The service at this place is horrible. They lie on their report about the services they performed. They i m supposed to vacuum the floors, wash the windows from the outside, there was a tire rotation That was approved and they lied, saying it was denied. They said they check my tires the 35 psi, which was another lie because the tires are 38 psi. The guy who was Supposedly in charge Was lazy the place was dirty just like him And all he did was sit on his Motorcycle Smoking.I will be filing a complaint Against this Jiffy Lube and their horrible service, and the fact that they lie In writing on their reports.

This Jiffy Lube is one of the fastest and most thorough Jiffy Lubes I have been. They do not pressure me into unwanted services but gave me guidance on service for preventative maintenances. I have been to this Jiffy Lube twice already and will be going here for my services moving forward.

My wife got her oil changed here, and said she had a great experience and the prices were very fair for the services provided. A day later, I noticed an oil leak, and brought it back. I spoke to Andrew, who immediately pulled the car in, checked everything over and made sure it was safe. Turns out another tech had not cleaned the underbelly of oil, and that s what was dripping on our garage floor. Great service, and willingness to fix mistakes. Good guys here for sure.

The GM Johnny does an Outstanding work in that store. He manages his Associates the right way and all Customers are so Happy with him. He treats every Customer the right way, with Respect and Listens on what every Customer tells him, that said please don t look further any other shop to go and take care of your car or truck.Ask for Johnny the BB he will take care of you.Service: Oil change

Came in for a tire rotation and an oil change. Manager advised the time and I went next door to grab some grub from Wendys. An employee chased me down and advised they found a nail in my tire and offered to fix it. I have been coming here for years and you should to. These guys are professional and take care of their guests.

They were great. Originally I was going to have the oil changed at the dealer as we are still making payments on the car... But it was a three hour wait. I have a baby and was in a hurry, So I came here. I also needed it done before our road trip the coming weekend. They got me in and out in fifteen minutes. These guys were super nice and very helpful for me. After wasting my time and energy driving back and forth after autozone kept giving me the wrong headlight bulb, they gave me with the correct bulb and replaced it without charging me for extra labor. Andrew was the guy that helped me the most today and he was awesome. They always have very fast service as well. I ve gotten my oil changed here before and was in and out in 10 minutes. Great place to go

My experience was quite pleasant. Friendly people behind the counter, quick to help you vfc trouble shoot your problem with your vehicle. One of the main gentle man was able to tell us our fuel pump was bad replaced it in an hour or so., really helpful .would recommend.

The company brings in customers with the promise of one thing but deliver another... They told me they would honor the coupon that I presented to them, before any work was done, so I told them to proceed. However, once the oil change was complete, they charged me double what the coupon was for. I was told that I could either pay what they charged me or pay full price and I wouldn't get my vehicle back until I paid. They lied to me about the price and then held my vehicle hostage. If they had told me that they weren't going to honor the coupon, I would have taken my vehicle elsewhere. Even the manager admitted that this wasn't the first time that this had happened. The shop fees were only $4 yet they charged way more than that. They knew that they wouldn't honor the coupon before they did the work. They blatantly lied just to get money. This is a very shady business and I will never go back!

I was skeptical when I first went in due to a bad oil change in the past. I had a very friendly greeting from Levi and he took the time to explain that I have a small oil leak and he also printed up an estimate for me. He took a picture of it and I explained it so I could understand. I highly recommend this location and ask for Levi.I will continue my service there and referral others! This is the second time I ve had issues with this Thunderbird location. I was excited about the proximity originally since I live just down the street. First time I waited for over half an hour in the waiting room before they told me they couldn t do oil changes that day because of mechanical problems on their end after telling them when I pulled in that I was there for an oil change. I had asked if they could call the next closest location for me to see if they had oil change availability. They wouldn t call and assured me they would. I get to the next location and they were out of oil. No oil change that day and hours of my time total wasted. Today, I got there at 8, their scheduled open time. Waited for 20 minutes at the closed garage door before leaving and going to a different location because they weren t opening and there was no posted signage about opening late or anything like that and there is no major holiday I m aware of. Tried calling multiple times and no answer.

The assistant manager was not professional and being very sneaky with pricing on the work they have to do on vehicles there. His name is James and the general manager was not in at the time. My vehicle currently does not run the alternator just went out I was calling just to see how much it would be total cost so that I could make sure I brought enough money To pay for everything In full. I am in the car business and do work off of gross profit. Even in my industry if your customer calls and ask for the price of the vehicle my job is to try to get them in the door without going over the price. But if the customer persist on knowing what the prices are legally him Blige to give them the quote. James the assistant manager there which I ve use this place before to get my old change and no issues before. Clearly James might be going through a midlife crisis or a personal issue and taking it out on his customers and I will be reaching out to corporate on his behalf. You are not only in the mechanic business you are also In the customer service business. He told me to tow my car there and then he ll tell me the price knowing my vehicle currently doesn t run. Hung up on me the first time because he didn t want to answer my question. The simple question is how much does it cost to get my alternator changed. To which she could ve said $300 $200 $400 I don t know I ve never gotten my alternator changed before it didn t really matter and I don t care about the price as the fact that he was not willing to tell me the price.First thing Monday morning I will be reaching out to the general manager and putting in a complaint to corporate and hopefully these people can be told or taught how to treat customers.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Friendly staff. Very helpful and accommodating. The guys worked hard to get me back on the road.Check engine light came on. I just bought the vehicle a week prior from a used dealer. It seams there was an issue with the thermostat. The staff changed out the faulty part and had me on my way quickly.

I pulled up, they just look at you and continue with their thing. No one walked up to ask what I needed. There was ONE car being serviced only. I could see at least two employees. I realize everyone is short staffed. However, one employee could have come out. If your company is hurting because of the employee shortage, not acknowledging new customers doesn t help.Service: Oil change

I got there and they got my car right in. They said they had to "order" an oil filter, but that would only take 10 minutes. It took 50 minutes for the driver to return with the oil filter! No one in the shop could offer any explanation or had any idea what was taking him so long. Then he finally returned and he had the wrong filter! They had to go back again to get another one! I took the day off from work because I had a busy day of stuff to do and I certainly didn't plan on being held hostage at Jiffy Lube for over 90 minutes!

Horrid service!Just went in to get my oil changed and not only that I sit there and was made to feel stupid for pulling up but they were also extremely rude and offsetting definitely wouldn t recommend this place lol! I m new to Arizona and all of my experiences have been so pleasant this is the first experience I had that was not pleasant!

I've used this location before. It's unfortunately that my experience was never positive. The staff isn't awful or overtly rude but not friendly. The manager, I believe, is friendly enough. The open late frequently. This is the main factor earning the low rating. Twice, I've shown up 10-15 minz before schedule open time to be first. 30-43 minutes after open time and I'm still waiting. I recommend another place if possible.

I brought my own oil and filter in because they don't carry 15w40. The special was 24.99. First they said it would be $34 but after I asked why it's extra to use my own oil they said they can't say how much it will cost until after they generate the invoice. I get that my oil change only, messes up their daily average sale and subsequent bonuses but damn, just say that. Don't act like 2 digit math blows your mind and you need the smart box on the desk to help.

Although the staff was friendly, and even gave a $20 discount for coming to this location for the first time for an oil change I woke up this morning (the day after) to find my vehicle leaking oil. I looked up under at the oil pan and drain plug only to find it leaking. It appears they knew it was going to leak and instead of replacing the oil drain plug they attempted to use some kind of a liquid seal to stop it from leaking. It didn t work. Now I need to arrange to get the drain plug changed. Not too happy. The discount doesn t give them discretion on making poor quality work.
