Sal and Brian took excellent care of me and my car. They were very kind, and Sal s honest feedback and advice on how to better take care of my car going forward was invaluable. The service was quick, and they did an excellent and comprehensive job, for which I am very grateful. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Had a great experience with Brian Salvador. He was very friendly, made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Honest and straightforward he only did the necessary repairs. Service was fast. Will definitely be back!

They were very courteous and good at what they do. I brought both of my vehicles thinking for an oil change. I was told that only one of them was due for a change. If it was any other place they would have had me change both just to make a buck. Thank you Brad and Brian for your help.

Drove up, the guys checked me in almost immediately. Got my details and info and took care of the service promptly!Maybe 20-30 min total from pulling up to leaving. My full synthetic oil change was fairly priced, even having a larger truck that requires the additional quarts. Very informative and thorough help throughout. I m new to the area. So glad I found this place! The employees were all very courteous & work was done fast & efficiently. Some reviews listed they were quite expensive. I m not sure where they ve taken their vehicle prior, but this place is right on the money. Like I said, I am new to the area, and they charged me the same price I ve been used to paying for years. I really wanted to like this place. It is conveniently close to where I live. The people are polite and friendly. It is not always too busy so the waiting time is short. The service is quick. And that may be a problem. It is probably best described as quick and dirty. Both times I had oil change, I had oil dripping on my garage floor. I took the car back and they said it was residual oil splash during draining. After they clean up the area the oil drip stopped. Why they do not clean up after finishing service, I don't understand.

It is currently 5:25PM and I am at home. I arrived at this shop at 5:10 and was told that they could not take my business. There were no vehicles in the shop. There were no activities underway in the shop (including "cleanup"). A tired looking old bearded man entered the shop from the front and walked through to the back where I was waiting in my vehicle. He told me that they could not service my vehicle. I asked when they closed, he replied 6PM. It was 5:10. He stated that they couldn't take any work as it was cleanup time. How Jiffy Lube or any business can survive with service like this is beyond me. Oddly, this isn't the first time that this codger has pulled this stunt as my wife just informed me, they did this to her as well. At least this time they didn't destroy anything on my vehicle (yet another story). Would NOT EVER recommend this place.

4/21/2023 date of serviceHorrible! My wife went to get an oil change and about 15 minutes later the undercarriage of the car fell off and was dragging on the road. The tech proceeds to say there were 4 bolts so I put 4 on. We have NEVER had this issue before getting an oil change. And now we do not have a part of our undercarriage because it was not put back on properly when we left.

One of the techs said CARD reader is down, must use cash. They opened at 830 AM, this post is for 10:18 AM. Even with $20 JL coupon I was told to bring over $100 for oil changeI wasn't questioning it all. Particularly when I found another JL shop about 2 miles away which had a functioning card reader, and verified without the coupon it would be slightly over the $100 you quoted me I would need to bring back. With the coupon and even taxes I was under the $100 mark, and received a 22 pnt inspection. The other shop had lots of cars waiting before I arrived, four were ahead of mine, and one was waiting for the owner to return all within an hours time. They were even interviewing a perspective employee! I only saw the two guys, but maybe there was another one or two under the bay I didn't see.The young lady I spoke to at this shop looked overwhelmed with the few cars who brought "cash" (or got cash nearby), and others like myself who left (the Safeway lines were long, expectedly so given Thanksgiving was Thursday).

Went in for a regular oil change and once again they were out of the oil they ussed on my car so automatic up charge So fine it s whatever I paid for the only oil they had to use on my vehicle and within a hour if my oil change my car , which I ve never ever had issues with before began smelling like rotten eggs !!!!! I took it back to them immediately and they really had the audacity to try to sell me other parts to see if it would help the problem never again will I go there the main manager Brad is a sleezeball and dishonest Service: Oil change

I love the convince of being able to get you car oil change very quickly with out making an appointment weeks in advance sine you are just able to drive in. The down fall, is you pay extra for that convenience. Is a bit pricey for an oil change, but what matters is what is more important to you, having your car at the mechanic for hours to pay less or pay more and have your car ready in 1 hour.

I've had several different cars serviced here. They are quick and seem pretty upfront. Don't stop here if you're looking for the best price, but if there's not much of a line, you should be done within 45 minutes. Randy is great. He'll tell you what they're going to do and see if it works for you. He's not tried to sell me things I didn't need. I'd return in a pinch.

I had an excellent experience here at the local jiffy lube. The staff was very friendly, they listening to what I needed done and did not try and upcharge me. They showed me all available options with pricing before doing any work. I was in and out very fast. They even cleaned my windows! Will definitely be going back!

My husband took in our Honda Accord for an oil change and a tire rotation, which they agreed to do. We came back a half hour later and the car was ready. Unfortunately they told my husband that they couldn't do the tire rotation because they couldn't get one of the lugnuts off of the front passenger tire and were afraid to break it. We were fine with that until the next day when our sixteen and fifteen year old daughters drove the car and ended up with a flat tire on the same front passenger tire and amazingly enough were able to remove all the lugnuts and change the tire. All I can say is that our girls must have superhuman strength or the guys at this Jiffy Lube store were just plain lazy!!! We will never go back.

These people are very dishonest. They lied about a cap missing from my windshield fluid on arrival. I watched the man drop it and then he lied to my face! I will never return here. I'll drive my car to the AAA service center now. What a shame.

They were fast efficient and very thorough. They didn't just change the oil they checked all the fluids filled up the coolant filled up the windshield washer fluid. Way to go jiffy lube
