I recently had the pleasure of getting my oil change at Jiffy Lube, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! Don, who assisted me, went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of efficiently and with a friendly demeanor. The service was quick, the staff was knowledgeable, and Don's professionalism made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube, and I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance needs.

Called ahead to see if line was long, I was told business is 1st come 1st served. There was 3 cars ahead of me. It took 90 minutes for my car to make it to the oil change pit. I informed the supervisor I was in a hurry if they could only do the oil change and skip the formalities. It took 40 minutes to do the oil change even though I spoke twice with supervisor. GO THERE IF YOU HAVE TIME TO BURN, SKIP IF IN A HURRY. maybe once they get more people It will get faster.Service: Oil change

Online it says they open at 7:30 on Saturdays but I ve been waiting for almost an hour. Just now at 8:20 an employee arrived. I saw about 8 cars come and go due to no one opening. This is the second time I m here on time and employees are late to open. Can the shop hours be corrected if they won t be here u til after 8?

My visit to Jiffy Lube was unparalleled truly the best experience I've had at any of their locations. Chrisiah and his team were the ones who assisted me with my oil change. During my wait, I was provided with all available amenities in their waiting room, ensuring a comfortable experience. They conducted a thorough inspection under the hood, topping off all necessary fluids, and I left with a wealth of knowledge on how to maintain my car moving forward. I want to specifically commend Chrisiah for his expertise; his education in mechanics was evident in how proficiently he handled my car type. His and his crew's attention to detail and customer service were outstanding.

Jiffy Lube isn't so Jiffy. It was 1.5 hours for an oil change. You guys need an express lane like "Take 5" I don't need everything on my vehicle inspected I need an oil change and I need to be on my way. I guess going forward I'll just go to Take 5. It's a few more miles from my house but I don't want to wait all day just for an oil change. Thanks

First off is that the service did not meet my requirements!! , second they ve have not tightened the cables to the battery which it caused my car to stall also it burnt the Cable and battery at the same time !! Third they ve told me to come inn every 3 months to service the vehicle as should, but when I went back to jiffy lube to service my car an old fella that s was working told me that they will not be able to help me , and for some reason he also mentioned something about jiffy lube does not do that for 2 years now ( got me confused ) and he walked away when I was talking to him and said he wouldn t be able to help me or answer my question !! I was so furious But mind you , this was the same old men that told me to come back every 3 month to service my vehicle

Such a great place to get car service. Don is very nice and explained all the services performed on my vehicle. He also suggested extra services but didn't try to talk me into them or cram them down my throat. The complimentary window wash and interior vacuum service is one reason I'll be back in 5000 miles. Great job, fellas!!

They were awesome they were honest straightforward in letting me know that my oil was good, and that I did not need an oil change, I greatly appreciate the honesty and not just changing it for the money you have definitely earned a forever customer that s for sure!!! Thank you so much!!!

I had a great 1st experience at this location. It's 1st come 1st serve so no appointment needed. Didn't take long at all before my car was in the bay and was being serviced. Very much appreciated the service checklist and service report they provided. They even washed the outside windows and vacuumed my floors! I will definitely continue to be a customer.Service: Oil change

I came to this location and I was a little upset because of the price. I felt that I have paid less in the past and so I did bump heads with the manager about this. I went ahead and when it came time to pay the manager, explained that he actually gave me a discount and I did mention I was military so he gave me the military discount, but the price was lowered and it made me feel better about paying. I m a firm believer in don t spend money where you re not appreciated, and I felt at first that the manager was being rude earlier, but after explaining the price to me, he mentioned that he had a long day, and he apologized if he came off as rude, but that wasn t his attention. He also said something extremely important when he mentioned he was having a long day, he said he s not trying to excuse anything, but he just wanted to tell me why I may have felt he was being rude.He just wanted to help me and that was the price but he went out of his way to help make things better. I apologize as well because I was having a terrible day too and I didn t want to pay that much and things worked out even better. I couldn t believe that he apologize and that was just amazing quality customer service. I felt so good about paying and I wasn t upset anymore and I want to come back to this location and I want to trust them with servicing my car. I know in another review there was a mention of the manager being racist, but I did not get that at all. He had every opportunity to be rude to me, and he did not, and I ve dealt with racism, and this was not the case. This is a respectful man that is hard-working and just wants to get things done right. That s what I sensed.Service: Oil change

Realized after leaving that I was missing the hubcaps from both of my passenger side tires. Called back and was told that they properly secured them and they must have fell off due to other reasons such as vibrations. I drive 70 miles each day for my work commute, never been an issue. If the hubcaps fell off from me driving 2 miles down the road, then they were NOT secured properly. Will not be returning to this location.Update:Customer service contacted me immediately and got me new hubcaps within two days. They even came to install them at my house. Definitely made things right.Service: Oil change

Every Jiffy Lube I've been to has had such efficient, quality, friendly service, and this particular store is no different. It's nice to feel comfortable about having your car worked on, and everybody at this location was so kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this, or any Jiffy Lube

This review saddens me as a loyal customer for more than 2 decades. It took 4 workers 47 minutes to finish my vehicle from the time they started it (hour and a half total) when I was the only car in the shop for 36 of the 47 minutes. The staff were seeing playing with packing bubbles (they just got a FedEx delivery), moving boxes around, manager disappeared for 30 minutes, but noone was around to work on cars. Worst JiffyLube experience ever. Avoid this location at all costs!!Service: Oil change

We didn't even have to get out of the car! They were pretty busy, but we didn't mind the wait. The guys were very nice and everyone was safe and masked up. I did feel bad because this was our first oil change since we bought the car, so we had no idea how to pop the hood or anything and they were very patient with us. They are a little pricier than other places, but they are quick and always do a good job. I've never had them leave caps off or damage anything.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

This store kept me from having a breakdown on the road from a dead battery. Because they are so good about their checklist, they found it to be nearly dead and saved me a lot of trouble. Slightly on the pricey side as compared to other places, but the main advantage is fast service. Was planning a last minute trip out of town and needed a quick oil change before leaving. This was my quickest option, as other places were all booked. Since the dont take appointments here, just drove by and got the car serviced and was on the road within an hour! Time is money!

55 dollars for an oil change?! Before starting, let your guests know the prices! You charged 27 for labor and the rest for the oil change. Your receipt shows other garbage checked but I am not certain you did all those services! I was in/out in about 7 minutes! Oh, and you wanted to charge 5 dollars to top off my coolant? WOW! Poor business, guys! I WILL NOT RETURN! My Honda dealer doesn't even charge half of this bill!Service: Oil change

Came here when my car told me I needed an oil change. They had great customer service and their waiting room was ok. They explained my bill with absolute clarity and even before the oil change they explained the major differences between the three oil types. Especially if the highest priced oil was truly worth going for. My car also had a funny smell coming from the vent and they found that mold was growing on the filter. Exceptional service, very pleased.

The lady/ receptionist at the counter was lying about most of the services they have done to my vehicle just to realize she was trying to make the services and the place look better and were trying to make me pay for services I didn't feel like were necessary. Not going back there again.

Extremely unprofessional. After an hour and 15 minutes I was informed that they didn t have the oil filter and that they would need to go purchase one yet everyone was just sitting around taking a break. After I asked what the hold up was they sent someone to purchase the filter because the oil was already drained from my vehicle. The store manager gave me a $20 discount for having to wait that I could care less about... spending time with my family on my only day off is more valuable than $20 off and a horrible experience... spend your money where people actually care... do not go here.

Get there early n beat the rush as they get busy n usually only 2 ppl working, n do one car at a time. Still quick n I like the staff. They also had my oil.
