Outstanding mechanical and customer service.. I live in Tucson and bring my car here! I used to go to the dealership for service, but I wasn't satisfied with their service, so I brought it here, and they fixed my car and got it running faster than before.

They are honest workers that just tell you what needs to be done and from my experience pricing is most affordable here and they do a good job. Got estimate on work that needs to be done on car much lower than other places I've been.

Went in today to get a pre-purchase inspection on my 2020 WRX. Tien was not only professional but very kind and easy to talk too. The service was quick and thorough. I also expected to pay at least double of what they charged. In the end I was provided an invoice with suggestions of what the dealership can fix. I should also mention that I drove through the Valley to get to this location. A friend recommended the shop to me and he doesn't even live in the state. That's how known this place is for their honest service.Great place to take your car! I'll be back when my car needs maintenance!

I have been taking my car to Japanese Auto pros for many years, As a woman alone, often you feel if you take your car in to a place you may be taken advantage of but never at this place. I trust them totally with my car. If they tell me, I need some thing I need it if they tell me I don t need something then I don t need it. It s a great place and an honest place to take your vehicle for all your auto needs.

Bring your car in to get what you need done. Not what you think needs to be done. I went in for an issue thinking it was a major issue. Walked out with just a simple fix. Definitely recommend it to anyone in The Valley.

I dropped off my wife's Honda element recently. Our experience was superb . Kevin and the team did a great job tuning up the vehicle. They are honest and fair in price. They do excellent work and we are very satisfied. I plan on taking our vehicles back for our future mechanic needs. Highly recommend ! Thank you, Japanese auto!

I won t take my car to any other shop. Period. They fix it right the first time, every time. Had my suspension replaced here, oil changes, coolant leak resolved, alternator and electrical redone, emissions fixed. Parts are very difficult to find but they managed to find them. Had zero issues after it came out of the shop. Worth every Penny for the hard work they put into my vehicle. Well done fellas, can t wait to see you guys again.

I sent my wife's 2014 Jeep Cherokee here to get it worked on. The car had bad spark plugs, and one of the fuel injectors needed replacing.They were very friendly and accommodating to me, especially since I didn't have an appointment. It's been a few days since the car's been returned to us, and it is running very smoothly now. They did excellent work and the price was very fair too. If I have any car problems, then they'll be my go-to mechanic from now on.

Ridiculous. Saw how great the reviews were on here and decided to give it a try. $80 for an oil change that the dealership charges $40 for. The noise issue I was trying to address was brushed off cause it sounds normal to them. Never again. Staying away from here!

I left my 2012 Nissan Sentra with them around the end of the day for a cat cleaning, evap leak and map sensor cleaning. I was looking at thousands of dollars in repair. Instead of replacing the parts they refurbished them and for just under $400 I was back on the road again by the next day. They even changed my oil and passed inspections on me car. Now I m able to buy my nephew a birthday present I saved so much. I found my go-to mechanic now. They rather keep your business than get over on you. They made me wait 3 hours for a vehicle inspection, and then when I went to pick up my car they wouldn't show me the results on my own vehicle. I wouldn't recommend to any self respecting car owner in AZ.

Replaced the starter and got it working again. Not only did they have the lowest cost quote over the phone, they charged me less than that in the end including an oil change. Went the extra mile and even cleaned the windows, topped off all fluids, filled up tires, and got everything looking nice. Appreciate the attention to detail and being prompt about updates regarding the repair. Will be coming back next time if I need another repair.Service: Electrical repair

I love these mechanics. They always do fast reliable work. They go out of their way to find you options for cheaper repair. After checking if it was okay with me, they called around the local junk yards to find used parts to help repair my vehicle and saved me thousands of dollars vs using new parts. I have been bringing my cars here for years and they always go above and beyond.

Took my Honda S2000 here to get an oil leak fixed and to check out a noise in the rear end, even with having to order specialty parts it was done in under 2 days and the car drives awesome again. Highly recommend this shop!

They were quick to fit me in, took good care of me, even letting me know my tail light was burned out. They fixed my car well, and were reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone. If you pay cash, they give you a 5 percent discount. Great customer service!
