short. I was involved in a rear end collision that pushed me into the vehicle in front of me. Damage to front and back of my truck. I had plans to leave the valley on a cross country trip in two weeks... . Fernando was my go to guy. He wasn't sure if the job could be completed before my big adventure, because of a part shortage...Well he came though for me and found what I needed in California to complete the job, He told them I need this right away because my customer needs it fixed ASAP. Well they overnight the bumper and got my truck back in record time. The truck was polished and looked brand new again. I was so very pleased....Thank you so much Fernando and all the people that made this bad situation so much better.

The truck looks new... wish I did this a long time ago. They put up with me being antsy and my insurance giving them incorrect info at first of what was covered. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend.. the only name I remember is Francisco and he dealt with my frustration at the insurance company costing me a few extra days of Ubering to work. Got my car back today. The repairs done were sub-par, my new window doesn't even roll up and down! I went here because the owner is a friend of my uncle. Hopefully things will get sorted out. Will update review if they fix it properly. But still pissed that I will be down to one car again. My husband and I have conflicting schedules. Not happy right now.
