I had a superb experience at Joe's Auto, Desert Ridge location! Their service for my oil change was top-notch - fast, efficient, and fairly priced. Alex went above and beyond, explaining everything in detail with utmost professionalism. Highly recommend this place for all your auto needs!

Every time I go to get my brakes done I'm told I need pads and rotors. I would have no idea if that's really true or not. Scott there at Joe's auto let me know I have some life left on my pads and I didn't need work done on them yet. So for the honesty I'll definitely go back there for auto care and recommend them to others.

Joe's did oil change 2 weeks ago but this morning there was a puddle of oil in my garage.Called and Armando came over all prepared to see what went wrong including additional oil . He found problem and then told me to come to shop to further look at car. When there on lift, he saw that gasket had failed. They replaced it at no charge. This company goes the extra mile and it was soooo appreciated. They have my oil changes for life!!! Thank you so much!!Service: Oil change

Had my 2017 Dodge Journey serviced here, it was in need of engine and cooling system repairs and they took care of it. No fuss, no funny business. The techs are good at their job and Calen was informative and patient with my questions. Always made sure I stayed in the loop.

Truck battery died in a nearby parking lot tonight and couldn t make anything happen on my own. Saw that Joes Auto was open for a few more minutes so I walked over and asked for a some help. The guys were understanding and had my battery started in a matter of minutes. Appreciate the helping hand!

Extremely unprofessional. I took my Chevy Silverado 1500 in for a transmission solenoid change. Their quote was $800 more than what the dealer would have charged. I declined their service and retrieved my truck. Now, the truck is in even poorer condition it doesn't shift properly and produces odd noises. I believe they sabotaged my vehicle because I didn't agree to their excessive charges.

Such an AMAZING place to get almost anything done! Just happened to stop by looking to get an oil change, they got me right in. The Manager Calen is very sweet and helpful. I will Absolutely be back!

Found out about Joe's when in surprise and Had auto work and was pleased.
