My Tacoma got a great car wash. I stayed in my vehicle the whole time and did not need interior vacuum or cleaning. When I told the service writer this he was instantly helpful and showed me how to proceed. The gent who used a high-pressure wand to blast off bugs on my front bumper did an amazing job. Typical automatic-style, drive-through car washes never get the bugs entirely removed, however this worker did a detailed spray while I waited a minute or two for the vehicle ahead to clear the wash track. I gave him $5 for his exemplary job. I'll be back.

Tre and David where so kind to Hyper Detail my vehicle when it was overlooked by the staff what I had paid for . I m a member and I will forgive and continue coming because they are staffed with great managers to rush and fix the issue!! Thank you Jacksons Wash for assisting me with my car wash and window repair needs!! Yahweh, bless Tre and David for all they did today!!

Every time!!Their customer service is even trashier then their actual servicesWas going consecutively for a month because of the membership and every time I had to take my car back around and vacuum it myselfManager at the store wasn t helpful, sent me straight to corporate and after talking to them it made sense why their workers work the way they doIf they treat their customers the way I was treated I can t image how they treat their employeesAnB Detailing and Car Wash is down the street, go there instead

It is raining today in Phoenix, Arizona and the car wash was closed down just for a bit. Because of the rain. I pulled up and Michael greeted me with warm Kindness. I am a single mom of three little ones and he went above and beyond to help me today is my only day off throughout the rest of the week and I needed my car cleaned. He went above and beyond my car looks amazing. It smells fresh and it s back to the way it looked and he really made a difference in my life and I m so very grateful . You guys have an amazing employee there again his name is Michael Brady. He did not ask me to leave a review. I want to leave a review. You can tell he enjoys what he does and that s really important. So thank you again so much Jacksons car wash, and Michael Brady.

Brought my 03' Cobra for and Oil Change and a Transmission Flush. Everyone was friendly and made everything so easy. I've been coming here for a few years now and never had a problem. Excellent service. Plus they always compliment my Terminator. Thank you again.

Services provided are simply not worth their prices. They may work on commission since they're pushy with upselling their wash services. I was kind of pressured to go for the buy 1 get 1 free (1x2) for $25. The guy who sold me this was Adrian P. I had to go back and ask more details about the second "free wash". Well he said "all you need to do is scan the barcode on the receipt whenever you come back", sounded simple, but he was rushed, and kind of rude. I then asked another staff member inside their store while I waited. The lady, who was much nicer said, "oh no, the 2 for 1 is for today only. That means you'd have to use the code today". Seriously?! They closed within 2 hours and the guy didn't care to give this very important detail. The vibe feels similar to the car buying process, of course, to a much lesser extent. However, a carwash should not be this complicated or pushy. I ended up spending $24.99 for a service I wasn't satisfied with. I will not be coming back to this location nor recommending this place to family and friends. I'll be taking my car somewhere else more professional and less pushy. The attached pictures show the job they performed for $25. It was mediocre, with spots and semi vacuumed. I always keep my car spotless and this was after a small road trip, so it wasn't even that dirty to begin with.Feedback for the manager of this location: If you're going to sell a product/service, be upfront with what it comes with and don't rush your customers to select the upsold service, which is bad. This place is a waste of your time. They charge $40 to vacuum your floor mats and run your car through the automatic wash. The worst car wash I have ever received. Do not waste your time. You can receive a better service for less by taking your car through an automatic self-serve car wash. Never again.

Unprofessional is the nicest word I can use to describe the workers here. Every time I go fill up, the same Jackson s employee comes up to me and harasses me about my windshield.This happened 2-3 times. I told them no every time. They are so intent on not listening to you that I had to stop him and tell him very bluntly to leave.Last time I was there the same guy came up to my car as I was inside getting ready to pull out yelling something at me as I tried to leave.I did not feel safe!!!I just want to fill up my gas tank on my way to work

After sharing my concerns through their website they did offer to redo the detail. They did an excellent job the 2nd time around.I ll give them five stars when they figure out how to deliver top tier quality without requiring a return trip.Here is a tip- don t over sell your ability to perform.You will pay full price for half the quality of work.The salesman must get paid the most, the wash and detail techs likely paid the least.It shows as sales talks a good game but production cannot deliver.Sure the detail manager tried his hardest to compensate for his failure of a workforce. I m at an impasse, you will never get what you pay for.Dirty wheels, dirty windows, bugs in the grill, debris on the floor terrible.

I felt scammed today! I paid $150.00 for handwash service for my car. When I paid, I specifically asked if the price included everything - he said yes, it also includes vacuuming and cleaning inside. I even ask them to do a good job, considering my car's interior is still neat. I came back after more than an hour, and as soon as I saw the inside of the car, I wanted to cry because I realized I just wasted money. They seemed to have rushed wiping the surfaces. There is paper on my floor, there is a visible hair on my chair, the interior sides of my door were still dirty, the rubber mats were not washed, the mats were haphazardly put back (skewed), there were water drips.on my car exterior. I didn't even open to check the back. Catalino saw how upset I was as I showed him all these. He cleaned more and apologized for the haphazard job. Even if he did more, it still doesn t meet the expectations i have of what I have paid for . I used to come here for years with the old management and a few times recently, but the service and QUALITY keep getting worse. I told him I was not coming back because I was so disappointed. Thinking about it now, I am still upset, I should just have asked for a refund!

Been going here for some time. Today, I went for an EXPRESS wash One car in front of me. Guy comes over to help the driver and they get into some sort of discussion. Maybe they offer car loans too. Finally backed out of the EXPRESS lane and went into the regular lane. Guy says the other customer is buying multiple washes at the EXPRESS lane. Guy said he won't let me buy an express wash and that's I'd have to wait.Went to Cobblestone Auto Spa. $8 express wash and free vacuums. My go to from now on.

Normally I wouldn't leave reviews but by far the worst service. I got my mustang fully detailed almost 2 weeks ago & hadn't driven it since. When I went to turn it on I opened the door & instantly seen the mold everywhere. Also When I was there waiting for my car to get detailed they were working on other cars that came after mine while my car just sat there & when I finally said something their excuse was they were understaffed & finally got to working on it but they did it so quickly & carelessly that it was definitely not worth the $399 I was charged for half a job done & let alone for this to happen where it grew mold.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Got car wash for 24.99 he said for that price wash outside vacuum I said it its very dusty he yes we will wipe down for you here how they left it and when I showed the boss he said well I tried to sell you the ultimate plan and you no and when we say in side we mean the dash board only JUST BAD

Rob was so great! Sometimes it s hit or miss going in to get my oil changed somewhere and wondering if I ll get sneaky upcharges for things I didn t ask for. Rob made me feel comfortable, explained everything to me, and I even realized I get my windshield repaired or replaced at no extra cost. I will always return here! Thanks for educating me, and thanks for a great experience!

I paid for a full detail on my vehicle, only to get a partial detail. I asked what a full entailed and was told interior, exterior, and shampoo carpets with seats. I paid close to $200.00 and left my car for 8 hours to pick it up not fully detailed. I called to ask what I paid for and come to find out a $200 full detail does not include cupholders, windows, dashboard, or side panels. The rear window was not cleaned and my front window was partially cleaned. Only one side of my dashboard was wiped down and the other half was partially done. If you like to be harassed by people trying to up-sell you over and over again after repeatedly saying no, Jackson s is the place to be! I was naive and bought into their $245 detail, when all I needed was my mats and seats cleaned. I didn't want exterior, and then they kept asking and gave me a managers discount and I stupidly agreed. I waited two hours with my toddler for a detail and they never even touched my car. No one ever gave me an estimated time. They make you pay before you even have the car cleaned so I felt stuck there with a tired and hungry kid. I finally asked if I could come back another day and took my car and left. I've tried reaching corporate and the actual store to demand a refund but I can't even get ahold of anyone. I didn't receive a service and I need a refund asap.

Please take a moment to read:We really wanted to like this place as it's super close by and we get gas here all the time. However we are very upset with the poor quality of the detail, clean, and buff. We chose the top $300 package and were promised results that were not delivered.First, we came back and noticed that the door handle was damaged and pulled away from the car. Most of the windows were covered in smudges and not cleaned on the inside. The car mirrors were not washed and had dirt that could be easily wiped away with a washcloth, but we expected this to already be done for the price we paid. There were many areas inside that had drip marks from the cleaning solution and the entire dashboard is covered in the oil/polsih that makes it very greasy to touch.The lady inside was did not even acknowledge us when we asked for a manager. She looked straight down and did not respond after making eye contact with us. We were also not given a receipt with what has been done/cleaned on our car.Zack, the detail manager spoke to us and made us feel better when he let us know that we could come back and re-clean the car. He was very professional and acknowledged the mishandling of our vehicle.If it was a $50-$100 clean we would be happy, but we are dissappointed in the lack of service for the price we paid.

Took my car for transmission fluid and filter change due to transmission slip. Got my car back and it was doing the same thing. Took my car to a different shop and asked for the same service without telling them I had already done it at jacksons carwash. My car was working like new again. I asked the second shop if it had looked like my transmission had service before. And they said my oil was really bad and filter was clogged up. That's when I knew JACKSON CARWASH lied about there service that I paid for. Jackson carwash really push their people to upsell and they got me for a chunk of change. NEVER GOIN THERE AGAIN.... I don't recommend any car service there besides the wash.

The individual charged us 79.99 for just the interior/exterior on top of the 9.99 pass while they did not reach every detail inside the car.I asked where are the prices when I pulled up. He stated prices increased and because of this, the prices were not displayed as of yet. Normally, I would have went to another place but I was in a hurry due to travel. With this, I will never go back to this location or chain.

I got the "VIP" wash despite the relentless attempt to upsell me to the 40 dollar carwash. Waited for 30ish minutes and got my car back still filthy. The guy who gave my keys back threw up his arms and was like "we did our best" even though it was apparent they didn't touch any surface of the car past running it through the automatic wash. I went in for a refund and spoke with the manager who explained that the VIPs"exterior and interior wash" only included the dashboard and door tops? Well it was still dusty in my car and the "new car scent" they put in smelled like a fart. David the manager told me he can't give a refund but he can give me another wash tied to my license plate but honestly I don't think I want to go back ever. My car is covered with car spots and drips of yellow gunk, that would have come off with a single wipe off a damp rag. So now I have to go over the car myself. So to summarize I PAID 25 DOLLARS SO I COULD DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM. Never coming back, and telling all my friends to just take it to a gas station car wash because that's just as good with no false advertising, it's much cheaper, and you know what to expect.

Good try with a free uptown wash coupon. The guy scanned the coupon code multiple times to make it work. After Machine and hand wash, still leaving stains on top of the car which I have to clean it myself.

Frustrating if you value your time. They ask for a phone number but dont have an automated system that texts when your car's done. You rely on the nice cashier to call your car out but if you're in the bathroom and miss it then you've gotta pester her. The process was unnecessarily stressful

I have an unlimited membership at another car wash, every few months I ll stop in here to get the full inside cleaned as I don t do it myself, and every year a full detail. Went in today to get the wash and interior cleaned, which is 40 dollars, asked if I wanted it to be hand washed as it does have a wrap, which is 60 more, I said no you can run it through the wash, as they have done many times before, paid the 40 and went inside. Few minutes later the guy who checked me in comes to me and says the manager says my car is too low so I would need to have it hand washed, which mind you is 60 more. Confused I said well that s weird because I ve been coming here for awhile and it s always been ran through the wash, I know I m the weirdo who likes to watch my car go through. I said well just give me a refund I really don t have time for this. As the manager is giving me the refund he says my cars to low, which I replied I ve had my car washed here a bunch of times with no issues, car has the standard springs nothing is altered, he replied well we always hand wash it, which is a lie because i literally watch my car go through every time. I may be blonde but I m not stupid and don t need to be lied to for you to make your sales quota. Will take both my vehicles to other places.

This location beats all the rest of the Jacksons because of the workers Clarissa & her husband, they were able to make my old car look brand new!! They detailed my car inside and out efficiently. They provide additional products for yellow headlight gaskets to give a non yellow look. They are hardworking and done an amazing job detailing and made sure any request I had was met beyond my expectations. If you go here ask for Clarissa or her husband, I guarantee they'll be your go to for detailing too.

Wow.. it took about 20+ minutes in line before a person even talked to me: then it took about an hour for my car to come back to me. The prices are ridiculous too. They charge $15 to clean the mats inside, which they forgot to do. I had to remind them to clean the big mat in the back of the car. When I got the car back it was still filthy!! Here are some pictures. I am still shocked at the shoddiness of the job, both in time and quality. Like I m still in denial a place can spend so many time and effort being terrible.

After one year of coming to this carwash, today I have to say that the employees are always very helpful and respectful. Always, my car has been clean like a diamond. Today, I forgot my wallet, and Alann, one of the employees, told me, "Don't worry! I got your back. It is very hard to find quality people like these men. God bless you, and thank you again

I took in my vehicle for a hand wash today and of course I also wanted to have my interior cleaned and vacuumed. I paid $200 for a deep cleaning and a hand wash. I am not a hard customer to please and am very understanding, it s hot they go through so many cars a day so I didn t expect it looking like a brand new car. However, your car should not end up looking the same way you took it. Staff was friendly and informative but the service was definitely not worth the price. I will have to get it done once again
