I rarely leave reviews good or bad. Good and fair service s/b a minimum always, and then there's Marc at JAKE'S AUTO REPAIR...I loved Jake's under the old owner, then Marc took over and carried on the same Awesome Service and Unmatchable customer service. When you couple these with honesty and truly fair prices, you can't ask for more. Jake's has been MY shop for the past 8 years, and will be for the next. Please don't hesitate calling, you won't be disappointed

We've been coming here for probably close to 15 years. The customer service is on point. The manager is very knowledgeable about cars and is up front and honest about all work needed or even if work is not needed. Any issues that have ever came up were resolved hassle free. We won't take our cars anywhere else.

Grateful for Jake s Auto Repair and owner, Marc. They were very reliable and honest when repairing my daughter s car. This meant so much to me as a parent with my daughter out of state at college. Marc was super patient with me when explaining the issues and what options were needed. Thank you Marc and team!

I recommend Jakes auto on the I-17 and Bethany Home, Mark is the general manager, and he is the most reliable, honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable person in the business. I tell him what the car feels like when I drive and he tells me to bring it in, he sends me home in a Uber and calls me after he puts it on the hydraulic lift, he tells me exactly why my car was making the noise and what needed to be done and the cost he completes the repair and I m able to make my afternoon appointment! He s the absolute best trustworthy, honest person that I trust my vehicle to and I recommend him always to fix anything that s wrong with my vehicle. I especially recommend people who don t have a trustworthy mechanic to come to Jakes Automotive and talk to Mark, he ll get your car up and running in a affordable price and he stands behind the work performed at Jakes Automotive Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

Jake s has been amazing. My son goes to GCU and has a 2014 Jeep that has had a couple of issues. He got him in immediately, was honest about what needed to be done, and was reasonable on price. Since then my son has stopped by for many questions about his Jeep and they have been more than amazing helping him out. Highly recommend!!!!!

I have been coming to Jake s for the past five years now! They always do an amazing job and get the job done right! Very efficient and reliable place! Honest and trustworthy mechanics are hard to find nowadays! But glad we found Jake s! I have referred friends and family and will continue to do so!

I ve been going to Jake s since 2009 when friends referred me to Bill and his family. They sold the business to Marc & his wife and what Really impressed me is that they retained All of the employees Bill had working there . The #1 reason that I continue to take my vehicles to Jake s is they are Honest, Reliable and Dependable Every. Single. Service. Marc & his wife and the entire crew, just like Bill & family & crew before then are Driven to Customer Service Honesty is Always #1 for me!! I won t go Anywhere else for my service!!

Hands down, the best car service I have ever received. Being a young girl who doesn t know much about cars, Marc made me feel very safe and reassured me with everything that needed to be done. I went to Jakes auto for an oil change and the service was honest , friendly, and fast. From now on I will bring my car here for all service. I m definitely retuning to have brakes done. I m so happy and relieved to have found a great local business to support!

Marc and his techs are the best! I have been taking our vehicles to Jake s for 25 years and for 25 years they deserve 5 stars! Whether it is for a safety check or a major repair, Marc communicates very well about what they found and their recommendations. They use OEM parts when available and I have never had to take a repair back. They complete job right the 1st time! I highly recommend Jake s as a quality, honest repair shop! 5 stars all the way!

I am a Junior at GCU, and I have used Jakes every time I need help with my van! Being far away from home at college, car trouble makes me nervous. But every time I take my van in, I am met with the nicest people who are so upfront about everything! They explain everything they did and fixed, and have very fair prices. They even got an uber for me to campus, and offered to help me het a ride back as well!! They do a great job, I totally recommend!!

Jake s mechanics went above and beyond to find out the problem with my car and make sure it was fixed. They even took my car in for its emissions test so I wouldn t have to. I appreciate their thoroughness and expertise.

They were extremely pleasant to work with and efficient. Reasonable priced Highly recommend them! If you live in vistancia, they ll pick up and return your car so you don t need to spend your whole day there waiting for them!

I don t like writing a bad review however after the 4th trip down to this repair shop today (40 mile trip) the engine light, anti skid and antilock break lights lit up just north of the Anthem exit on my way back home again. I was told a vacuum line came off when I went to pick up the car. I dont think so . In addition No phone call from the shop was received to let me know it was done. as I was handed my keys Mark said they had just finished the road test and idle. When I turned on the ignition the engine was stone cold and could not have run within a couple hours to cool down that much. Simple physics hereThe sad thing is they used to have you in and out in a day. I have to admit I do miss Bill. He was really on top of things.

I won t go anywhere else for my car. Jake s is the most honest and fair place and I would recommend you get a second opinion on any of your auto needs at Jake s before you decide to overpay at another place. Owner is honest and friendly.

If I could give 1000 stars, I would. This shop is amazing! I just moved from California to Texas and when I stopped in phoenix and all heck broke loose with my car. This shop seriously took care of me and went above and beyond to get my car fixed and ensure me and my son made it safely the rest of our trip. 1000% would recommend this shop. They re honest, genuine and good people! AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement

I took my older car there to have it fixed. They found parts to fix it, in one day. I took my 2008 ford 150 had my brakes done and my air conditioner. Getting ready for the summer . the blow cold now

Marc was amazing at helping me understand what was going on with my car. They quoted me a price and when I came to pickup the car it was less than what was originally quoted. Everyone was friendly and so helpful. Highly recommend!

I just moved my daughter to GCU. I had her car worked on by a local shop (Central IL) and thought it was fixed. We Hauled her car 1500 miles only to have is still not working right when we backed it off the trailer. I was already stressed with the move (first time away from home) and to having car issues only compounded it. We were blind as to who to take it to that could be trusted. My wife found Jakes on the GCU site and I called them the next day. Mark was great!! He got us in right away to find the needle in the haystack issue we had. He even paid for the uber back to GCU!! We thought we had it fixed and he didn't charge me, but the check engine came back on. He was able to get us right back in and after a couple days he had it fixed!!! He was able to remove tons of stress by helping us out. I didn't want to leave my daughter at school without reliable transportation. I highly recommend Jakes. Mark and his wife are top notch and go out of there way for everyone. This is one reason why they were awarded a Best of phoenix!!

I went in for one thing wrong on my car, but when they continued working on my car they noticed there was a lot more wrong with it that was very serious, and they took care of it for me and even stuck to original quote pricing. Highly recommended
