Great customer service! The dealership recommended my 3 year old car needed a brake fluid exchange, but they were gonna charge so high for it. Went to this jiffy location for a second opinion and they didn't try to gouge me. They gave me a free assessment and advised me how to address the issue they found. They took pictures which I suggest asking for. My friend was with me and was also impressed so she's gonna bring in her car next. Kudos to the guys that work here!

I got an oil change here before and the service was good. What this review is really about is the wonderful treatment they gave to someone who wasn t a customer at the time. Last week while my wife was out for a walk she was getting harassed by an aggressive, angry man so she ducked into this Jiffy Lube to avoid him. They kindly let her stay there while this individual was still in the area and kept an eye on him. When they saw that he was gone they made sure she got home without further trouble. Thank you to the employees that looked out for my wife! We both truly appreciate it!

This is probably the first time I have used Jiffy lube for one of my vehicles and im happy about it.I went for an oil change and they let me know about some other concerns like my air filter being filthy and pointed out it was time for me to rotate my tires, which it was. Now I don't have to go back to an auto shop for a couple months thanks to them.I really only went to jiffy lube becuase my usuall auto place was super busy so it was nice to be able to pull up to jiffy, get served and be on my way in under an hour. It was great especially since I didn't have an appointment, I just showed up and they were ready. I think they got everything done in 30 mins.If your usual auto place is packed, I would definitely go to Jiffy lube so I can keep the rest of my day open for other necessities.

Hello, I had a little problem with the O ring on the drain plug which began leaking right after my oil change. I returned and it was quickly fixed and they even offered to come and clean the oil spots on my driveway. I declined but was grateful that they offered. This is the Jiffy Lube location on 32nd St in Phx not the one near 28th & Indian School which I do not recommend to anyone......It's all about the Personal.

The staff were super nice and efficient. I was in and out pretty quickly. Car is running great. They explained all my options and guided me to the service that was right for me.

Shawn the manager at the 2921 N 32nd St, Phoenix, AZ 85018 location is incredible. I've come in a couple times, first was for an oil change where they let me know my radiator hose was broken which I went back to them for. their quote was the cheapest. AAA wanted to charge me triple the price! today I came in because my car is a mess and frankly, I had no idea what was wrong with it. a tech immediately welcomed me and got me checked in. Shawn recognized me and got me in quickly. he didn't understand what I had told the tech so he came to ask me himself. they ran diagnostic tests on my car and showed me the problems. it was expensive and I need a new car soon so I told him "whatever to keep me driving safe" and he delivered. no pressure for add ons, and even discounted my total. the professionalism and courtesy of the employees at this location is unmatched. they give you what you need, and only that, for a fair price. I live almost 10 miles away, with a jiffy lube .5 miles from my house, but will come here every time.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

Shawn was amazing with our college girls! The ac wasn t working and he did a great job communicating with my husband from Nebraska about everything and getting it fixed. Will definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube! Thank you so much!

fast, easy and friendly. heads up, if you leave your vehicle w/ them, they don't call you when your vehicles ready/done. but no biggie

The best experience I ve ever had getting my oil changed. I usually go to a car wash center and my oil changed there, but every time the guys always try to upsell a bunch of things and have very aggressive sales pushing that price stresses me out. But here, they were super nice and went over the whole checkup on my car, explained what everything was like, walked me through the recommendations for each thing they noticed and when I should have them done. Super awesome customer service, I m definitely coming back here regularly now. You guys are the best!

Alex was very clear on everything I needed and the work to my car he was very nice also they asked me if I wanted my car vacuum I didn't know they did that. I would recommend this place to everyone

The two knowledgeable and capable guys Manning the fort were great about running through the inspection details and getting the oil change done professionally. They seemed to work well with each other. Props for doing all that in the sweltering Phoenix heat and still having a good attitude. Those dudes were awesome!

The manager Shawn was extremely helpful. No high pressure upsell tactics and he took his time to thoroughly explain everything to me. When I asked what he recommended he would answer but still allow me to choose. Thank you to the technicians who helped with my oil change. Alex was extremely kind with his service, took the time to explain what was the issue, how to fix it and future maintenance. Allowed me to walk and see broken parts, compared against new and take photos. He was very diligent and professional. Location was small but had nice waiting area, service was fast and very good price. Highly recommended.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I pulled up and was greeted by the manager within 30 seconds of my arrival without ever getting out of my car. He apologized that they were a bit busy and estimated the wait to get started on my car at 40 minutes, then it would take about 20 minutes to change my oil, he said. I agreed to wait. He was very kind and pleasant...I did not ever get the sense he was trying to "scare me away". I waited in my car despite his invitation to wait in their waiting room. About 15-20 minutes later, he came by and said they were ready to pull my car in. I went to the waiting room. They made one $5 upsell suggestion to top off my coolant...which I fully believe was likely low. They did not try to sell me anything else like filters, wipers, etc. In about 10 minutes time, the manager told me I was ready and I paid. I appreciate that he underpromised and overdelivered on the wait time...it's much better than many businesses which do the inverse. I was pleased with the amount of time I invested, with the service performed and with my interactions with the friendly employees. The cost was on the upper side of what I expected, but it's probably just the going rate, I wouldn't know as I usually go to my mechanic for oil changes. Overall, a good experience. I'd recommend this business.

It was a very bad experience. I arrived at 8:22 and the old lady with blonde hair told me that she had not started work yet. I drove 10 miles to the location. Unfortunately, she was very rude.

I pull up and a ride straight blonde haired old lady points to leave as she ate. Didn t bother to come towards the car to speak. All 3 entrances had cones. Left to Indian School location instead.

I will ALWAYS come back to this location, even though it s 15mins out of my way!!I have come to this Jiffy Lube twice now for an oil change.After my 2nd amazing experience coming here, and working with ALEX , I felt inclined to leave a review. The staff are extremely efficient here, very customer oriented, and not pushy to oversell (very informative and authentic). This is sometimes a concern, being a women who is not well educated in vehicle upkeep!Send your teenagers here for their oil changes!!!

It was 119F when we arrived with us afraid to turn off our car because the battery was dying. First place we thought of and lo and behold they carried batteries. The place was full, each bay busy and cars waiting behind them, but they moved things along and we were seen to and sorted in just under an hour.

My mother went to the jiffy lube store number 2085 and when she was given her car back after the oil change she tried to get in the car and the door shot back and wouldnt open all the way. When my mother questioned them about the door the manager told my mother the damage was already there..... My mother being elderly tried telling them that there is no way the damage was there the managers resolve: leave a review and said" it was already in the process of doing that. Wow i am still floored at the lack of professionalism as well as the lack of basic job skills: customer service. The fact that they tried to sweep this under the rug and call my mother a liar ( ) I can bet my life on the fact if we roll back the security cameras lets see where the damage is on her car and she got out of the car without the door issue...... You damaged the door. Now jiffy lube international will be hearing from me and possible legal action... How dare youService: Oil change
