As a female customer, I often ALWAYS get screwed over when I take my car in to a mechanic, being that I know nothing about cars, I get taken advantage of.I found Jane on Groupon, to get an oil change, little that I knew I d be meeting my lifelong mechanic! She told me that my last mechanic left parts unscrewed and broken inside my engine. Which I had my transmission replaced and thought it was fixed and safe.Jane was honest and calm and expressed that she was concerned about my safety. She fixed the other mechanics horrible job in 2 business days, AND even went the extra mile to follow up with me directly a few business days later.Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about my ford, she also took the time to teach me about the parts of my vehicle.Because of Jane, I no longer have the fear of taking my vehicle in to get serviced, I feel safe, and I now know more about my car. I recommend anyone who needs great, reliable, honest and professional car care. She truly values her customers, and their safety.

Went to Jane's for the first time today and I can't say enough good things about my experience.My family's mechanic moved a year ago and we've struggled to find someone trustworthy for a long time.I wanted to checkout Jane's because it's woman owned and I wanted to support that. Great call! She was great and I will definitely be back. Sending my family and friends here too.

Brought my Hyundai in after I thought I got water in my transmission and they were able to fix the problem for a very reasonable price and within a day. I was very impressed and the customer service was fantastic. Would recommend this shop to any of my friends.

Jane did an amazing job with my car! My Nissan Altima has struggled with the power steering and transmission. She gave me a great deal to fix both! Her and her team also found something else wrong with my car, and took care of it for me. She did a great job, and recommend her shop if you want a quick, well done, cheap fix on your car! We have been bringing all of our vehicles to Jane since she has been at this location. I appreciate and will seek out local businesses when possible and Jane's Total Car Care is one of my strongest referrals for friends, family and anyone needing honest, dependable work with their vehicles. I have had an extensive number of (different) services done with Jane and coupled with her suggestions/advice regarding car care and maintenance, our vehicles continue to operate very well with limited issues other than normal wear arising from standard use. Always great work, timely and very fair with prices! Her team also will perform (scheduled) checkups for your cars that provide us peace of mind as we do travel to Northern Arizona and south of the border to Mexico often. Mechanics. Cringe . Particularly as a woman. It s like we have a dollar sign on our heads the second we walk through the door. That s why I was SO happy to find Jane. Shes honest, trustworthy and does an amazing job at a fair price without trying to upsell you all the things. If you re in NoPhx or anywhere in the Valley for that matter go see her!!

Jane's shop has completely repainted two of my vehicles, removing all dents & scratches in the process. They are older and have nearly 300,000 miles between the two vehicles. Jane's Total Car Care also performed interior & exterior details, re-tinted one of the windows, cleaned the brake pads, and performed overall maintenance checks on the vehicles. My vehicles looked brand new when they were done! They are friendly, affordable, and easy to work with! They even repaired a few things Pep Boys had messed up on one of my vehicles. I definitely recommend this small family owned business because they truly care about each and every detail they perform!

I have been taking my car to Jane's shop for the past few months and I couldn't be happier with her work. Jane and her crew are Excellent!I would highly recommend this business for auto body and repair.Jane was really understanding with my teenage boys Honda and the damages. She not only beat the high dealership quote. She also identified other issues they didn't know about.I was so pleased with her service and integrity. I gave her my older Chevy Tahoe 4X4 for a custom paint job. I was having a discussion with Jane over what I needed done with my 2003 Ford Expedition and my repair priorities. I had heard what a group of back yard mechanics told me I needed over the past few years. What Jane told me surprised me, she told me to allow them to diagnose what could be wrong before they repair it. She told me she would call me and discuss the results before proceeding with any repairs. After a complete inspection, they prioritized what was wrong and we created a plan to fit my budget. She told me that they would be able to obtain the right parts for my older vehicle. Jayne's team started the work and called me to update me on the progress. The result was well received and under the cost others have quotes. Outstanding service and professionalism. I have been using Jane for years. She always has provided me with fair and high quality work. Her mechanics are actually specialists certified directly by Ford. I understand the street is off-putting to some. There is a soup kitchen down the street that feeds hundreds of people every day. Have some compassion with your actions, instead of just words. Jane has a waiting room that is comfortable and air conditioned, if you would like a quiet place to relax. You know when someone is exaggerating the negative review because they want to hurt someone instead of review for merit. Use your judgement and consider the source. Thank you for the years of service Jane and crew.

Jane and her crew are totally passionate about helping people with any car problems. They are hard working, honest and well skilled. Jane always try her best to provide her customer best service with really fair price, she's also very responsible with every cars goes into her shop. I would defiantly recommend her if you have any car issues and not sure who to go to. She have helped me with 2 major repairs of my car and I am in total trust with her and her crew. I want to give a big thank you to jane her husband everyone at janes total car care. Brought my 2007 ford crown victoria lx had missfire due to what i thought was motor oil in spark plug well . They checked it out didnt take long ended up being coolant from a bad intake manifold. She was very knowledgeable went over parts n labor costs with me . Reasonable pricing for great work with warranty. My car was ready the very next day . Also like that they use motocraft oem parts . I for sure will be bringing my other cars as well for any maintenance/repairs in the future thank you again jane i really appreciate it getting me back on the road with no worries see you guys soon!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I brought my Ford here to get an a/c recharge. They were quick, prompt and very affordable. Since I was happy with their services, I decided to bring my truck here to get some work on it so it would pass emissions. I had an 8am appointment and they started working on the truck immediately. The office was clean and also smelled very clean. The owner is knowledgeable, friendly and very nice to chat with. They were able to fix my truck and get it road worthy in a reasonable amount of time for an even more reasonable price. Finding an auto shop that you truly feel comfortable with and trust is worth it s weight in gold.

Jane is incredible! I took my Toyota to her last year to get my bumper fixed, and she fixed it so quickly and professionally. It looked completely brand new for a steal of a price. I will recommend her to everybody I know, and I plan on using her again!

I ve taken my car to Janes Auto Stop Repair exclusively for the last three years. Each time, she does exactly what she says she s going to do and her team always does an exemplary job.Unfortunately for me, my timing chain and water pump and timing guide needed to be replaced. My car has about 190,000 miles on it and I had to think twice about spending so much money I m glad I did it was the best decision I ve made in a long time.The car drives like a brand-new car and I m certain there will be years left in the car because of what Jane and her team did.Services: Auto brake repair, Engine repair

Jane and her team are amazing! I have been going here for a few years now with my 2011 Nissan Cube, and they have always done more than right by me. They are knowledgeable, fast with diagnostic and repairs. They are honest and efficient. Jane makes sure you understand what the problem is, she shows you the old part and compares it with the new one. She looks for the best price for your part, and never over charges, or does anything that is not necessary!! She even honored the price she quoted me once, although it turned out to be a lot more work once they took my car apart. I love going to Jane's! :)

My 2017 Ford Fusion started making a loud noise out of the engine and I took it to multiple mechanics for a diagnosis (along with Jane) andthey all said that I needed a new transmission. Jane's Diagnosis came back the fastest and she was the most clear of what needed to be done and the reason why. By the time she called me to share the diagnosis she already had a laid out plan to get my car fixed along with a quoteon how much it would cost. Her quote was 60% lower than the next mechanics lowest offer. Not only was her quote the lowest, she also offered me a 3 year warranty on my transmission. The other mechanics couldn't even offer me a warranty. I am a young college student who doesn't know much about cars and has never replaced a transmission before. Jane was educational and did not try and steal from me one penny. There was an issue with the supplier of the new transmission along the way which delayed the fix, but Jane communicated that and put in the new transmission as soon as it came in. I am so thankful for Janes Total Auto Care and would definitely recommend anyone to her! Jane is dependable, honest and communicative!

Jane and her employees are absolutely amazing I will always go to them to have my car done with anything that needs to be done with it they really take care and care about their customers and always make things right!!!! unlike other places that give cars away and don t care if they re broken that s not right! Long story short, i have an antique mercury. It sat in a shop's dirt yard for over a year and 'magically' developed new electrial issues along with what that place never fixed. Jane had no hesitation when i asked her if she could get my car back on the road and has treated me very well. It took her shop a couple of weeks to do what another shop either didn't want to or couldn't due to incompetence. I will be bringing any ford i come to own here for all issues i can't resolve myself. And after having talked with her for a few, i trust her shop to fix anything on 4 wheels.

Jane's Total Car Care completely restored and then painted my husband's 1974 Corvette Stingray to show room quality. This included some mechanical engine work and updating the air conditioner to current day requirements. Entire interior and exterior make over for the 1974 Corvette. My husband now shows/displays the remodeled corvette at car shows. Our entire family now takes all of our vehicles (different models) to Jane's for mechanical work, auto body repair and painting, interior upholstery repair or replacement. Jane s is really the best in the West! I ve been in there quite a bit from needing body work after being rear-ended to needing lots of regular maintenance items on my car that has 100k plus miles on it. Jane and her crew are amazing. Super fast. And she always keeps me informed and educated on what my car needs. I seriously love them. Best shop! Full of compassion and honesty. I will always go here for anything my car needs in the future.
